How To Setup Your Zoom Settings To Run Webinars The RIGHT Way In 2026 (New Features)

Nate Tilley shows how to set up Zoom Webinars for 2026, covering registration requirements, reminder emails timed to 1 hour before, and integrations with AdEvent, Go High Level, and Zapier. He walks through scaling from 500 to 5,000 attendees, increasing show rates with CSV imports, and building replay funnels with VIP upsells.

Chapters
Where if you like, I just jumped on a webinar yesterday, and it was the guy that was doing the webinar. One other guy was on there, and I jumped in. And when I jumped in, he's like. Because my. My name says the Shift Social, which is my local marketing agency. He's like, the Shift Social. Welcome in, man. Unmute yourself. Talk to all of us. And I was like, in passing, just trying to jump on this guy's webinar to see what he was doing. So it was really awkward. And. And this happens when you don't set up your webinars in the right way. You don't necessarily want people to see how many people are on here. If it's a meeting, it's totally cool. But if it's a webinar, it just kills the room, it kills the momentum. So then it's him and one other guy, and the one other guy is like, wow, you know, a lot of people here today, right? And nobody's in there. It's crickets. It's awkward. And he didn't end up closing. It was basically just a sales call. I jumped off the. That's what you never want to happen. So I'm going to jump into Zoom here in a second. I'm going to show you guys how to set up the actual zoom settings. Because this, for me, was super scary when I first started doing these. I won't lie, I was, like, super intimidated by this. And now that I know how it all works, I'm going to teach it to you guys. We're going to set up a webinar here live, and. And then I'll take any questions that you guys have. Okay, so we're just going to jump right into here and zoom in. And where you're going to actually schedule this is in your zoom, in the back end of Zoom. So you actually go into the Zoom portal and you see meetings here. This is where you would normally set up a recurring meeting. Like, right now, we have this recurring meeting. It's right here. But instead, you're going to go to webinars. And when you set up a webinar, you're just going to click Schedule Webinar, and you're going to call it whatever the title of your webinar is. So, Roas, how to Scale with Webinars. Now, if you guys have been paying attention since the beginning of this training, one of the big things that I'll always stress about is if there's a box where you can fill stuff in, fill it in. Okay. It's never going to hurt you. So I always like to go a little bit above and beyond. So I would give a little brief overview. Thousand plus learn the framework of a thousand plus successful webinars and over 30 million generated from webinars. In 2025 alone. Okay, so you set this and then I would actually write like a little bio. Like don't be afraid to tell them what they're going to get. You always need to be selling them on why they should come to your webinar. And if you've ever done a webinar and you're like, hey man, nobody showed. Well, probably it's because at some point in the process it felt like it was just slapped together. It wasn't intent, it wasn't intentful enough. It didn't give them the feeling like, oh, I need to be on this thing. And I would even put the date like, you know, November 16th at 2:00pm PST. Okay, boom. Then, then you set the date. So if it's the 16th, 2pm make sure you got the, the right time zone here. Super important. Especially if you're in Arizona where the time zone doesn't change, but everywhere else in the world it does. That can throw things off as you guys can, can all see. So right there, Pacific time, if it's a recurring webinar, you can set that. That's what you would do if it's a two day challenge. And if you're doing a two day challenge, you click recurring webinar and then it recurs one time and that's the next day. Registration. I always keep this as required. This is really good for the data that you get. Require webinar password. Never, never do that or else you're going to have this situation where people aren't able to jump on without a password and nobody can find the passcode. So never do that. Okay. This is one thing that will kill you guys. I'm just teaching you guys all this awesome how to set these things up. And these things aren't exactly fun, but these are the most important. Authentication. One time somebody on my, my team clicked require attendees to authenticate to join. It's like this whole like two step verification process. Gotta like do this. It's, it's this whole thing that people gotta do. People won't do it. They'll all jump off. It's a killer to your actual show rates. So make sure that that's all switched off. Host VIDEO ON PANELIST VIDEO on okay. And when you set it up this way, the benefit Is we don't see each other face to face like this. So that is a little bit of a drawback. Like, it's nice to see Alejandro's face. It's nice to see Jeff, Jason, Dennis. It's nice to see all you guys. You know, I can see if you guys are locked in, see if you guys are doing something else. It's cool and it's good if you're. What I always say is do a meeting when it's a fulfillment call. This is a fulfillment call. We're all, we're all together. You guys got a program and now I'm showing you things. So do a meeting so that we can actually have some face to face engagement. And as you grow and get bigger, this is going to be worth even more to people. But when you actually do a webinar, they're not even having their cameras on. They can't see how many people are in the room. And that benefits you because then if only one or two people show up, which it happens sometimes, like, you might do it at the wrong time of the month, you might do it at the wrong time of the day, and. And all of a sudden, boom, nobody shows up. If you've done a meeting, they can see, okay, there's 23 people in here. I'm jumping off. This guy's not legit. But if it's a webinar, it just, it doesn't show anything like that. It's just, you can see the chat and that's it. Okay, so always set up your first webinars like this. And this also helps you where people can't unmute themselves. You have a lot of benefits on your end in the way you screen share and things like that that just help you to, to have more control of the room. Okay, so all this is good. And then you want to go in here. Q and A. I like to keep on. Half the people won't use it. Some people will. It's just a little box where they can actually submit their questions and you can go and answer them and keep track of them as you go. Enable practice session. I always turn this on. That way me and my team can start the webinar 15 minutes early and we can jump on there. We can check the camera, we. We could check the mic. We can get the panelists in. Like, if you're doing a webinar and you have somebody else that's coming in to speak with you, that's going to be a panelist. And so that panelist needs to also get in there. And they used to do a backstage. They still have a Backstage, but you have to buy an upgraded Zoom. And yeah, they took it away from the basic Zoom. Now you have to have like this upgraded one. It's. It's pretty spendy too. So I just, I like to just do the Enable practice session. The Backstage, though, if you're doing more advanced webinars, is super sick because then you can have your people in the Backstage. They can see how many people are on, they can control the room from where they're at, and then they can hear the webinar or they can turn it off and they can talk to each other. Like your team can be back there talking. So the Backstage is cool, but you don't need it. You can just do the practice session. So you can start it early. Make the webinar on demand. I turn that off. That would be like a recorded webinar. Automatically record webinar. I always like to do this because if not, you might forget and then you're going to want to go back and study this thing and you won't be able to. Okay. So you automatic automatically record the webinar and then approve or block entry from users with specific countries or regions. If you're dealing with a lot of bot traffic, or maybe your offer is only for the usa, then you might do this. But I always leave it alone. Okay? By default, this is very important. By default, attendees can chat with no one. Hosts and panelists or everyone. I always like to do everybody. That way people can engage in the chat. If you've ever been in a webinar, like me and Dylan did a webinar the other day, and we kept it so that people could only chat with hosts and panelists because we didn't want everybody being distracted over in the side. And that tends to happen. Like you'll just people be spamming the chat and stuff. And we like to see it for our own sake, but sometimes it doesn't help people learning. And we've got a webinar where there's going to be a lot of curriculum. You don't want people getting distracted. However, most of the time I would have this on for everybody. I'd have them pumping the chat that helps the room. If anybody's seen the recording that I did with Andy Elliott, if you get in the. The recording that I went over last week, I sent over the doc of the Russell Brunson Andy Elliott webinar and the chat, the craziest chat that I've ever seen. And it Was because we were giving away prizes to whoever was the most engaged. So if you're in the school, that's that there's a replay there. And if you're in Andy's program, if you. He's got the replay to that as well in the portal. Okay, so by default everybody people can chat with everybody. Then you're gonna schedule this. Okay, now, now you've done the first part. Okay, only the first part. This registration link here you're gonna take and you're gonna set up in your Ad Event tool. So Ad event is a software that I mentioned two weeks ago and add event. What it does is it allows you to streamline your scheduling and we use this for all webinars. This is like an awesome tool. So I'll show you guys how it works real quick. This is the tool that you use on your calendar or on your confirmation page so that people can add this to their calendar. It's very nice. And you would just create it just the same that we just created the webinar. So you just do an event title. It webinars that get roas. I would fill in the description just like I told you guys. I would have everything filled out because I always like to fill everything out, make sure the time zone is the right time zone. Pacific is what I go off of. That's where my home office is at. And then you set the date and time. This is just going to be an example. So I'm not going to go through everything just to be respectful of your guys time. I know some of you guys have questions, but I want to show you how this works. So then you would put the zoom link that you get from right here. So this zoom registration link, grab this and I'm going to put this right here. That way when people add it to their calendar, it's on their Google Calendar already. And they can just go and they can from their Google Calendar join the webinar on the date and time that it is. I don't know about you guys. I use Google Calendar for everything that's. And that's why some of you guys got the. The meeting there was like an automation go high level. Not sure exactly how that was set up, but it was set to Arizona time. I go off Pacific time, but my calendar is also in Pacific time. So my calendar has this call every week at the same time Pacific time. So I just jump in from my calendar. I got back to back meetings. So a lot of people are like that too. And so if it's not in your Google Calendar, then you can miss it, and your prospects can miss it too. So tell them to add it in their Google Calendar. And this is one of the big things that you put on the confirmation page for step one. Step one, make sure to add this call to your Google Calendar. Right? And we went over that in the first week in the replay where I talk about how to make a high converting opt in page and. And a high converting confirmation page. Okay. And then you can do some cool stuff here. Like you can change the organizer. You can change the organizer, email. Just little things. Like I said, if there's something to click, this is the biggest thing with tech. If there's something to click something that does something, mess with it a little bit. Okay? Don't break anything. So certain things will break, but if you break it, at least you know where to fix it. This look, I can change when the reminders are sent. I'd like it to send a notification five minutes out. Mark events as, you know, busy. You don't want this to be a free space in somebody's calendar where somebody could book. Okay. Then you create the event from here. You can turn on rsvp. If you're just using a tool like Ad Event as your landing page. Sometimes people will just. They'll say, you know what, Nate? Screw a landing page. I just. I got enough people that know me that want to jump on my webinar. I want to keep it simple. Then you can just literally schedule it in Zoom, get this link, and send it to everybody. You send this link to everybody. Because Google will also. Let me show you guys this. Zoom will also have a way to add it to their Google Calendar. You want to have a lot of redundancy here. You want to have a lot of redundancy. Everything needs to be filled out. Okay. And it looks like this just has me registered. And then what that'll happen is I'll get a registration email, and that will allow me to add it to my calendar. Now I'm an attendee registered in Zoom. And the benefit to this guys is Zoom has like a hundred percent deliverability. You know what does not have 100% deliverability? Go high level no matter what you do. Look, let's see. I don't know if it's going to be able to show you guys that well, but it literally creates like an event here. And it's like robots. How to scale with webinars to November 16th at 2:00pm that's the. That's the meeting title that we had. It starts Talking about the topic. Okay. And then it goes down and it, it has a spot for me to add it to my Google Calendar here. So not everybody's going to go through and click this, but you want to have all the ways you can of people being able to access that Zoom link. Okay. Where, where simplicity is, people are going to be able to have clarity. And where there's clarity, there's execution. Okay? So this is all really important stuff. Then once you create the event inside of AD event, ADevent's gonna give you some cool things. One of those cool things is these add to calendar buttons like these. So this is really the main thing that I use adevent for is to be able to get this and put this at the bottom of my emails and at the bottom of my confirmation page. So you just copy this code right, right here and then you add it in your Go High level landing page and you can also add it at the bottom of your emails. One thing that my partner likes to do is he likes to throw this code that he gets inside of Claude, which is an AI tool or Chat gbt, which I'm sure we all know about. Chat gbt, right. So what he'll do is he'll throw this code that it gives you right here into Chat GBT and it'll say, hey, please take off the ad event watermark. And then it'll take off the ad event watermark. So then it just looks more high level, like it's just your own thing. I don't mind that much. It doesn't really change anything if people know about Advent or not to me. So I just usually leave it. But that is one sneaky thing you can do if you just want the visual aspect to just like be super high level. Okay, so that's Ad Event. Once you have that set up, this is you're going to add this, like I said, on your landing page and in your or on your confirmation page and on your emails. Now let's go back into Zoom. Once you have this set up, you haven't set up everything. And this is where most people like, guys, I'm just giving you the sauce today. Some of the people that run a lot of webinars do not know about this at all. Like, we have a client, she does over $1 million a month from her webinar. She spends 125 grand. She does a million dollars in additional revenue. She's in the real estate coaching space and she was just doing her webinars like this as a meeting and she's like, man, it's just. It's weird sometimes if not a lot of people show up and stuff like that. And we said, why don't you run it as a webinar? She ran it as a webinar, and not only did she start having more people show up with the little tweaks that we made, but she had more people staying and engaging at a higher rate because they didn't know how many people were on there. Positioning is everything. Perception is reality. Okay? So that's very important. Now check this out, guys. This is also important. Webinar size 500 attendees. If some of you guys are starting to do beefy webinars, you need to upgrade your settings. This is how we broke Zoom. Before. We had a guy and his max room was 3500. And it's. It's not cheap, guys. It's like. I think it's like a thousand bucks a month to do the 3,500 per person room. Or you can pay, like, you know, 10 grand a year or whatever it is. The tier up from that. The 5000 tier is like 20 grand a year. And so my client, he was like, I don't really want to upgrade. I know we got 8,000 people registered. We'll probably have 3,500 people in there. And we put it in the ads. Hey, guys, we got 8,000 people register. We put it in the emails, put in the ads. We got 8,000 people registered, and only 3,500 people can fit in Zoom. So you better show up early and you better not leave, because you might not be able to get in. I've been on multiple webinars where the room is maxed out and it won't let people in. Now, what this trains people to know is you've got real scarcity, okay? If they missed out, they missed out. Get there earlier next time. And I will admit that we've upgraded the room during webinars sometimes because we've been surprised. We thought it was only going to be 500 people, and actually a thousand showed up. So in that case, you got to go and upgrade the room unless you want to do it tomorrow. And this is also the way that my client is that maxed out the room at 3, 500, and really 4,500 people were trying to get on at once. The next day, he was able to blast his list and say, hey, a lot of people weren't able to get on. They had more questions. We actually broke Zoom. I didn't want to pay the 25k. So I'm doing another free training today. And you can jump on at this link, sends them the link, and then just does a surprise webinar. After you guys start doing webinars, you have your slide deck, you have your offer, you have, you can do a surprise webinar with your list anytime. You just send them a link and you just do the webinar. Okay? So like once you have a list, you could do a webinar seven days a week if you want. You just send those. Hey guys, I'm jumping on for 45 minutes to answer any questions. Here's the link. Boom. Okay, so that's a little bit about the invite the. The attendees. And where you upgrade that is actually going to be under user management and plans and billing. So under plans and billing, you upgrade the license and then under user management, you assign the license to a user. It's pretty confusing. I'm not going to go into it now because most people here won't be doing something over 500. But if any of you guys have any issues with that, you just let us know, okay? And then total registrants, you see here is one. This is one of the coolest features that you can do right here. So if you guys are using Go High Level to get your list right, you're using Go High Level, you're getting your attendees list and they're not getting registered through Zoom. Because to register through Zoom, you guys saw what I had to do. I had to go to this link, I had to fill in my information and then that registered me through Zoom. But there's actually a sneaky way that you can register people through Zoom without them actually ever filling out that form, which is very, very beneficial. And how you do that is you import from CSV. So you export the list of all the people that signed up for your webinar through Go High Level, you export that list. You have to mess with the list a little bit and manipulate the CSV. So it's just email, first name and last name. If you have anything else on there, it will not import. So you have to upgrade the list or update the list in a CSV and then you import it. Once you import it, you have all of those people. And remember what I said about Zoom's email deliverability. Now they all are getting Zooms emails in addition to the Go High Level emails, the text, the ad event, the Google Calendar. And this is how you increase your show rates. Okay, it's not the fun stuff. This is the technical stuff that actually helps you to get the difference of like, we've had up to 50 to 60% show rates in different webinars, which is insanely high. A lot of people get 20% show rates. That's that, that's like the average. Okay, 30% show rates is great. It's a great day at the office. But you can increase it by making sure that all these things are done. Now I'm going to show you one thing even further. For those of you guys that are tracking on this and if you're a little bit more technical now, if you're like, Nate, that sounds like a pain. How am I going to import it from CSV? And what if I get more people signing up? Well, actually there's a way that you can do a zap through zapier. So for those of you guys that aren't that technical here, just, you know, close your ears and eyes for a minute. No, I'm just kidding. But there's this tool called Zapier and it's all about automations. And what you can do is when somebody fills out your Go High level form, okay, they put their name, email, phone number, you create the contact in a Go High level and you add them to a pipeline stage. Okay? And when you create, when you add them to a pipeline stage, then you use Zapier and you trigger when somebody is added to that specific pipeline stage, you want them to register in Zoom as an attendee for whatever webinar you're doing. So it'll automatically register that person as an attendee and they'll, without having to do anything else, they'll start getting the Zoom reminders and everything like that, which is really, really cool stuff because Zoom deliverability and the legitimacy behind Zoom, when people see a Zoom notification, it lands right in their inbox and they also are going to engage with it. Now that brings me to the next setting, which is my favorite. This is the most slept on setting for webinars people don't use, don't know about. And it is the best kept secret that Zoom has. Zoom has its own reminder emails so you can. So panelists invite, you don't have to worry about this much. But this is where you want to send somebody that's going to be on your team or somebody that you're going to have speaking to. You're going to send them as a panelist confirmation email. This is the main one that you want to update. This one is sick. So what this is is whenever you register that person or they register themselves or you upload them As a CSV or the ZAP registers them. Whatever way you use, they're going to get this email, okay? And look at what it starts with. Meeting topic, confirmation. Thank you for registering. I just showed you guys this email because I got it on my phone and then it's got add to Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Yahoo Calendar, Join Webinar. It's got all this stuff. But what I like to do is remember what I said, if there's a blank space, fill it in. I like to deck this out. I like to put emojis. I like to put, like, what you're going to learn at a high level on this webinar. I like to get everybody super excited about the webinar. Okay? Then you save it here. And so you save it, and then that's when they, when they register, they're going to get that email. Now one really cool thing that you can do is you can set reminder emails, too. Guess which one of these I use. You guys think I use one hour, one day or one week? Let me know in the chat. One hour. Let's go, Dennis. All ding, ding, ding. Yes. If there's a button to check, I check it. If there's a white block of text to fill in, I fill it in. I'm constantly doing the most, and the reason is because most people do the least. It's really easy to win when you just pay attention to the small details. So I'll go in here and I'll fill this out. Get ready to, you know, have a great experience. You know, you're going to learn this, this, and this. And by the way, anybody that shows up, I'm going to give you my PDF. That's the behind the scenes into Andy Elliott's webinar that did $3 million last week. Okay. So you're always selling them to get on. You're always assuming that they're just like you and they're busy and they're dealing with a lot of stuff and they're putting out fires and they actually have to get excited for this call. I just got off the Zoom webinar with Alex Becker. If any of you guys know Hiros, he's the, the founder of Hiros, which is a major tech company. A SaaS product for tracking. Every week he does these webinars. I'm excited to get on every week. Now they send me this every single week, and it's also in my Google Calendar. I almost never miss it. You want to have that same effect for your people. They're excited to hear from you. They're excited to jump on. Okay, so that's reminder emails. And by the way, for the reminder, you would just say something. You would edit the email and you'd say something like, hey, super excited, your webinars coming up soon. And by the way, guys, one, one thing that I want to make really clear while we're on here, webinar is internal. Use only language. I'm using it to tell you guys because we're internal. You guys know what's up. I'm teaching you about webinars. So we're just going to call it what it is. But if I'm doing a webinar for plumbers or H Vac, or if I'm doing a webinar for life coaches or fitness coaches, I'm not going to say, hey, come and join my webinar because webinar sounds like sales call. I'm going to say I'm doing a masterclass. I'm doing a workshop. I'm doing. And all of these things are also, you know, people are smart. Like, they're like, if you call it a strategy call, you call it a discovery call, you call it a complimentary, you know, blueprint audit, you know, 3,000, whatever call. People know what it, what's up, but at least it's just a little bit better framework. And then you can go and you can talk about on this workshop, we're actually me working through your business issues. You're going to get this thing, this thing and this thing. Okay, moving on here. Attendee email. This one is where you're actually going to put your offer. So this actually goes out and you can set it to go out one day after your scheduled end date. And you can give a recap of the offer. Hey, thanks for attending. And Zoom's really smart and it knows who actually attended and who missed it based on the registrants. So it can see their emails since registration is required. And, and it can tell you who made it and who didn't make it. So whoever made it, you send them a recap of the offer. By the way, I just wanted to extend this. It's a webinar. It's a here and now only offer on this masterclass. But I. Some people were asking about it. They said that they were getting paid today and they wanted me to hold it. So I'm holding it till midnight tonight. Here's the details of the offer. Benefit, bullet benefit, bullet Benefit, bullet benefit, bullet bonus, bonus. Special promise. Scarcity link. Okay, you're gonna have that there Absentee email. On the absentee email. This is for anybody that didn't make it. Hey, I noticed that you were not able to attend the masterclass. Here is a replay. And that's where you're gonna send them the replay of the webinar. And on the replay you're gonna have it on a page where you have the payment right there. And we usually do 20% of additional sales by running a replay funnel on the webinar. Okay, this is all the little technical stuff. All right. This is really sick too. Custom waiting room. If you go in Andy's waiting room for his big webinars, we have a video that's playing right here. And the video is just all social proof. It's like David Goggins shouting him out, Tony Robbins shouting him out. It's all these high level people. You want to give people just this aspect of like, man. These guys go above and beyond. They customize everything. So I always do the custom waiting room, like video. I make a message, get ready, get your, you know, get your caffeine, you know, and get ready to kill it. You know, something like that. Like I'll put anything in there and this just, this shows up right here. Boom. It's just like a banner message from the host. Now you can put an image, you can put a logo with your description. But I always like to put a B roll, like really sick video and it looks the coolest. Okay. Okay. And they have some pre rolled videos that you can use here. Even if you just used a pre roll video, if you just came in here and you're like, nate, I don't have any assets. Just change it to a pre premade video that's already in here. And that's going to be better than doing the basic stuff. Okay. I don't like to do anything. Basic things need to look different, feel different. Okay. But I like to upload my own video. When you upload your own video, it's limited to 30 milliby or megabytes or whatever they are. And sometimes your video will be too big. So you got to work with a tech guy. I'm not really a tech guy. I literally just trimmed the video and redownloaded it. And then one time it just worked. So I figured it out on my own. But I'm sure you could bring somebody in to help you with that part. This stuff doesn't really matter that much. But you can add your logo, you can customize the way that the names show up. You know, I'm sure that there's some stuff in here that you guys can figure out. That's cool. Like I said, I like to go through everything. Webinar wallpaper. What is that? Should I try that? What's that gonna look like? Polls and quizzes. This is cool. You can do a quiz. We've never tried it, but I think it'd be awesome. Q and A. We like to have the Q and A on. Like I said, captions is fine. Live streaming. This is where you could actually stream your webinar to YouTube or to Twitch or to any of these streaming platforms. And. And all you do is, once you start the webinar, you go over to live streaming, and you can blast it out on a YouTube live. And then in the YouTube live, you put in the comments. Hey, join the webinar here. And you have it on Zoom. YouTube will show live videos over a lot of other videos, and so you'll get a bunch of free traffic that way. It's. It's really a cool thing to do. So that's how you actually set up your Zoom webinar, guys. And I know that that's something that a lot of people probably would think that is kind of simple, but hopefully going in here and showing you guys all these little tricks and tactics is helpful for you guys. Okay, so I'm gonna. I'm gonna take some questions now. Let me. Let me check the chat. Yeah. Alejandro. I like VIP section, allowing some people to do Q and A. If you do a VIP Q&A, like, hey, only VIP guys are going to be able to do Q and A. Then you need to have a specific questionnaire that you send out to anybody that bought vip. I believe what he's talking about is, like, if you're selling, like, what we did with Andy's big secret is we had a $97 upsell where you got to submit a question directly to Andy and directly to Russell Brunson. And it didn't mean that all of your questions were going to get answered. But we sent this to everybody who bought the 97, and they got to ask Russell or Andy anything that they wanted to. So you go in here, and what this actually is is this is a form for your sales team. This is a form for you. This is a way that you can also see what people want to learn on this webinar and so you can know how to make your slides describe your situation. I have an existing business I want to grow. What did you. Why did you decide to sign up for this webinar? I'm excited to learn xyz, once you know what they're excited to learn, you can make sure to cover that. Customer feedback after your webinar is amazing. You need that. Imagine customer feedback before your webinar. What did you want out of this? What was the outcome? I had a mentor that told me sales is an open book test. People will tell you how they want to buy, what they want to buy, why they want to buy, how much they want to pay. And all you have to do is pay, take really good notes, and then be ready for when the. The quiz comes up at the end, which is to close. What's your number one question you have for Russell Brunson?
You.
You put it in here. What are you most excited for? They put it in here so you would get Alejandro, you would get these ahead of time, and then you would get these forms and you would filter out. And what we did is a best question. We did like a best question award. So whoever asked the best question, we gave him a couple tickets to Andy's event. So whoever. Hey, whoever wins the best question, I'm going to sponsor you for my. My offer. I'm going to give you access to xyz. Okay. So does that answer that question, brother? Yeah. Yeah, brother. It works. Thank you so much, man. I appreciate it. Check. And guys, doing the VIP is. Is amazing because if you're selling a VIP ticket for 97, like, even I just saw Tony and Dean do this. And by the way, guys, like, I was on Tony and Dean Graciosi's webinar in 2019, and they were talking about doing coaching and. And doing an online information business, and they did this exact framework. They've been doing this twice a year for the last five years and making millions and millions of dollars just by doing webinars. So if that's what the leaders in the industry are doing, then modeling that for yourself makes a lot of sense. But I just saw last week they're doing a VIP upsell for a dollar. Can anybody guess why they would do a dollar? It's like, why not just free? So you sign up for free, and then they're like, hey, do you want to get the VIP for a dollar? What do you think happens after they pay the dollar? Yes, John, we'll put a replay. Yes, Julie, you do have to upgrade Zoom account to have access to the webinar feature. That is correct. Yep. It's in the personal or business profile that you can change the time zone for the calendar. Yep, that's right. Dennis. Yep. Jason, you got to buy the add on. Yeah, exactly, Alejandro. Yes, exactly. Once they get your card on file for the dollar, then they have a bunch of one click upsells, click this button for $27 to get this 47. By the time you're out of the thing, you don't spent 300 and all you thought you were getting was a dollar. Okay. And this is the psychology of getting somebody's card on file for upsells. Okay. And. And obviously you got to give them value. It's not just like, press this button and give me 27 and I'm gonna give you nothing. No, it's got to be something that they actually want, something that they can use, something that brings value to them in their life. Peter says, hey, Nate, can you send these Zoom emails from different email accounts or does Zoom just send it from your default email? Good question. Let me see. I've got Zoom sends it from noreply@zoom.com. i don't know, you guys probably can't see that, but. And then it. You put your reply email on there. So you can put your own reply email on there for when they reply. But Zoom's going to send it from Zoom with a check mark. Like that's the best email that you can send. Okay, Upsell. Upsell, yes. Okay, I'm going to take questions now. I got a question in the chat, and then I see Julie's raising her hand, and I know that Melinda was raising her hand a second ago too. If you guys want to raise your virtual hands, we'll just finish this whole thing out with a lot of questions because I'm sure you guys have plenty.
But.
But I'm going to answer Vicki's question that I see here in the chat first and then, and then we'll go hand raisers and chats. How many days should a webinar be to get more conversions? Well, Vicki, that's a great question. The more days you do, the more hours you do, the more time you spend, the more conversions you'll get. If I run a 60 minute webinar, I will not convert as much as I. If I run a 90 minute webinar, if I run 180 minute webinar and people actually rock with me, which a lot of people won't. The longer you stay on, the more people you sell, the more days you do, the more opportunities people have to show up. There's people that couldn't make today's call. They're busy, they had to jump off. But tomorrow they might be able to make it so demystifying. The idea that a webinar always has to be a huge thing is gonna really help you guys to know that. It's like, oh, hey, I'm gonna just email my list. Hey, guys, I'm jumping on to do a free Zoom training. I'm to be teaching you about 1, 2, 3. I've got a student coming on that's going to be talking about their process and the growth that they've achieved. You can join here. Hey, guys, I saw that some of you guys had questions after yesterday's interview that I did. You can jump on today. I'm going to actually have my cmo. He's going to be going over things today. You know, you. You can literally do this all the time because people love jumping on Zoom calls. We love it. It's fun. You get to learn a lot. You get to get excited again. You know, I know when I jumped on Alex Becker's Zoom call this morning, I was just. I was just finishing brunch and. And I was like, dealing with a lot of work and I jumped on his webinar and just put my mind in a totally different place. I'm thinking higher level again. I'm working on my business instead of in my business. Okay, Julie, go ahead. I'm going to ask you to unmute. Let me hear your question.
Yes, I just wanted to kind of roll back to the comments about the email. In Zoom meetings, you have the option to set a different email for them to contact on the confirmation email, meaning our Zoom account is set up with one email, but the email that we want them to communicate questions to is a different email like our public. So I didn't know if you had that option in the webinars to change that as well, if that makes sense.
Yeah, you can set host email, you can set reply to email. You can, you can do a lot with that. I never paid much attention to it. One time I actually had my personal email going out. Yeah, great show rate. So, you know, you can, you can manipulate it. Like I said, I like to go through all the little settings and just play with everything and see, like, okay, I update this and then I look and then you have to join as if you're a participant and see how things look. Oh, that doesn't look good. You know, you have to join your own webinar as an attendee. Sign up for it as if you just saw it. Oh, oh, this sends from that email. That's a huge problem. I gotta tell the team about this. You're always quality controlling things and that's how you find out what works.
And then I had one more question on the zoom participant.
Yep.
If you do it as a webinar, panels. If you do it as a webinar and you invite, say you have some people in the audience and you want them to be in like this screen with you.
Yeah.
So they have a question. Is there a limit to how many panelists you can have in a webinar?
Ooh, that's a good question. I actually don't know if there's a limit, but I, I know that you can actually just. If somebody's on here, like I see you, you're on here right now, I could click on your little three dots and I could upgrade you to panelists if you were just a member of participant in the chat and then you'd be able to come on and start your video. I. It should say how many panelists limit there is. I'm not sure if there is or not. You'd have to look into that a little bit deeper. Maybe ask chat, DBT. But we've never used more than 10. I know you can have at least 10.
Okay, thanks.
Yeah, absolutely. Thanks for being here on your power walk.
Yeah, love it.
Okay. Yeah. My, my 100. Okay. Yeah, you can have up to 100 participants. Panelists. Panelists, yes. Okay, perfect. When should I start hosting webinars? Is there a stage before hosting my first webinar? Not really, man. Like, if you've got something to teach and you've got something that like, Dennis, I know you're a hypnotist. Like, bro, like, I don't want to get hypnotized. I think that sounds scary, especially virtually. I think that'd be weird. Like, I might just be stuck on my couch for a week. Like, I don't know, people are scared. Anything that people have objections or natural fears around, you want to just put the information out there. A lot of, like, that's what it's all about. And if I'm consuming content, this is all I have to do to get off the content. But if I'm on a zoom, I gotta, like, do this and I gotta click, click, click, end and jump out of the meeting. It's just as easy, but it's way easier to scroll in content. And that's what your feed is. It's feeding you stuff. You're just consuming it kind of mindlessly. Whereas a zoom webinar, like, you're on there and then you're kind of more locked in and so you have to set the right framework and positioning and hey guys, we're going to be here for the next hour. Let's be intentional with your time. I really appreciate your time. I'm also really protective of mine. So we're going to jump in here. I'm not going to waste a single second. What I want you guys to do is grab a pen pad and something to make sure that you're ready to write with. And then also whatever caffeine beverage you have a choice, I'm going to give you 10 seconds to do that and then we're going to jump right in. We're going to be locked in together for the next hour. Can we commit to an hour? Drop a one in the chat. Now they're like, okay, I dropped the one in the chat. Then that's a micro commitment that they made that actually affects their brain where they're like, I mean me, I'm a man that I'm a man of my word, like as much as I possibly can be. And when I don't keep my word, it keeps me up at night. And so for me, if I drop a one in the chat, I'm gonna be here for an hour. That's a micro commitment that I've made with my word. So people will do the same thing. So as long as you set the right framework, you can get people in there and then it can't be a boring webinar. You gotta give them some sauce. So, you know, hypnotizing people has been around since the, you know, whatever century actually, you know, related to some interesting stats. Like, so there's no stage before hosting your first webinar. And in fact, I would start doing them earlier the better. If you do all these little things that I'm telling you, you're going to be able to actually drive in a lot of revenue. If you're brand new and you're just getting off the ground, dude, it's never going to hurt to put out free, free, free. Like Gary Vee says, jab, jab, jab. Right hook comes in, you know, so you're putting out the value, you're putting out the value, you're putting out the value, you. And then you learn how to pitch. Okay, Vicki, from a webinar, do you go straight to the sale, okay, straight to the sales call, DTC direct to consumer sale, or do you do a one on one call? What's the been the best next step in your experience? Well, I'll tell you this, the lady that does a million Dollars a month in additional revenue. She does a two day workshop. Well, actually it's a three day workshop. Excuse me. And we spend, and it's 47 for a ticket. We spend $125,000 on there. We'll get 300 to 400 people on there. And then, and I'm not saying this is what you should do exactly, but she'll do the three days on day two, she'll tell her what the offer is and how it works and then she'll say that day three, you got to come back, there's a bunch of bonuses. People come in. She'll, she'll seed the price so everybody knows the price. And then she'll put a one on one calendar link to book with her team. We will book anywhere from 50 to 100 calls. They close at like 60 to 80%. You close at a way higher rate because the expert got the chance to actually connect with all these people over one hour. So it's very beneficial and very safe. Bless you. To do a, a bless you again to do a, a webinar where you actually schedule meetings. It's very safe, especially if you're doing it yourself. If you put an offer out there and you don't have the offer position right, then it might scare people off and they might not come back. So that's an excellent question. I like to do both where I will pitch them the offer and I'll say if you got additional questions under the place where you can pay, there's a calendar link. You can throw a time on with my team, but you won't get any of the bonuses that are here now only. Oh, now I gotta choose. Do I want to wait and schedule a call with Jason's team or do I want to buy from Jason right now? And the reason you do this is because if you're running a sales team and you're paying out commissions, then you can't pay commissions on the webinar here and now. Only bonus, the whole point of it is that you don't need a big sales team to run it. So that way you don't have to pay out as much commission. So that way you can make your price point a little bit lower. But the second that they want to get you off the webinar, now I got to pay somebody to talk to you for an hour and chase you down, do all this stuff. So, so it's going to cost you more. Like that's just economics. So you can give them that real scarcity that's called real Scarcity. Fake scarcity is like, no, yeah, the offer is always this, but I'm going to say it's only this on the webinar and then I'm going to give it to that people all the time. That doesn't really work. You have to make sure that it's real. I don't have automations as yet, so it's all manual. Do you have an email invite sequence? An email sequence to invite my email list to the webinar? Yeah. I mean, if you're just inviting people to the webinar, like I always write it the same way that I write sales copy. And I'll give you guys a framework next week we're going to talk about writing sales copy. We're going to talk about running paid ads on meta and I'm going to show you guys how to actually launch ads and write copy. But you would just write like a long form email. That's basically a story about a realization that I had at Whole Foods. I was at Whole Foods the other day and it's not going to be Whole Foods for you. It's going to be wherever you frequent or whatever you're doing. And you have to capture these moments in your life. The other day I was at home, I was at Whole Foods and I saw this guy and he was in a wheelchair and he smiled at me and he said like, have a blessed day. And I thought about how grateful he is. And you know, that that day I happened to be in a really crappy mood. You know, somebody cut me off in traffic. I was, you know, dealing with fires at work and I was just in an angry mood. And that guy switched my entire perspective. And I just realized that it's all about gratitude. And so I'm so thankful for you being on my email list. And what I wanted to do is I wanted to offer you the invite to join a free masterclass. Usually I charge for this stuff, but I'm just like, it's Thanksgiving coming up, it's Christmas coming up, it's the season of giving. I just want to give you this information and, and whether or not you ever do anything with me, it doesn't matter. If this can help at least one person on my email list, I would be a winner for this. So here's the link. You can sign up now. Boom. Story, promise, problem, problem that somebody's having. I was, I was in a bad mood. Now I'm in a better mood and mechanism. These are the four components that make up every sales copy. All funnels, all Marketing language is these four things. You guys will hear me talk about this all the time. I learned this from a guy that does $30 million a month in an info product and nobody knows him at all. He sits on the beach in Puerto Rico. He hates paying his taxes because he makes so much money. And he taught me this over, over like a mastermind dinner. And some of you guys might know who he is. Promises, problems, stories, mechanism. This is all sales copy is. If you go too heavy on the mechanism, I'm bored. Jason's got SEO. I know a lot of people that have SEO. Mechanism is too boring. If you tell me the story of how Jason was a H VAC owner that was paying a lot of money and had a problem where he was spending all this money for SEO companies that didn't work. And then the problem of AI coming in and now changing the way the SEO does it. Jason sells an SEO product that's AI. And you tell me the story of how you accidentally stumbled upon this and it worked so well for you that you got so busy that you had to hire a bunch of more team members or you had to tell them like, hey, can you shut it off? And they were like, it's too late. I can't shut it off. You got to grow your team. That story is like, I need this mechanism. Now. The promise, how many days is it going to take to set up? How often are they going to need to work on this thing? What time is going to be required of them? And then, of course, problem, which is all the problems that people face. And you want to start out a lot of your marketing with the problems. Okay, So a lot of marketing is like this. It's problem, promise, mechanism. And that's why it doesn't convert. Andy Elliot. You guys all have seen how Andy Elliott sells story, problem, story, story, story, story, story, promise, story, story, story, problem, story, mechanism. He's mostly stories, and that's what's allowed him to be so successful. Because stories, people buy emotionally and then they justify logically. And that's why to get the all the buyers, you need to have all these four components. So if you want to know what sales copy to write in your industry, you need to go and you need to find controls. And a control would be like the guy that's crushing it in your industry. And what this guy told me to do is he said, go and find the control in your industry. Maybe it's a video sales letter, maybe it's a webinar. Record it. Take the drop, take the the Recording of it. Upload it to a transcriber. Take all the words from it. Print it out on actual paper. Get four markers. One's for promises, one's for problems, one's for mechanism, once for story. Highlight in the the all the transcription where he's talking problems, where he's talking promises, where he's talking stories, where he's talking mechanisms. Understand the balance. Okay, this is I'd say 20 problems, 80 stories. And then try to model your language after that. If you go and try to take what they have word for word, you will always fail. We are in an age of copy and paste marketing and is garbage and it doesn't work. People can feel it. And with AI, people are craving something real. The energy you put behind something is the energy you will get out of something. So just by doing this, what you do is you don't then say the same thing as him. You take your problems and put them in there. You take your story and put it in there with the same kind of weighted balance. Like if you find out at a mastermind that somebody's doing a million dollars a month with something that is something that you sell too, study everything that they're doing to do it. If they tell you the end result of what they're doing, people are loose with stuff. They say, yeah, I'm doing about a million dollars a month with the software. Oh, you are? And where are you guys running traffic? Meta. Okay, cool. Yeah, that's awesome, man. Thanks for letting me know that. That's great. You know, and then you go home that night and you go to Meta Ads library and you find their Facebook ads and you, you can see the ads. And how much are you spending on ads? Oh, we're spending 40,000 a day. Okay, cool. So now you know that 40,000 a day with these ads makes a million dollars. Is it them that's special that can do that? No, anyone can do that, but you can't copy them word for word. You have to make it you your own thing. How many days a week pre promote do you do ahead of a webinar? What is a good amount of time to allow people to register and promote your event online? I like to do three weeks of promotion. The first week is a soft launch. Hey guys, I'm thinking about doing this. Like if I'm, if I'm doing it on my stories, I might do a poll on my stories. I'm kind of thinking about opening this up for free. This is something I used to charge a thousand bucks for, but you know, for whatever story you have or like, why ever you would want to do this. I'm thinking about doing it for free. Who would be interested if I even did this? Would it even be worth my time? And they can vote on your story. Okay, guys, yesterday I did a poll. A lot of people wanted to do it, so I'm going to do it. Here's the link to register. Now you're getting your organic people. You're hitting your email list. Hey, pre launch early access. You can submit your questions ahead of time. If you subscribe this week on the webinar, you're going to get this, that and the other. Now I'll tell you, you don't want to launch your ads too hard, too early. If you launch your ads three weeks out and you spend too much budget early and you start getting a lot of signups, you're going to have a low show rate. Why? Because I don't know what I'm doing in three weeks. I don't even know what I'm doing in three hours. I just got my Google calendar. So like it needs to be something where you have a week of kind of soft promo seating things and then you have a week of really like more aggressive, like here's what we're doing. And then for your ads, you're going to spend 80% of the budget in the last week leading up to the webinar. 80% of your ad budget is spent in the last week leading up to the webinar. In fact, for Andy's a lot of Andy's best performing webinars, we're like a week out and Andy's like, yo, let's do a webinar. And I'm like, all right, let's go. And I was like, when can you do it? He's like, I'm traveling all of octo, but I have this one date and it's in five days. Can we pull it off? And I'm like, yeah, let's go. And I launch the ads at night, we send the email list, we hit everybody super hard and then we get a high show rate. Why do we get a high show rate? Because people are like surprised, like, oh, I don't have much time to think on this. I gotta do this right now. But when Alex Hormozi did his huge webinar, he had ads live for 45 days before he had a self liquidating offer that allowed him to spend money infinitely. And before he even did the webinar he spent $4 million and he made 6 million on his upsells. That's not going to happen unless you have a huge brand and you've done an excellent job. But if you are able to liquidate on the front end with the self liquidating offer, then you can just spend and spend and spend and spend because you're. A lot of people pay money to get people on a webinar. If you can make money before, like Andy's last one, we spent 100 grand. We made 50 grand before we even did the webinar, just off the $97. So when you do that, then that you know you're getting all that exposure for free. You're getting all those leads for free. Dennis the ad budget, it's subjective. You like, I started running ads in the early days at $15 a day and I was getting dealership owners, but it took a long time to get that feedback. Took me three weeks to get a real lead. I was getting some leads here and there. And I just had one promise to myself, I'm not going to shut off these ads. If I need to skip my freaking iced almond milk latte, whatever it is, for $7. So I can spend $7 that day. I'll do it like you can. You can lower your ads but never turn them off. That's my motto. And so I always would just keep them running. But I started at 15 a day. And then after three weeks I got like a real lead. He paid me $3,000. It was one of the number one Jeep stores in the nation. And that was like really solidified my belief. And I almost turned the ad off. It was funny. I was like, man, I'm going to go negative here if I keep doing this. And then I got this guy, he paid me $3,000 up front. He's still my client today. Sent me a bunch of referrals. Probably made 100k off that. And all I had spent was like $300 to do it. So that solidified my belief. So I started at $15 a day. But what I recommend a lot of my clients to do, if they're smaller, start out at 30 to $50 a day. If they're bigger, then start out at 100 to 300 a day. And it all depends on how much time you have. If you're getting good results. And we're going to talk next week about KPIs, about ads, about what you should expect in lead costs. If you're getting good results, then just floor the budget because you're going to want to have more people on there. If you've got a good presentation that you believe in, if you've done the webinar before and it's converted, if you have a lot of people that have wanted to work for you for a long time, but they haven't really had a way to, and you're just launching this program, then floor it. Because once you get on there, you're going to have so much fun. It's going to be so cool. You're going to wish there was more people on there. Okay. All right, so that's all the questions from the chat. Who else has questions? And I'll go a little bit extra today because I know some of you guys, we had the Arizona time, you know, little mishap. So some of you guys were, weren't able to get on at the right time, or some of you guys got on late. So anybody that needs anything, we can, we can workshop. Jason, I'd like to look at your funnel too. Yeah, I know that you built that out. Anybody have any questions that they want to, want to throw in before that either raise your little virtual hand, drop it in the chat. Will do. Here be a recording. Will do. Here be a recording available. Will there be a record? Yeah, yeah. I'm gonna send the recording in the, and the WhatsApp chats and then if you guys need them for anything else, just let me know. I've got my note taker in here. No, it's okay, Jeff. I was just reading it word for word and then I was like, oh, that's. That doesn't. Yeah, got big fingers over there. It's all good. All good. Oh, cuz it's nap time with the baby. I saw that. That's cool. So at a high level, there's a lot of things that you guys are going to need and, and keep dropping questions. I'm going to stay on for a little bit longer. Camila. When's my next call, sweetie? Okay, so funnel and automation setup. So first you gotta play in the content. Second, you gotta have your funnel and automation set up. 45 minutes. Yeah. So I got some time, guys, so I can, I can stay on a little bit later if anybody else has additional questions. So the funnels, we went over in, in week one, how to set up the funnel. The replay is in the portal. For those of you guys that are in Elliott's program and for those of you guys that are in school, that is the first step in the webinar replay set up. And I've also got Argo high level funnels Then you set up the automation funnels. Okay. This is in Go high level. If you guys are an Elliott group, you're gonna learn about that on Tuesdays of Brew. If you're, if you're in school, you need any help with webinars, just reach out to me. Then you're going to choose your platform. Zoom, webinar, jam, et cetera. I like to use Zoom. Today I taught you guys how you can set this up through Zoom. Okay. And even if you don't, you can skip the funnel and automations altogether. If you just want to run it lean and you have people that you know, you could just go straight into doing it on Zoom. If you're like, hey, I just want to like get some people on here, I want to start pitching. That's cool. Registration sequences, ad filming and preparation. This is what we're going to go over next week. All things ads and then final checks, rehearsing a webinar, reviewing the slides, transitions, everything like that, which WhatsApp for school Todd, I'll send you school access as a done for you client. We send all the done for you clients an email to join these calls, but we actually have a school community for the coaching and I'll have my assistant add you to that so that you can get all the replays. And the WhatsApp group is the Andy's built to scale. Yeah, you got it. Can you drop your email real quick or. Actually, I have your email. Nevermind, I'll, I'll send it to you. Hey, Camilla, can you get Todd Conklin in the school please? Thank you. What's up, Jeff?
Hey, how we doing?
Excellent. How are you, brother?
I'm good, I'm good.
So I was part of the original BTS group there. I, I, I also don't know anything about the school access.
Is that something that I could get.
Added into as well? School's a separate thing. This is actually. So I'm, I'm not part of Andy's team directly. I work directly with Andy, but I have my own company and so all the bonuses and stuff that are, we're dropping the replays inside the WhatsApp group. You're in the built to scale WhatsApp 100 original. Yep. Yeah. So we're dropping all the replays in there. That's the same thing that I'm doing in school. But then I actually have my own offer as well. That's the same thing essentially. Okay. And I put everybody in through school. So yeah, it's a little bit different. But yeah, we send everything in the WhatsApp just to keep it clean. Yeah, because the school, we charge like a thousand bucks a month or something like that. We understood. Understood stuff. I got it. I got it. Yeah, very good. I appreciate it. Yeah, no problem. Okay, cool. Jason, you got a call to run too, or can we look at your funnel here? Okay, cool. You want to pull it up, brother, or you want to send the link? Let's go. So Jason's in our. In our implementation program and he's a wizard with. He's got one of the sickest AI SEO products I've ever seen. And so he's been implementing this. We just had a call the other day and. And we're going to check this out now. The new language of Google. How to train AI to choose your business first. New language of Google Master the hidden signals to that tell Google's AI you're the most trusted choice in your market. The three proven secrets to ranking top three on Google Maps, straight from contractor and founder Jason Jackson. I think this is good, but I think it can be a little bit more clear why. One thing that I've said on a couple sales calls since we jumped on, I had. Remember I had that guy that was asking me about AI right after I jumped on with you, I said, hey, man, SEO is dead. Now it's all about aeo A I E O. And they just start laughing like they die about that. They think it's hilarious. So I would almost say like something very. How to train AI to choose your business first. I would say, like, SEO is dying and it's now all about aeo. Learn how to rank on AI and have Google put you first. Okay, keep going down. I will tell you too that the other funnel template converted a little bit higher, but this one got us higher quality people. So I mean, this is, this is good to do. But just so you know, that is. That is one thing. This funnel, it. It got us a lot of sales. But the picture here, I think was like a little bit off. I might take that picture off and just make the text blow up and have the button above the fold. Okay. 12 days. Okay, keep going. Yeah, this is sick. Who should join if you run a local business. Okay. Before you feel. Yeah. So who should join this master class? This would be a good place if you go up a little bit to put some, like, benefit bullets, like local business owners is cool, but maybe if they could see themselves on there. Car dealer. We've done this for a thousand different companies, including car dealerships, lawyers, Real estate agents, plumbers, H vac, roofing, like, just do two columns. So just straight up all the industries so that way somebody can see it and be like, dang, this is for me. If you run a local business and want to dominate Google Maps, is it for you? But I'm like, is my business big enough? Is it too small? What to expect before the masterclass? You feel invisible. When homeowners searched on Google, competitors with worse reviews keep outranking you. Okay? You're tired of marketers who promise and disappear. You built a great company, but nobody sees it. These are good. These are really good. You know, you should rank higher despite all your hard work and reputation, getting consistent leads with SEO. I would say with SEO, like, just make it really clear because people know what SEO is and they buy it. I would not dance around the fact that you're selling SEO at all. There's a few different. So if you guys ever look at the five stages of market sophistication, there's like stage one, which is like completely unaware. Almost any product that you throw in there, people are going to buy. And this is like what happened three years ago with AI. People were selling chat GBT prompts for thousands of dollars, and everybody was buying it. I bought some too. I got suckered. And then I saw this and I was like, dude, this is, this is junk. You know, this is nothing. But it worked. And they did. Millions and millions of dollars. Well, then people start becoming. As you go deeper into the levels of market sophistication, and I could pull up a graph, but people start, their skepticism increases, their belief decreases, and now you have to have more advanced tactics. So, like, number one is like, anything will work. Number two is slightly better. Number three, I got to look exactly what it is. But as you go down, you need better, new, reinvented, you know, ways of doing things. And the further you get down where people know about it, the more you just say what it is. Like, you've already been buying SEO. You've been paying thousands of dollars a month for met, you know, keyword descriptions, meta tags, that kind of stuff. So, and then after the master class, let's look at the transition real quick. Your business shows up in the top three for every key service area. And do you have a guarantee with this?
Yeah.
Yeah. I would put after the master class, you have a guaranteed, no risk way to rank top three for in. For every key service area in your map pack, homeowners are calling you ready to buy, not price shopping because you're showing up under high intent search, you can track every call, review ranking from one dashboard. I'd consider the tracking every call some kind of bonus that you could have later on. But like, tracking every call is important to me. But what's more important to me is that I can put more bread on the table for my family, that I can grow my business, that I can have a steady stream of inbound leads to that I can grow my team. Competitors start asking how you did it. That's. That's not bad. I think that's okay. Even after years of hard work and happy customers, your phone still goes quiet without warning. One week you can't keep up with the demand, the next is crickets. And what's worse, you see competitors with fewer reviews and worse. I would definitely throw stones at Meta ads too, and Meta ad agencies and SEO agencies. I would be saying, you're paying all this money to. To Facebook ad agency, and I'm a Facebook ad agency myself, and you're paying all this money to Facebook ad agencies. And you're not scaling, you're not growing, you're. You're constantly paying retainers. And the second you turn off the ads, the leads stop. You feel, you know, trapped with golden handcuffs. Meta does really good one month, and the next month it completely caps the bed. Okay. And what's worse, you see competitors with fewer reviews and worse service ranking above your Google. Taking the calls should be yours. Yeah, yeah. And it's just like, it's like irrelevancy, like you become irrelevant. You know, you do good services, but nobody's seeing you. You know that you take better care of your customers than the companies that are spending all this money on marketing that seem to show up everywhere. They have terrible reviews, terrible customer service. You've heard nothing but horror stories about their product, and yet they still are showing up better than you. If you don't take that personal, it's time to start. This should make you angry. You know, when you read the stuff on this page, contents of this page will make you angry. Warning to local business owners. Okay, Keep going down. Meet your host. I love that. That one with you and the Jack o lantern. Or I mean the. The whatever that is. Jacko. Whatever, whatever. I don't. I don't know tools, but that. That like, you just look, like, perfect there. I would. I throw shadows on this picture. Anytime I do pictures on white backgrounds, I always do curved picture. Like, I curve the edges and then I also throw shadow on the background. It just makes it have a little bit more depth on the page. Jason Jackson is one of the most sought after AI and local marketing experts in America. I would say became one of and I would start with your story like as after Jason was and I would meet them where they're at and take them to where you've gone. So after Jason started beating his head against this wall, he actually thought about putting himself under this, this tool because of all the money he was spending on SEO that didn't work. Meta ads, he tried everything. He realized that he had to do it himself. So what he did is he got together with these companies and they developed their own proprietary AI and local marketing tech technology that is able to do XYZ high level result. I would meet them more with your story and then bring them to where you're at versus the reverse here. Jason is known for his straight shooting, results driven approach to helping contractors and local business owners. Yeah, I like, I like this part. Escape shady marketing tricks traps dominate Google Maps and buy back their visibility online. Okay, scroll down a little bit. Okay. When you join today you'll receive two free master class bonuses. AEO SEO Blueprint. This is the coolest thing I've seen on the page yet. I want to see something like this earlier. I like these mock ups that you got here. I like the, I like the, the bear, the, the guy. I think maybe you take out that top picture and, and adjust it a little bit. I really like this bonus here. And also the one thing that you're missing on this bonus is tie a dollar amount to the bonus AEO SEO blueprint value 5,000 or whatever the true retail value is. Learn a master proven system and then make it clear. Is this something that they're going to get as a bonus if they sign up? So like you're going to get the opportunity to get this or is this going to. Okay, two free masterclass bonuses. So, so do they get instant access beforehand to check that out? Is it a training? Okay, so when you join today you'll receive two free masters. So is this instant access to like a course?
No, it's just a PDF and then the second one is just a link to our. We have a, we have a site built out that they enter their business name, their GBP and it emails them a full like 10 page audit.
That's sick. I would put that visibility audit worth. You know we charge $375 for this. You're gonna get a 10 page PDF instant and instant access too. There's. So I talked about what's made up in sales copy like the promises, problems, stories and mechanism. But then there's four components of offers that are really important too. And anytime you make an offer, you want to consider these things. Is it instant? Is it fun? Is it simple? Is it easy? If it's these four things, people will love it. So it's like the AI SEO Instant PDF. You know, the AI Scan tool is sick, bro. That is sick. Like they're gonna get instant. Right? After you sign up for this on the next page, you're going to be able to get a 10 page AI audit that's going to show you where you're lacking in your SEO and things and give you action items that you can immediately start taking action on.
And then we get access, we get the back end. Catch that?
Right?
We catch all their information when they sign up. What are your thoughts about calling them before the webinar or.
No, it's a good idea, but you have to do it with a lot of care and consideration. So you call them and you're like, what's up, Jason? Hey man, I saw that you just signed up for the webinar. I wanted to make sure that you got access to the bonuses. We're super excited to have you On Tuesday at 1:00pm, by the way, did you add it to your calendar? Okay, cool. So the AEO SEO blueprint, this is actually a real valuable thing. We use it internally. It's a PDF. You can download this and you can understand how to start ranking on AI because you know, people aren't searching on Google anymore. We used to say Google it. Now we say check ChatGPT. I'm going to check ChatGPT on this. So you need to make sure that your business is showing up on AI search. And there's actually a methodical approach to doing that that my team's figured out after X amount of years and X amount of results. And we'd love to show you how that works. All you have to do is download the PDF. Did you get that? Oh, no, I didn't get that yet, Jason. No problem. Let me just forward it over to you. Boom. I forwarded it over to the guy. Now there's a bit of reciprocity. And also we're going to do a visibility audit. Would you mind it? Like, have you been able to do that yet? It might be an old guy. It's like, dude, I'm on my trucks nine hours a day. I don't got time to get in all that. Why don't you just send me over the report to my email and you're like, oh, sure, well, tell me about a little bit about your business. And now you're like, well, I do this out of Kentucky, all this stuff, and. And then you actually send. You do the audit while you're right there on the phone with them and then email it over to them. So in your case, I think that you could do it very slick.
But.
But it can't be like, hey, we want to tell you about our programs. Like, that will kill it. They will not show up. They'll hate it. It has to amplify the webinar and make sure that they get there and. And then get them and the frameworks. Like, hey, we had some people that said that they weren't able to access the bonuses. Jason wanted us to reach out because he said it's really important that you get all these bonuses, so I'm going to send them to you directly. And by the way, just so I can make sure that it's the most relevant to you and. And understand exactly what you're doing, can you tell me a little bit about your business? Okay, let me just do the audit right now. Boom. I'm emailing this to. What's your email? Do you have a partner? Let me send it to the email. And did the partner register for the webinar as well? Okay, let's get him registered. What's his phone number? What's his email? Boom, boom, boom. Now you're like, having your team lock in, because everybody that you do that with is going to show up to the webinar 100%. They're all going to buy, too. That's the thing, is you're going to precede them on this. You're going to give them so much value. And then it's like, all right, Jason, well, I got to run out of here. But look through that audit with your partner tonight, and then if you have any questions, you can shoot me a text. This is my personal line. I'll see you later. Bye. Boom. They're feeling like, oh, is this guy going to try to sell me? And you're like, see you later. Bye. And they're like, wait. Like, wait, I want to know more. AI Audit. Like, okay, we gotta. Hey, honey, we gotta get on this call. Hey, everybody in the team needs to be on this call. This is the future. And like, I think, like, even the headline of this could be, like, the future of local business search. Like, I like the new language, but you got to just always remember that people's comprehension level is between a third to A fifth grade comprehension level. And when you're dealing with like local business owners who are super busy, it just needs to say it like so simple, like the future of SEO is here. How to rank with AI and if not, you'll become irrelevant. So I would play with this headline quite a bit. And what you can also do is you can always do a split test. You launch the ads, you send 50 of the traffic to this, 50 of the traffic to another split test. I do like the Trusted by badge here. It looks good. Okay, let's keep going all the way down to where we were. Okay, that's it. Cool, cool. Nice. I like the background here. October 14th. Okay, so you're Sir. So you're gonna do your confirmation video. And in this confirmation video you're gonna just basically do the same thing that I just said when somebody calls them. Hey, guys, I want to make sure that you get added this to your calendar. Get all these bonuses. Thank you so much for signing up. Make sure that you set an alarm. Make sure that you invite anybody else that should be here. This is the future of AI. People that do not do this will become completely irrelevant. Okay, keep scrolling down.
I've got all that set up.
Nice. You got that event?
Okay, all that set up and then this.
This is it. Sick. Make sure to link this out to like your, your YouTube channel if you're putting any content. Okay. You've got the links to the, to the calendar, which is good, but you always want, if you could, you would get them consuming Jason Jackson content from the time they see this or AI content or SEO content from the time that they see this to the time of the webinar. So like, don't be afraid to put links to your YouTube in this links to your socials. Hey, I want to see who, who's going to be the, the biggest action taker here. I got a special surprise for anybody that asks me on Instagram and DMS me the word AEO Fun stuff. And the trick is you're trying to get them to take some action with you. They take a little action here, a micro commitment there, and all of a sudden when you ask them to pull out their credit card, they're ready to do so because you've been giving them insights all along the way.
Yeah.
Okay. This looks good, man. I love it. I love it. I can't wait to see your slides. You know, when, when we get them back, I know that you're doing the slides with us. We got the team working on that already, so. Yeah, man, Sweet.
All right, man.
You got any other questions?
No, I'm good. I'm just gonna go edit a lot of this stuff and.
Okay. All right. And by the way, guys, Tony and Dean are live right now on YouTube talking all about AI my, my partner just sent me the link. I, I sent it in the chat here. If you guys aren't doing anything, throw this on in the background. These guys are the masters of webinars, the absolute masters. This is a three day challenge that will blow your mind. Whatever they're selling, don't buy it. I'm just kidding. They're. They're gonna make you want to buy it. Like I'm telling you, like they're freaking deadly with what they do. So jump on there. I'm gonna jump on there and listen to that until my next call. And if anybody else has any questions, now's the time. And by the way, next week, same time, that's 12pm PST, 1pm Arizona time, 1pm MST, 2pm CST and 3pm EST. Okay, so we'll update that in the automations because Go High level. The thing about Go High Level is it'll fire the workflow in the account time zone which if, if you're in Arizona, screws everything up. If you're anywhere else, it just updates for everybody. But if you're in Arizona, you're screwed. And so the Elliott group is in Arizona. And so when everywhere else upgrades an hour up but they stay the same, then it actually moves the call an hour back. I've had it in my Google calendar, so it's like the same every single week. I can see it. But that, that really screwed us up today. So apologize guys. Anybody else have any questions? Webinars, ads, anything? All right, love you guys. Appreciate you. Have a great week. I'll see you next week. We'll talk all about ads.
