A short YouTube monologue by Nate Tilley in which he describes hiring other ad agencies to evaluate their processes. He criticizes slow, unclear onboarding and agencies that 'set up and forget' clients, and contrasts this with his own agency's continuous-optimization approach called "the stack" (incrementally adding successful lead sources). He ends with a request for viewers to comment about good or bad agency experiences.

Guys, one of the things that I like to do as an ad agency owner is I like to actually hire other agencies to do my marketing and see how their process goes. A lot of times I'm really disappointed to find out that their onboarding process is very slow and clunky. There's a lot of back and forth. I'm not really sure what the next step is, and I don't know where to go from there. The second thing I notice is that a lot of times they'll set you up and then they'll forget about you. So I learned from these agencies and my experiences and how I feel. So, so that I can have a streamlined onboarding process, make sure that we set up the campaigns and then we continue to optimize. That's why I tell my team that our system is called the stack, that we stack campaigns. So we start one successful lead source and we're going to stack it on. We're going to create another successful lead source, and our clients know that too. We're constantly working on optimizing and refining the campaigns, and that's what sets us apart in this market. So if you're my competition, I think you should step it up for show because so far I've hired some of the best and I'm not really seeing that you have the best service. So let. Let me know. Shoot me a comment if you've had a really good experience with an agency and what made them so good. And then shoot me another comment if you haven't had such a good experience and what made it so bad. Thank you so much. I'd love to hear from you.
