Nate Tilley walks through his team's process for new clients: build a brand and unique mechanism, test demand with a simple landing page, then invest in high-end VSL production and backend operations once you know it works. Test first, scale second.

All right. I am just finishing up from a VSL shoot with a client. We started with these guys with a brand new brand, formulated the brand with them, came up with their unique mechanism, tested an MVP with just a landing page. The market is very receptive. Now we're going and actually doing the hard work and developing out the back end of that offer. I always like to test the front end and then really work on the back end. So you're not front loading all the risk in the beginning and building out all these crazy funnels and VSLs and doing all this fancy shooting like we've been doing. Basically just finding out whether or not there is some resemblance of product, market fit in that market and then once you have that, then go do all the fancy stuff, then go do all these crazy high end VSL shoots that we're doing right now. And that's exactly what we're about to go do. Build out all of those funnels, build out the back end teams. This is how you scale businesses. This is the way that it all comes together. Test the front end, build the team, build the sales team and fully develop the back end and then go out there and just take the market.
