So the first is just to make sure that you're really eating unprocessed organic foods, right? I know that that's like a hot debate in terms of, you know, organic versus non organic, all of that kind of stuff. The thing that I will say is right is this, is that in my opinion, the further away you get away from just being able to pull like a carrot out of the ground and eat it, the worse off you are. So, you know, naturally you want to be eating foods that are unprocessed as possible, that don't have any chemicals, that don't have all of these things because, you know, you want to basically be eating the way that n intended. And the more human intervention that there is with things, the more that it just impacts and causes a whole downstream and second order consequences that we won't get to in this video. But what I have found in terms of the cleanest energy source is just trying to keep the food with as little as ingredients as possible. Like if they have no ingredients, the better you're gonna be, right? And the more unprocessed they are, the better it's gonna be for you as well.
