And guys always ask if you're catching them at a good time. Because when you call people at random times, especially business owners, if you catch them at the wrong time and you talk their head off, they'll never answer again when you catch them at the wrong time. But if you respect their time, they'll really appreciate that. So if they say, yeah, you caught me at kind of a bad time, just say, oh, is it okay if I call you back in 20 minutes? Yep, sounds good. Okay, sounds good. Boom, click, call them back then. But when they say, yeah, yeah, caught me at a good time, you're like, awesome, awesome. So I just wanted to make an intro, let you know a little bit about who I am over here at the shift, and I'll be one of your main points of contact and helping you out with this whole process and getting you going. Super excited you made your commitment and enjoying the program today. How you feeling? Oh, good, good. Blah, blah, blah, blah. Awesome, awesome. And then you can go into this framework here.
