And we haven't even started talking about subprime yet. So one thing I do want to say to you guys that's important to note is the best deals are usually sleepers. They're quiet people that come in, they fill out the application and they wait to see how we're going to handle them. They want to be called, they want to want to be connected with. But the people that will be raising their hand, talking a lot, doing the whole process, are the ones that a lot of times need the most help. Negative equity, down payment issues, things like that. The brokest people will be the loudest and taking up the most time. And so it's important to note that every one of these leads has potential to make a deal.
