THE Most Profitable Facebook Ad Audience (20x ROI)

Alex Becker shows how to build Facebook audiences from influencer followers and website visitors who show buying intent, then create lookalike audiences from those groups. He emphasizes using correct attribution to tell Facebook which actions actually convert, so it can find more customers like them at low cost.

So I'm going to give you a Facebook audience strategy that gets you the highest paying customers, the best quality customers right off the bat. This is going to be super useful for you if you don't want to spend a lot of money in research and discovery and you just want to get the highest amount of spending customers quickly at the highest profit margin. Now, this isn't infinitely scalable, but if you're just starting off your business or you're doing less than a couple hundred thousand dollars of sales a month, this is perfect for you. The lower amount of sales per month you're doing, say you want to get to like 30, 50,000 per month, the better this is going to do because it's a very low investment, high profit reward, strateg. And if you're wondering how I can tell you this, it's because I've spent tens of millions of dollars on ads. I've generated hundreds of millions of dollars in results personally. And as a sneaky bonus, I'm the CEO of Hiros and we track and attribute billions and billions of dollars worth of Facebook ad spend. And so this allows me to see across all industries, all niches, exactly what's working in the targeting. And so I can just see like, hey, what's working on Facebook right now? It's this. So let me explain to you how this works because it doesn't so much rely on coming in and working in the Facebook ad settings. Okay, so if we come in here, you know, I'm just gonna drag this window around. If we come into Facebook ad Manager, I can explain these audiences, which I did last video. There is a link to this video in the description. There'll be a link to this video at the end of this video that shows how I build my initial audiences and how I make the more scalable audiences. I'm not gonna get into that in this video because this is much more of a process or understanding of how to get the best people on lookalike audience list. I'm gonna assume you know how to make lookalike audiences if you don't. If a lot of you don't really understand to make look like audiences, comment below in the section. I'm assuming most people watching this channel are experienced media buyers. I'll make a video on how to make good old fashioned lookalike audiences. So I want to more so get into the theory of how to do this and build very, very good look alikes and retarding lists allow you to spend very little money for maximum roi. Now on top of this, you want to run highly effective cold traffic ads. So my scripts for all my cold traffic ads are going to be linked at the end of this video and they're in the description as well. Again, everything on this channel, I'm just going to tell you everything I've learned. Decade of buying ads and working with thousands and thousands of businesses on their ads. Now, before we get into that, my last final suggestion to you is please, for the level all things good use Hiros. You can see right here, I'm running a call tracking funnel right here. Facebook caught 84 calls, hires cut 247. You can't run ads efficiently if you're optimizing your ads around the wrong data. But if I'm using Facebook data right here, it looks like my ads are doing terrible and I would have turned them all off. So you're probably turning off a lot of ads or not scaling ads nearly as far as they should be if you're not using proper tracking. On top of this, there's 160 call discrepancy right here. Those 160 calls are being marked as non callers, non customers, and Facebook. And so Facebook wouldn't be optimizing for those types of people. That's a huge, massive loss in data. Instead, I send this data to Facebook and It's ad platform AI's work off of this data, which again, if you're giving Facebook 50%, 80% less data than you should be, of course you're going to get worse results. So please use attribution tracking. There's nothing better than Hiros for this. It's designed literally for what I just described. But let's talk about these audiences themselves. So what I find is super duper effective. This is the most ninja strategy is we want to find and make lookalike audiences based on people who are already interacting in the niche and have shown intent. There is no better place to do this than influencer remarketing list. So what is this? When I'm starting a new business or I'm starting up anything I sold do this for high roast. This day I'm going to find YouTube influencers, Twitter influencers and email lists. These are the good ones that will let me do advertising. Why? Because if a person's watching a YouTube channel and then they click for more information, that's a person that has intent. If it's the same thing on Twitter, same thing, person post, person clicks, that's intent. And then email marketing, again, they're already on an email list for the information and content based around your niche. So let's imagine we're doing workouts and we pay YouTubers, Twitter influencers, people with email list to promote our product or at least send them to a page describing the benefits of our product or something like that. A page not selling anything in an email or a video or a call to action. Not selling anything is going to get you even more traffic. And so we want to send people to content from this content. Why? Well, this is going to give us a remarketing list that we can hit with our brand. And people that already have been hit with rapport, they've already interacted with our brand in a positive way. And it's going to more importantly for YouTube ads, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram meta ads, it's going to allow us to build lookalike audiences, primarily Facebook and Instagram, which is what we're focusing on in this video. So it's a double whammy. But here's where it gets even better. What you want to do is you want to make intent based lookalike audiences. So what does this mean? We send people to a page with benefits or we just send them to a straight sales page, Depending on the niche in my industry, I don't have to build as much rapport because there isn't as much noise when it comes to tracking software. There's really only two to three other tracking companies that I view as worthy competition for hi roast Again, we're still much better, but I don't have as much noise to cut through as for example, if you're in the workout industry, there's going to be 10,000 different pre workout products if you're marketing a pre workout product. So what we want to do is we want to have people that go and show intent. What can this be? People that go after the initial page and view three to four more pages on your site or people that get to the add to cart page or people that go and click the more information links in your articles or your website. So for example, if we go to Hiros, I don't primarily always try to target people that just land on my homepage. What I want to do is I wanted to target the people that land on either the pricing page or the agency pages or the call booking page. This is going to give me people that while they haven't booked a demo yet, have shown interest in interacting. They're live thinking people. There's a lot of people just click a page, click away. You don't really want an audience made up of Those people, we want people that have shown some level of interaction with the industry. So then what I do, if I want to be super duper coy and not spend much money, which I'm the opposite of this, I want to blanket the entire ad industry with high roast. I want it on walls, I want when people are at dinner and they're thinking about marketing, I want to, I want a high roast ad slapped on their window. I want some guy to put his butt cheeks in the window with a high roast tattoo. That's expensive. Because my main goal with my company is driving up the value of the company. I don't even care if we break even or lose money on our ads. And that's a luxury you can get when your business is at a very high level. But for you, I'm going to assume you want just max profit. So what I'm going to do is I'm make a lookalike audience based on these visitors right here. I'm make a lookalike audience of 1% and start running ads to that cold traffic direct response ads, which again, there's a script that works really well for me. The scripts and these videos that I'm giving you have worked well for me for literally half a decade. I can't make any ads to convert higher to these things. High quality ads, well done ads, different scripts, selfie ads, these just work better. It works even better than UGC ads and a lot of examples. But I'm going to make lookalike audiences off of these, driven from these hubs of customers. And then I'm going to start at 1% and you just scale to 2% and then 3%. Now you could probably do tons of damage with just a 1% lookalike audience of these scale start maybe 50, 70 bucks a day, scale 20% a day depending on your industry. Sometimes you can get up to thousands of dollars a day on just one audience. That's enough. If you're spending $2,000 a day, you should be able to make 4,000, $5,000 a day back or more. Especially if you're doing long term revenue focused stuff. Then you can just print, you got subscriptions, you got repeat buyers, game over. But just an initial stuff, you should be able to break even, which is completely fine. This is where you really want to be at if you're doing long term because you don't want to make money on your front end ads, you want to make money on the back end, but you should be able to break even or at least 2, 3 extra revenue, especially if the business is new. As soon as that audience starts to kind of cap out, you can go to larger audiences. You also obviously can retarget these audiences and that should be very lucrative as well. But you can't really spend that much ad spend on retargeting list. So this is more scalable right here. If you want to get just super high profits, just retarget these and you can spend like 20, 30 bucks a day and do pretty well with that. So to recap, here's the best way and most profitable way to run ads. It's not going out there and starting with cold audiences and throwing money into the window. Instead, throw money at YouTubers, people on Twitter and people with email lists. Drive customers that are very already engaged in the industry and show that they take action online and are actually alive. Gather those people from these areas. In terms of effectiveness, email lists are going to be your best one email ads. Why? Because these are people that are already engaged and they're going all the way in their email to engage with this industry. These are highly actively engaged people. Twitter is a little bit better. YouTube is still doable, but Twitter and email marketing are the best. Scale it down. Person comes to the page. Send them either to a page where you're directly selling something or where you have blog articles or more videos or training content. The bigger and noisier industry, the more you're going to have to lean towards creating rapport, interacting with them. First watch the people on the site. Of course make retargeting lists on the visitors and look like lists on the visitors. But where you're going to get the most damage from them. If you want to be as profitable as possible, you're going to want to come down here and make remarketing list and lookalike list off of people that have visited two to three or four pages, added to cart or shown some type of a tent or clicked for more info. This depends on your business model and what you're doing. That right there is going to be by far the most start day one profitable Facebook audiences you can build with and you can scale those. For example, at Hieros we've scaled to hundreds of millions of dollars in sales. Now I run a very high ticket based funnel which again I break down how it works on this channel. You can see everything I'm doing here and so I don't have to actually spend that much ad spend to get those results. I can spend 3, $4,000 a ad spend which is sounds like a lot of money. But compared to other businesses, it's nothing. For example, I see businesses on high risk spending hundreds of thousands of dollars a day on ads. So I'm talking about what works across those businesses as well. That said, I've taken the strategy I've just laid out to you right here to build a nine figure business in total sales wise. So you could just do this. If you're just starting a business, there's no reason why you need to use any other ad strategy than this when you're starting off. You could get to a couple million dollars a year in sales just using this one strategy right here. So that's the video for today. If you want to see the ad scripts I'm using, it's going to be linked somewhere on this video. If you want to see the funnels I'm using linked on this video. You want to see the type of products that I prefer to sell. I've sold much more than software just using this. Again, link somewhere on this video. Everything on this ad channel. It's everything I know about ads for free. I do not sell courses. I just noted if you scale your ads up and you get a lot of results, you're eventually going to need to track your ads because you're an insane person if you don't track your ads. And that's why you'll eventually become a high roast cusper. Maybe not today, but I'll just keep teaching you till you do. I'll see you in the next video.
