What's the hardest thing that you've ever had to do to accomplish in order to get to where you're at today? Personally, career wise, it's the most difficult struggle that you had to overcome.
Easy. It's having the courage to take the risk. The hardest thing you can do is taking risk and betting on yourself, right? And I always was taught this. Again, going back to where we started in the beginning is to take as much risk early in life as possible. And I still have friends to this day who are at Google and same or similar roles, right? And I just look back on all the experience I had, you know, successes, you know, failures, whatever it might be, and if I didn't take that leap, if I never left, I would always wonder, what if? And I think the hardest thing you can do is take a chance and bet on yourself. And I encourage anybody who listens to this to bet on yourself and to believe in yourself enough to take the risk, especially earlier in your life, earlier in your career, because the longer you wait, the harder it gets.
