Short YouTube monologue (by Nate Tilley) advising businesses—especially car dealerships—to stop spending on traditional advertising (billboards, print, radio, TV) and shift to digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Argues digital is cheaper, easier to track, and has lower barriers to entry; gives approximate cost comparison (cost to reach 1,000 people: billboards > $1,000 vs. digital < $100). Ends with a call-to-action offering a free strategy call (DM the word 'leads').

Stop wasting money on traditional marketing guys. I work with a ton of car dealerships and they're still spending money on billboards, print, radio and tv. Let me ask you the question. When is the last time you clicked on a billboard? When is the last time you clicked on a radio ad? When is the last time you bought anything from tv? Okay, never. Okay, we don't do this. Times have changed. Now everybody's on their phones and more specifically, everybody's on social media. Facebook and Instagram are a great place to reach your target audience. So there's a couple different reasons why digital is better than traditional. First of all, with digital, it's low but barrier to entry. Okay? You can do it on a lower budget and it's easy to track. With traditional, it's expensive and it's hard to track and it's hard to measure because you put a billboard up and you don't really know how people are seeing that and who's coming in off that. So overall, the cost to reach a thousand people with billboards is well over a thousand dollars. And with digital, even on search or social media, it's under a hundred dollars. So it's a no brainer deal. Stop wasting your ads on traditional advertising. If you want to work with a digital marketing agency that actually has their stuff together, hit me up.
