This transcript is a closing segment of a company meeting (YouTube video) featuring a guided visualization led by the speaker. The speaker prompts attendees to close their eyes and vividly imagine end-of-2026 outcomes—financial status, physical appearance, public recognition (speaking on stage), possessions (car/Lamborghini), family pride, and debt-free milestones. The talk ties emotional attachment to these visions as a motivator for intense, year-long effort (e.g., fitness challenge, abstaining from partying) and positions the company as a place where committed effort can lead to high earnings, leadership, and public recognition.

Just think about what our company will look like in one year. I want you guys to think about. I want you. Close your freaking eyes. Close your eyes. I want you to visualize something real quick. And then we're going to end this meeting. I want you to visualize. I want everybody's eyes closed. I want you to visualize. It's the end of 2026. What does your bank account look like? What does your belief look like? What does your body look like? What does it look like when you walk into existence? Maybe you're being invited to speak on a stage. What is the goal? What is the dream? Maybe it's a car. Maybe it's winning the Elliot Higher Lamborghini. Maybe it's some respect or a conversation with Andy or Jack. I want you to think about something powerful. I want you to think about something that gets you emotional. Maybe it's your wife. Maybe it's your kids. Maybe it's just them being proud. Maybe it's you paying off your last credit card bill and knowing that your debt's at zero. Maybe it's you putting a down payment on your dream home. Like Selena. What does it look like for you? What does the most extreme version of you look like? Like, how does it feel to know that you put in a year worth of effort and it started today? That it started in this fitness challenge? That it started with you finally competing at the level you knew was possible? What does it feel like knowing that every day for 365 days, you didn't drink, you didn't do anything, you didn't party. You just locked yourself in and you went on freaking mission for greatness. What does that look like for you now when you open your eyes? Don't open them yet, but when you open your eyes, I want you to fully believe that that is happening right now. Most of us aren't working hard enough because we think it's far away. If we start working like it's right around the corner, we're gonna get it. Michael, think about what that dream looks like. Think about proving those people wrong. Think about somebody who doubted you. Think about somebody who said, you're a fucking idiot for coming here. That's 200 pushups. Think about somebody who does believe in you, who's encouraging. Who do you have to prove that you're great to. Who do you have to prove wrong? I want you all to open up your eyes. Sometimes you just gotta get go through that stuff so you can get clarity on exactly where you want to go. Did everybody find some things that get them stirred up. Yeah, I love that, man. Like, that's what I would do before football games. I'd be ready to go out and take somebody's head off. So today, like, see, Denny's getting emotional. He's thinking about all of it, man. Like, that's how you win, guys. When you can attach your dreams to emotions like that, that's how you take people out and then you do it all the time. And Denny, imagine you're walking in here two years from now. You're a half a million dollar earner. You're a million dollar earner, you're giving meetings, you got your own team, you're doing whatever the hell you want to do. You're doing your own event, you're speaking on a stage. Whatever you want to do. Can it happen in this company? Is it like the one company that if you just gave it your all, you will get rewarded for it? You will get seen people, you will build your own fans. Isn't that shit so cool?
