Hey, guys. Sabri Subie here. And in today's video, I'm gonna be giving you, like, my number one hack for being successful. Now, you know, we've launched the heysubbery show, and I've obviously got Instagram and social, and I get hit up, you know, every single day, and I get emails from people basically telling me about, you know, their specific situation that they're in and really asking for advice and saying, like, hey, Sabri, like, you know, what is the number one thing that you could tell me to be successful? Like, what is. If you had to look back on yourself over the last five to 10 years and you were speaking, you know, to a younger subway, like, what would you tell yourself? Like, what is that number one thing that you can kind of draw your success to? What is the number one hack, shortcut or tool or funnel or marketing strategy that I can employ to be successful? Right? And here it is, right? My number one tip is to really become somebody that is worthy of success, right? There are no shortcuts, there are no hacks, there are no silver bullets or any shortcuts along the way, right? The only way to really distance yourself and to separate yourself from people that are quote, unquote, unsuccessful is be willing to do all the things that unsuccessful people aren't willing to do. And that really comes down to becoming a person that is just worthy of success. So success will naturally just flow to you, right? And that involves waking up early. That involves making a lot of sacrifices for a lot of things that you want to do and that you enjoy doing, but you're willing to identify them, is not aligning yourself to get you to the outcome that you want to do. And, you know, that's like, one of the things, like, when I talk to people and I start to talk about, like, all the sacrifices that I've had to make, and really, when you start to kind of tell this people, they're like, oh, wow, like, that's a lot, right? And it's always very, very easy to sacrifice the things that you don't really care about, right? But it's incredibly difficult to sacrifice the things that. That you hold so close to your heart and that you cherish so much or that you really enjoy doing, right? And the only way that you're able to do that is by really getting clear on exactly the outcome that you're trying to achieve and where it is that you're trying to go and taking stock of, like, everything that you do in your life, right? All the activities, the Netflix, the Catching up with your friends or watching the sport events or, you know, sleeping in that extra hour or two or hitting the snooze button or all of these things, these comforts, right? These are all things that you're going to have to give up on if you want to get to that next level, right? Depending on what that next level looks like for you. Now, I'm not saying you need to sacrifice all the joy in your life and live this horrible life of torture. That's not what I'm saying. But what I'm saying is that, you know, if you've got a clear outcome of an area that you're trying to get to and it's going to require you to really stretch yourself and it's going to require you to, to do things that you've never done in order to get what you've never had, right? Like, far too often people think like, this is this incredible future that I'm trying to create and this is a great destination that I'm gonna get to. And then they just think that they can do everything that they've previously done to get them in the position that they are in right now to get to that next level. And that's not how it works at all, right? In order to get to the next level, you. You must do things that you've never done before, right? Because you have to become somebody that is better than the person that you are right now. Otherwise, how are you going to be, like, able to achieve things that you have been. Your current self has been unable to achieve, right? It just doesn't make any sense. So the number one thing that you're going to have to really come to terms with is, you know, sacrificing a lot and becoming that person that is just so worthy of success that the universe simply can't deny you. And success will just flow your way because you are hard working. Do you know what I mean? You have a sickening work ethic. You're willing to do things that other people aren't willing to do, so you can get things that people aren't willing or aren't able to get, right? So that's really what you need to look at. You need to look at, you know, this goal that I'm trying to get to. What does the person look like that would be capable of achieving that goal? What would be some of their characteristics? What would they do? What time would they wake up? Would they work out? What would they eat? How would they treat their family? How would people in their community look to them, you know, how would they give back? Do they have a charitable cause or a church or, you know, some group of underprivileged people that they're helping? Right. How would their co workers and their team members look at them and talk about them when they weren't around? Right. These are all really hard conversations. And, you know, they really bring things to light and where you're writing down all the characteristics of that person that is capable of achieving your goals, what they do have, and then you're going to look side by side in contrast to what is it that you're doing, and how are you carrying out your life every day, and how hard are you working, and what are the things that you love doing that the person that's capable of achieving what it is that you want to achieve is not doing and getting really real with yourself for a moment. And this is a great time of year to do it. You know, we're approaching the end of the year, and, you know, people kind of had their head down working, or they get caught up in this whole Christmas chaos or, you know, this whole thing about consuming and buying presents and all that kind of stuff, and they really forget to reflect, or they do it for a day, and then they write down some, like, yearly goals, and then they just blindly start trying to achieve those goals without even looking at the real question here of, like, what is it that you are willing to sacrifice and to give up to be successful? And, you know, I have studied really successful people, you know, quote, unquote successful, because people can be successful in all different walks of life. It can be business, it can be family, it can be physical, spiritual, mental, whatever it might be. Right. But I've always been fascinated by, like, top achievers in any field, Olympians, all that kind of stuff. And looking at, like, their mindset, their rituals, their mental models, and what is it that they actually do as an individual and trying to extrapolate some of those learnings and those findings to my own life, and looking at people that are really excelling in their field that they've chosen to be in. And, you know, when you do that, you'll find that, you know, successful people make a lot of compromise, like, a lot of sacrifices, right? And they have a lot of things that they must do every day or every week or every month, and they keep themselves accountable. And usually, you know, pretty much always, they expect more of themselves than anybody else could ever expect of them. And that's how they create somebody who's worthy of success. And once you're clear on that outcome that you're trying to go and where you're trying to get to and what it is that you want to achieve. You really need to take an audit of your time and have a look at where your time is going. And this character and this person that you've become over the years, from your conditioning to the media, to schooling and teachers and all of these external forces, how they have the person that you are today and have a look at yourself and have a cold, hard look at yourself and have a look at the things, all the attributes and everything that you're doing right now that are holding you back from achieving those goals. Yes, you want to look at the things that you're doing, right? But the big thing that it is is when you're looking at that end outcome to where it is that you're trying to go and where you are right now. So, I. E. The person you are right now and the person that you are, you know what they are, what their potential is, and how do you realize that potential? And it's in the difference of where you are right now and realizing your potential where there's a lot of pain and there's a lot of growth, right? Because you have to go through pain in order to get that growth. And if you're not experiencing pain, then you're not growing enough, right, in order to reach those goals. And it's really in that difference from where you are to where you want to go, where you're going to have to start asking yourself hard questions and you're going to have to really start looking at what it is that you're doing every day and every year and these habits that you have. And how are you going to define this new person who's going to be capable of going out there and getting those things. So you can look at that character and go, that character is somebody that is just worthy of success regardless of what the outcome is. Look at how much work they're putting in, look how disciplined they are, look at all the things that they give up and they sacrifice in order to try and get to that better outcome, that better future for themselves. And when you do that and you create that person, that's when success will just flow your way, right? And I'm not saying that it's just as easy as sitting down and thinking about these esoteric thoughts. Once you've got clear on who that person is and what they look like, then you actually have to get to work. You have to be able to endure that pain, day in, day out, in order to get to that place that you've never been able to get to. So there it is. That's my number one hack for really being successful and realizing your potential and getting everything is that you want and to get to where you're striving to get to. And that's just to become a person that is worthy of success. Hey, guys, if you enjoyed this video, make sure that you click the like button and subscribe.
