The reason that your leads suck is not because the leads actually suck. It could be because something else sucks. The other day, I got a call from a business that I had clicked out on their ad online. Filled it out. It's a ceramic coating company. And they messaged me once, hey, bring your car in. Here's the address. And I had some questions. I said, hey, I have some questions. Somebody called me. Nobody called me. I said, hey, nobody called me. Somebody finally called me, and the tone was kind of like, what do you want? Okay? And it just wasn't right for me, so I'm not gonna take my business there. Now, that's the same type of business that will say that I was a terrible, not a bad lead. I've got money to buy ceramic coating. I want it for my car. I just didn't like the vibe. I'm going to go take my money somewhere else. This is why you're missing out on leads. You have to care, and you have to make sure that you approach your leads with a really, really good script and a tone and an energy. So my next video, I'm going to show you guys exactly how I call every single lead that I call and what I say to them to warm them up and get them on the right page so that they feel confident in speaking with me about whatever they came in for.
