Guys, I gotta be honest. So not every lead generation campaign that we do is successful. Some clients we work with aren't happy. Oftentimes running an agency can feel like slamming my head against the wall or choking out Mark Zuckerberg. I'm just being honest. But here's the thing that I've learned over the years is doing this is super, super worthwhile. It's a profitable venture. But the clients that aren't successful with me, let me tell you the biggest problem the all have if they're not successful. The clients that aren't successful with me usually are not committed to following a new process and trying something different. They're etched in their ways. They don't want to call the leads when we tell them to. They want to make excuses. They want to not do their sales strategy differently. And these are the things, it doesn't matter how many leads I could send you. These clients that aren't successful, we'll send them hundreds of leads and they won't convert. And it's because they don't already have a, a well defined sales process and client acquisition system. So that's the number one way that we see mistakes when we do this.
