It contains a personal reflection on business philosophy, emphasizing personal responsibility for failures and attributing successes to the team, with a focus on empowerment and resilience.
If it's meant to be, it's up to me. All of the decisions that I make, all of the failures that I have in my business is my fault. And I try as much to make sure that all the wins are my teams. I have found that that is the most serving, that is the most empowering place to operate from, because then you know that if you want to change the outcome, that it's within your power and it's not within somebody else's power. I always tell myself the hardest of steel is made in the hottest of fires. If I want to live a life that other people don't live, then I have to be comfortable in the uncomfortable places that people aren't willing to sit.
