Spoken sales/coaching segment (Nate Tilley) advising a client on activating lead-generation systems: integrate the calendar with the CRM, enable email and SMS follow-ups, assign a team member to track appointment shows and eventual sales in the CRM, and blast existing leads and webinar registrants to drive onboarding calls and pipeline entry.

Will give them a lot of opportunity. Like you can tell them like, dude, it's only because we're about to turn on the floodgates. Because, you know, I've just been kind of waiting to catch up with you on here. I know that your leads are super responsive. So right now there really isn't much follow up going on in here. You know, we have the calendar link, people get on appointments, but we want to turn on like email and text. What I make sure of is that your guy's in here and that he's just ready to handle those. And then we have a good system for managing it. So I didn't want to do it and like this whole CRM and then still send people with the calendly. I wanted to make sure that you guys get dialed in with the actual calendar that's integrated here so you can benefit from all that. So what I'd like to do is get the calendar set up, get that switched over in the group, and then blast all these leads and just be like, yo, if you know for all the ones in the school, it's like, hey, if you haven't already got your onboarding call, here it is. And then we can have your guy tracking in here the sales. The showed appointments you'll track at first, but eventually he can track the sales in here and you'll just be able to go in and know where, where all those leads came from. Filter by the time and date. Yeah, man, new calendar. And then we light this thing up with text and email. I'd even want to hit all the webinar registrations and just be like, hey, make sure you got in my school community and then just get as many people as we can into that pipeline.
