He worked with Dylan Vanis on over a hundred clients across 25 industries, which taught him a five-step system: get your business in order, build a proven offer, find your audience, write messaging that lands, and set up a way to reach them.

The number one way to build your skills is by doing. I was super blessed in the beginning to make a smart partnership with a guy that I met at Whole Foods, randomly named Dylan Vanis. And he actually plugged me with over a hundred different clients that I got to work on in the back end of their accounts. So I set up lead Generation accounts for 25 different industries and over a hundred clients. So I'm running ads for a Chinese freight forwarding company, real estate company, Norwegian Santa Claus doll company, all at the same time. And I learned how to refine that down into one simple system. Comes down to these five things. Okay, so first you have to have your business in order. You have to be converting people, you have to have an established business, you have to be already going on that end. Two, you got to have a good offer to bring in new clients that's proven for your business. Okay? Once you have that, you're good. Now you got to figure out who your audience that you're going after, who is your product going to get to that's going to help them and in their day to day life and who needs it the most and who's willing to pay. Once you have that, you get your messaging down. What do they need to hear, what's keeping them up at night that you can solve, that you can add into your messaging to resonate with them and show them that you're there to do business with them. And then five, you need a mechanism to be able to get in front of them and convert them into a new client for you. Okay, so paid ads works great for this and then CRM follow up on the back end.
