Hey, guys. This week on. Hey, Sabri, I'm answering doycam's question. Hey, Sabri, how can you keep up with the great habit, like waking up at 4am, going to the gym, and working like a superman without going insane? Yeah, it's a good question. Well, in one word, sacrifice. You know, you got to sacrifice things that you enjoy doing in order to go to bed at a normal time so you can wake up at an insane time. Right? And it all comes down to, you know, for me, where I'm at in my life, I've got, you know, two kids. I've got. I'm running a business. I've got a big team. I've got a family that I'm running in a household that I'm running as well. So, you know, you have to look at all. All the available units of time that you've got in a day and really start to scrutinize where that time is going and what's really gonna get, what's really important for you. And for me, you know, I've got very clearly defined goals that I'm trying to hit and trying to realize my potential. And in order to do that, you know, I have to look at every single hour in the day and, like, where that time and attention is going, and then look at, okay, well, what is it that is in these 24 hours in a day that is not aligning with me? Being able to reach those goals and cutting out all that wastage and not doing a lot of things that might be pleasurable or might be fun, but ultimately don't align with me. Being able to realize my potential and hit my goals and do all the things that I'm trying to do. Cutting all that stuff off and getting sleep, eating healthy, getting that workout and being fired up and on purpose every day. So that's how I do it.
