I got the opportunity to go to Las Vegas for a competition, but I still wasn't making a ton of money. So it was between going to Las Vegas for this competition, the national competition, or paying rent. What do you think? I chose I went to the competition, I went to Vegas. I barely had any money in my account. And I see this guy next to me and he's talking about what I thought was Jiu Jitsu. I butt in the conversation, oh, you do Jiu Jitsu? He wasn't even talking about Jiu Jitsu. Oh, yeah, I actually do, though. So then we start talking. I get his Instagram and I say, hey, man, you know, on his Instagram, it said seven figure income stream before the age of 24. And I was like, man, what do you do? And he said, oh, actually, I'm a digital marketing agency owner. And I said, no way. I've been doing digital marketing for car dealerships. I've been doing digital marketing for martial arts gyms, and I'd love to have your help. And we connected. And he said, sure, man. I'll help you really get your agency off the ground. And that guy was actually Dylan Vanis. I ended up actually winning second at the tournament. I went back to South Dakota, and my ex, my girlfriend at the time, she was furious. She's like, are you serious? You went to this tournament instead of having our rent? Like, what are we going to do? I knew I'd figure it out. I'm an I'll figure it out type of guy.
