The thing that you will have to fight is the constant urge to chase new opportunities. And that doesn't ever go away. I suffered from that very, very badly earlier on in my career. That's why I had these peaks and these troughs. My second business, I scaled that up to, like, a million dollars in 12 months. Sixteen employees sold that to a business partner and got distracted with all these different shiny objects. And I lost everything that I had multiple times from being stupid and not being disciplined. They spend all this time and energy going out to find a golden goose, and then they find one, and then they're like, I wonder if there's all out there in the forest. Just nurture that one. Give it all the food that it needs. Don't get distracted yet.
