Nate Tilley walks through a lead-gen workflow: Facebook and Instagram forms feed a CRM that sends automated follow-ups and books appointments. A 90-day cycle tests for 30 days, optimizes for 30, then scales. Performing campaigns hit ROI in 3 to 4 weeks.

Part two, this is how we get results for clients. So in the last video I talked about how we generate the leads on Facebook and Instagram ads with lead generation forms. Then we plug them into a CRM solution where we send them automated email texts and follow up messages to get them to book appointments. Now what we're going to do is we're going to take that those messages and anybody that responds, we're actually booking them into appointments and setting them appointment reminders. If they don't show up to their appointment, we're sending them a no show campaign that's going to get them to reschedule and we're making sure to always get in touch with them. Okay. We're working in consulting and coaching with our clients to find new opportunities, new campaigns we can be trying, new angles we can do, new offers we can run. And the whole time we're optimizing. So in the first 30 days we're testing. In the next 30 days we're refining and optimizing. And in the last 30 days we're scaling their campaigns. After we get a good campaign up and running, we can leave it running for like three to four weeks and it'll keep producing an roi. This is exactly how we get results for our clients.
