Beautiful.
Massad asked how to rock the call. Give us some tips. So, like, do you get yourself in the state. Do you visualize before you do sales calls?
All of that. All of that stuff. So, like, you got to get into, like, level 10 peak energy, right? So, like, you're. When. When I say you do an hour of power, like, that involves you, like, breathing, getting into the zone, picturing a really good call, and bring in so much flavor and pizzazz to that call, where it's just like, there's like, man, this dude, like, I gotta give this guy some props. Do you know what I mean? And, you know, you can feel it when there's that person on there that does that. And really the best key, like, for me, like, I really, really sucked at sales in my first gig. I got hired in, like, a group, and I was the run to the litter of that group. And they were. I was definitely like the shittest person. And they were gonna fire me. And the founder of that company, he's like, you know, I see something in you. I'm gonna give you a week, but if you don't get up to speed in a week, then, like, I'm gonna have to get rid of you. And, like, I was like, okay. Like, I understood that. I couldn't believe he was gonna even keep me on. He was a fantastic sales guy. And I just remember I went home that day and I was like, man, I'm gonna crack this thing. Like, it was that moment of desperation for me where I had to make it work. And the thing that I changed, it was like a breakthrough immediately. I was like, man, these people don't care about me. Like, they're all telling me, like, to get lost. They don't care anything about me. I'm calling up, I'm telling them about the name of my company. All they care about is them, right? So how about I just make the whole sales call about them? And then, like, I just started calling these people up and just being like, yeah, hey, like, you know those empty ink cartridges that you're keeping in your recycle bin? I'm going to actually send a courier. I'm going to give you $500 to pick them up. What? Yeah, so, like, you can go over, tell your boss that you just basically made $500 today, because I'm just gonna buy your trash off you. So all I need is a serial number on the back of that ink cartridge. So you can just go ahead and grab that now. I'll wait it and we'll organize for the courier to come over and also we'll organize to get that cash over to you. And it was just like, bang. Immediately my sales just went through the roof and all I was doing is focusing on that prospect. So when you're getting on the call and when you want to rock it, just think about where is this person and where is it that they want, Right? Hey, I noticed that you guys are running some Google Ads and I could see that the cost per click in Your market is $6.50. I've got a way that I could triple your traffic in the next 90 days and it's gonna cost you one third of what you're spending. When can I get 10 minutes on your calendar to talk to you about how we can do that for you? Boom, right? It's all about them. It's all about the value that they're gonna get. It's not like, my name is Sabri. I'm calling from this company. We're really fantastic. And how about you take this call, right? You just go in there with a lot of energy, letting them know that you're the captain. You know, we always use that in my office. I look at me, I am the captain. And you're basically controlling the frame and you're bringing value to that person where they're just like, that's an irresistible offer. Like. And he's only asking for a 10 minute commitment on the calendar.
This is the psychology of marketing, bro.
Right here.
Like, you're understanding how humans think is.
Human behavior 100% marketing. Marketing is applied psychology. Yeah.
Amen. Amen, man. And what I like as well, if you guys picked up on that, you were contrasting. So you mentioned time, you mentioned money, energy. Like, these are all the things that people are often looking for. If you can save them time, money, energy, they're in.
Yeah. And you have to hit on all those big core appeals to make sure that, you know, you're going to be respectful of their time. You're not calling, like in some timid way, right? Where you're just like, oh, hey, like, I'm just wonder. I'm calling from this. Like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Like you gotta. Boom. Come in with conviction. That's why you gotta get into that state where it's just like you do that 150 times a day and you start running through walls, right? To get to a. No, to get to a. And you know, for me, it's like I just kept on following up with people that I knew that I could. That I could help. And you become a pest in the beginning that it's like, who is this person? They're annoying. And after, like, the 10th phone call, they start to respect you. They're like, man, look at this dude. Like, I wish my sales team was, like, this guy, so relentless. He never gives up. And it's like, you know, you start getting people's voicemails, and I would just be, like, full on, leaving five minute, like, voice messages for them. Like, hey, Joel, Sabri here again. I'm forming a fantastic relationship with your voicemail, my man. Haven't been able to catch you, but I'm still calling you because this is a really big problem. I see that. You guys are literally lighting so much money on fire every month. I'm going to keep calling you because this is so important, and I'm 100% committed to helping you solve this problem. So whatever you're doing on this Thursday, I hope you're having a great day, man. I will give you a call next Thursday, Charles. Brother. Bye. Right? They just start laughing. They start showing that voicemail to their friends and going, can you believe this dude? Like, this is the 15th voicemail this guy's left me in the last three months. Like, he is a madman. I've just. I've got to give him some time. And you just. You come at it, and they can't deny you.
Dude, that is so gold. I did this. I did a similar thing to Tony Robbins. That's how I got him on my podcast. And we actually laughed about it. We were in a movie together, like, about a year later, and we're on set laughing about it because I literally set in my calendar once a month for 10 months straight. I had 10 goes until I finally got him. I reached out to every single person I could to the point where I'm like, I started actually quoting him and things that he said, and then I would, like, flip it back on the value that we were delivering, and it got to a point where it's just like, let's do it.
Yeah, they can't deny you, man. It's like that persistence is really the key. Hey, guys, if you enjoyed this video, make sure that you click the like button and subscribe.
