Okay, guys, in the comments section, a little birdie told me that every person in this dealership will close. Everyone. They're all closers. Let's check it out. Hello, this is Cali. Cali, I was calling to get some information on a vehicle I saw on the Internet.
Perfect. What vehicle were you looking at?
The vehicle is a 2024 Chevy Blazer.
Okay, perfect.
Number one, is it still available? Okay, now, she still got my name, so I know they're closers. They must not need names to close.
What are you driving now? I didn't catch your name, hon.
My name is Tom and I don't have a car. I just told. I just totaled it. We'll see if she has empathy.
Oh, no. What did you have?
I had the same truck. It just had about 10,000 more miles. She said, oh, no. What did you drive? Oh, no. Are you okay? Like, people missed the empathy. Did everybody just see that? I said, I just got. I just got in a car accident. I told her, my car. Oh, no. What kind of car was it? Instead of oh, no. Is everybody okay? Just. Just. I'm training as we're working here. Pros see this. Amateurs don't.
Okay, it looks like one. I'm gonna have to. I'm gonna have to call and see because it's not pulling up on icon. So I've been one who just got in. It doesn't have the what we call icon put on it yet, so let me find that out. Is there any other questions I could find out for you before I let you go and call you back?
No, I'm just on my lunch break. I'll try to call back later. I'm just calling from my work, so I'll. I'll check back if. If that's fine.
All right. Thank you.
Okay. Ma'? Am?
Yes?
Do you walk your inventory every morning?
Actually, that's not my position.
What is your position?
I do. I do everything.
Don't you think it would be a good idea to walk the inventory in the morning so that you can see what's sitting outside?
Yeah. I get here, though, at like 7 o', clock, pretty much before the sun even comes up, when cars are getting pulled out and all around.
Yeah, but usually that's the best time to the inventory because all the cars aren't being really moved around before the salesmen get there. Am I right?
Yeah.
Yeah, it could always help.
I don't know that my memory would remember every vehicle that's out there, but I could always do it. I mean, that wouldn't be a problem. I definitely have no problem doing a lot of things, but. Yeah, it's just not something that I have done now, you know?
Super confusing, I would say. Confused mind does nothing. Does that make sense? I'm just calling to buy a car. I'm getting schooled on how their internal process works. I appreciate you. You have a blessed day. Okay.
All you, too.
All right. Bye. Bye. What you're learning is that everything is a shit show. Everything is absolute chaos. You got to realize dealers are bleeding millions of dollars a month, not even a year a month, in not training their people.
