All right, guys, so this is a study. It's an infograph that shows how you can maximize your speed to lead and also how you can make sure that no lead ever slips through the cracks. Most small businesses actually are terrible with the way they follow up with leads and it's really not their fault. They have too much work in front of them, they're already understaffed. The staff that they do have isn't doing what they need to do on the Internet follow up part. And frankly, people just don't know what to do. So we compiled a list of studies into this one infographic here that shows the best lead practices that we follow with the shift social and how we can be most successful. So some things to consider here is here, here's the stats you basically need to know. So 78% of customers buy from the company that responds to their inquiry first. So whatever company, when people are sending in in, you know, inquiries that are checking out this website, they're checking out this ad, whichever company responds first and connects with them, 78% of the time, the customer buys with that company. So we have to be first every time. Okay, you're 21 times more effective when calling a lead within five minutes of the prospect first contact as opposed as just calling after 30 minutes. So you're going to have 21 times more success. Okay, meaning if you would have qualified just one lead by calling in 30 minutes, you'll qualify 21 leads by calling in five minutes with the same amount of leads in your pipeline. So the way that works is you, you gotta make sure you're calling within at least five minutes of the prospect's first contacts and connect with them. And only 7% of companies actually do this for 55% of companies actually respond in five or more days. So guys, that means over half of the companies that are in the country and probably in the world, I'm assuming this is a worldwide issue, but I can only speak for the United States. 55% of companies take five days or more to respond. And I've personally seen this from auditing different people's follow up structures. Okay, another statistic, you're seven times more likely to qualify leads when reaching out within an hour as opposed to just one hour later. So if you can't get to them within within five minutes, then you're seven times more likely to qualify them when reaching out within one hour as just opposed to an hour later. So at least make sure you get back to them within one hour. But you're going to be 21 more times more effective when you do it within five minutes. And then there's a. Check this out, guys. This statistic is crazy. 391% increase in lead conversions when responding within one minute. Okay, so let's unpack that a little bit. 391% when responding in one minute. Imagine that you just saw an ad on your phone to buy a new car. You. You see this and you're like, you know what? Maybe I will buy a new car. Hey, honey, what do you think about the idea of me buying a new car? Sound good? Yeah, we could trade in the Chevy. Sound good? Yeah, sounds good. I'm going to. I got this ad here. I'm going to fill out. You fill out the ad. You see, it says congrats. Now just book a test drive. Oh, they want me to book a test drive. Can we go on Thursday? Okay, let's go on Thursday. I set it up for Thursday, I send it in, and then imagine this scenario. Nothing happens. Two days later, somebody calls me, hey, are you going to come to your appointment? And I'm like, oh, what? Oh, yeah, oh, yeah. We were looking at doing that, you know, versus imagine if I just send all that through, Book the appointment in one minute. I'm still on my phone and a call's coming in. I'm like, hello. Hey, this is Lewis Ford of Hayes. Just calling because I saw that you inquired on one of our ads and booked a test drive for Thursday. We're super excited for you. Just want to get some details, what you're looking for, connect with them, figure out what they're looking for, ask a lot of questions, and then from there they're going to be able to discover how they can actually help that person, what kind of vehicle they're looking for. And people, when they feel understood, that's when they're going to buy with you. So when you can understand them from the jump that they come in, from the first minute you on the phone, you're qualifying them, you're bringing them over. That's going to make it so people can actually, you know, do business with you, where they. They're going to show up to their appointment because they actually trust you. Okay, so those are some positive statistics that we want to keep in mind. The main thing to emphasize is try to get with every lead within five minutes, within one minute is optimal. And if you can't, then at least within one hour, we make it easy at the shift social because we send an automatic text within 30 seconds. So we make sure that we get to every fast on the automated side. But the personalized touch is what's really going to make the difference. That's where the calls come in or that's where connecting via text. If you text them within one minute and they text right back, text them right back. Now it's a back and forth conversation, just like you would have on a phone call. Okay, so those are some things to keep in mind on the positive side. And did you guys have any questions or comments you wanted to add on that? Nope. Everything's perfect. Okay. Everything clear. Okay. Awesome. Awesome.
