Founder Sabri Subhi joins me now in the studio. I really look at business as an incredible vehicle to really, like, make good and make change in the world. Now let's talk about setting up your day and really preparing to sell. So it's important that when you transition into actually making sales calls and into reaching out to people and into the whole act of selling, that you leave nothing to chance and you structure up your day so you are as effective as possible, possible. And this is my system and this is what really works for me in terms of being the most effective and getting the most output for the day. And the way that I do that is, is by structuring up my day. When I was cold calling, you know, I would want to basically break my day down into our blocks, which I would call my hour of power. And I would want to have at least four hours of calling time per day. And I wouldn't be starting my day with getting bogged down into email or looking at social or anything that's kind of going to distract me from what the task is at hand. And you might open up your inbox and you have an email from a client or an email from a colleague or a friend with some bad news or anything, and that's going to break your state. You really want to get into what I call level 10 state before you call, and you want to control as much of those outside forces that are impacting how much output that you can deliver in that day. And the way is by basically turning out and cutting out all that noise. Do not check email. Do not look at social media as the first thing. Structure up your day where you know, you're basically spending the first two, three, four hours of the day simply making calls and doing outreach and getting those things done. And what you'll find is that if you start your day with those activities, it will set you up for success for the rest of the day. If you've already called on 50 people before the time you have lunch, you're going to basically take that momentum into the rest of the day and use it as like a pushing off block and really project yourself into the rest of the day and set yourself up for success. So really break down those activities and don't make more than an hour of calls at a time, you know, and in the hours of calls that you do do, do not be checking email, have your mobile phone put away, don't have any distractions around you and just be laser focused on making those calls. And then after an hour, get up, shake it out, go to the bathroom, have it, you know, a water break, and do the things that. But make sure that, you know, you're having an hour of output. You really hammering down, focusing down. You're not looking for people to call. You've already got your list made. You've got all the assets that you need to really just go out there and just be productive and just produce and just hammer that telephone or the loom or the screen recordings or whatever it is that you do and break it down into hourly blocks. And that will really set you up for success. When you're looking at your day, you need to create a daily routine that really empowers you and fuels the energy inside you. Right? So we just talked about making, you know, blocking out certain hours in the day to do like an hour of power, of calling. But let's look at, you know, what does a successful day look like for you to kind of maximize the amount of energy and output that you can really bring. So you want to kind of get, get up, get it up in the day, whether or not you're a morning person or not. You want to wake up early and you want to do some form of exercise to really shake up your state and get you in a peak state where your blood is flowing. You've done, you know, deep breathing for the day and you're really kind of engaged and turned on. Then beyond that, you want to look at, like, what is it you're eating, what are you fueling your body with? You don't want to start your day with like a huge, you know, car bloat. And then you just crash and your productivity just goes down through the floor. You want to have a light breakfast and then, you know, move on to those big action items, the calling and breaking up your day. Then again, when you break for lunch, you want to have a light lunch, something that's not going to, you know, bog you down and really suck the energy from you, but something that's going to kind of fuel the energy and keep you going for the rest of the day. And then, you know, once you've done those big energy outputs like sales calls, like cold outreach and shooting these videos and things like that, that's where at the end of the day, you want to hash out, sending out your proposals, answering emails, doing any of those kind of errands, the day is for hunting. And then you can do the farming in the evening when you kind of, you don't need to do all those productivity things and you don't really need to be hammering sales calls, you know, at 5:00 clock or at 6:00 clock at night. And that's really where you want to take that time as and send out proposals, answer emails, call anybody back, or do those things that you need to do. And you'll find that by going through that structure, that it will give you momentum and it will allow you to get the most amount of output out of your day. Sending out proposals at the end of the day also does two things. The first thing that it does is really illustrate that you've taken the time out to really think about it, look at their business, and craft together that proposal. So that's a really, really important thing. If you get off the phone with someone and you just send them a proposal immediate, there's not. They're not going to think there's much time has really gone into customizing that to their specific example of where they're at or the problem that they're trying to solve. Making cold calls and doing outreach is like a freight train. You know, it takes a while to get a bit of momentum and get some speed and to really get that thing going. But then once you've gone out and the wheels are going and you're moving fast, you know, you just blow through any objections or any bad calls, and you use all of that movement as momentum to roll in from one call to the next. Now, as you're making cold calls and doing outreach and really hammering these things out, you know, it's really important to turn this into a game. And that's really how you get lots of success. If you're just starting your day up and you don't know anything about the small minute things, and you're not breaking it down into small little wins that you can experience throughout the day, it's going to seem daunting or you're going to feel like you're not making any progress. So the way that I always thought about this is basically marking down, you know, how many dials that I was making a day, how many pictures that I was doing, how many proposals I was sending out, and how many voicemails I was leaving. And when making calls, you know, I would look at how many calls do I need to make in order to do a pitch, and then how many pitches do I need to do in order to send out a proposal, and how many proposals do I need to send out in order to land a client. And then when I was looking at those numbers, I would be able to see, okay, you know, I've made 10 calls and just need to do another one or two calls in order. I get a hold of someone where action can deliver a pitch, and then, okay, I've delivered two pictures. So I know the next pitch will definitely be a proposal sending out where you know those numbers. And you can kind of, when you break for lunch, go, cool, I'm having a productive day. I've already made 50 phone calls. And it allows you to really look at that as a measuring stick and see, you know, how you're going and see what kind of output you're experiencing. Because you might not land a new client every day. And then you might think, okay, that day hasn't been a success. But as long as you can look at the numbers and really gamify that process and know that you're putting in the work, the results will come.
