Well, if you want to get energy right now, he's chosen a Celsius. Do you go to the gym this morning without. Yes. Did you go really hard? Did you go this morning? When you go to the gym and you do hard, it releases oxytocin, serotonin, dopamine and endorphins. It's a biological reward. When you don't do hard, they're released that's more powerful than this. Do you guys want energy running through your freaking veins like a crackhead? It isn't going to come from this. Never miss the gym in your life again. Never. You guys want to know how to you like, how do I create that energy? Self esteem, self belief, self confidence is made in the gym. Also, energy is made in the gym. You want a big ass life, you're going to need to be healthy. And you go to the gym for a lot of reasons. Number one, because it's my mental medicine. When I go, it allows me to work on myself. And If I got 23 hours, focus on everybody else. I got one hour, work on me. You don't give yourself that hour, you're never going to go far. Talking to you guys up like you want to have a big life, does that make sense? If you're in here and you're like, I want to make a couple hundred grand a year, I'm not talking to you, I'm talking to some people. And who are, who will really do some big stuff. Guys break your bloodline. Does that ring a bell? Break generational curses, rewrite your story. I mean, dude, that shit brings chills down my spine, you know, I don't know what the back of my shirt says, but does it say bet against me? What does it say? It says, I'll never retreat, I'll never surrender. But it normally says, come back, kid. It says bet against me. It says something that I'm always thinking. There's two things that really fire me up. One is to have someone say, I can't do something. If you tell me I can't do it, I'm going to slit your throat 100% sure I will rip your face off. I want you to feel that way when someone says you can't make it. But secondly, I like it when people are counting on me. I love having three beautiful kids and a great wife. I love having it 20 years I've been married over my dead body. And I'm gonna let my wife down. Ain't gonna happen. Now, I don't know where you' in this room right now, but I'm going to tell you this, look, dude, there's a lot of people that don't believe in you, but if you just got one that does, you never let that person down. And I'm going to tell you guys something. I'm a big family guy, so it's like everything to me. But also I like to win. If you've heard my message, you know, I like to get it all. I like to be a great husband, I like to be close to God, I like to be a great father, I like to be in great shape. You know, I run around my shirt off 99% of the time. Why? Because it holds me accountable. People say, why are you wearing your shirt most of the time? This is very rare for me to wear a shirt with sleeves. Do you know why people say, why you got a cut off sleeve shirt on? Because I got to work out all the time if I wear it. I mean, I can never slip. Guys, the higher your accounting accountability gets, the more successful you're going to become. Trap yourself as much as possible into pockets of accountability. Some of you in here, you don't want any accountability. You're freaking already out. And by the way, I didn't take you out. Your competition didn't take you out, you took you out. Listen, I understand the game. You're going to live in a tornado until you die. Are you okay with that? Next time somebody says, do you want to buy an offer? Do you want to come train with me, write the check and go learn everything they have, I'm going to tell you this, if I have more courage in you, I'm going to beat you. You say, yeah, we already went to the training. Let me tell you something. Every time you go to the training, even if the training doesn't change, you've changed, you're a different person. The training will mean something different the next time you showed up. Does that make sense? You think I know what he's going to say when I go to church? I know what he's going to say. He's going to tell me to keep God first every single time. But every time I show up, I'm a different person. He could preach the same message every time and it would mean something different to me. Because every time I show up, every Sunday, I'm a different person. See, I'm going to explain something to you. Some of you think so small, you're looking for new information. If you keep changing every time, if you can hear the same information or read the same book, it means something different. This is where you got to get it. The question is, who can change the fastest in this room?
