A short YouTube monologue by Nate Tilley about weekly planning, team onboarding, and personal productivity. The speaker describes an explicit ritual at the start of each week: write down the full calendar, weekly goals, sleep tracking, work/personal/admin tasks, and priorities. He reflects on last week’s improvements, notes minor setbacks, and emphasizes staying disciplined and focused midweek to hit commitments.

What's up, guys? We're at the shift office today, and I got my team over here doing a onboarding call. My guy, Salmon, you can hear him here, see what he's talking about. You guys still might be able to work with them, but because we know it's Facebook onboarding clients, we are working on team processes. I have a team call, everything super dialed in for this week. So check this out. The beginning of every week, I'll go through and I'll write down my whole calendar, all the slots, everything that I have to do, the goals for the week, the sleep tracker, some of the work stuff, personal stuff, admin stuff that I have to do. What are your priorities this week? Okay. What are you going to get done? What are you going to accomplish? How are you going to be a little bit better than you were last week? That's all we have to do, or. Last week was an absolute success for me because I could track how I was better than the week before. Okay. I did put a little bit more output in, got a little bit more input, was just a little bit more clear on what I was trying to do and what I was trying to accomplish. And I was able to accomplish a lot of it. A couple areas that I hit a stumbling block. So this week I'm focused on doing the exact same thing, except in those areas that, like, Thursday, Friday, midweek, staying strong, staying disciplined, staying hungry, and focused on my commitment. So hope you're crushing it. Let's go get it.
