That's why I'm reaching out to you. I'm trying to figure out ways to get eyes on us and to get connections and get people in the doors. We do a pretty good. Do a very good job once they get inside the store, of figuring out a way to close the deal. And we're very aggressive and get that done. But we're not getting enough people through the door.
If you can just get them in front of you, you can close them down. You got a great team.
It sounds like the track record shows that we close at a very high rate. Yes.
That's excellent, man. So, yeah, I guess I'm curious, you know, you've probably talked with plenty of companies like mine. You've been curious, so you probably checked out different things. Have you tried any, like, paid ads or. You said you don't spend much on there for the three stores. You kind of are relying on, you know, just really the word of mouth, the salespeople. But have you tried anything like this before?
Well, to be honest, I'm not quite sure my role here isn't necessarily overseeing all the budgetary spending, so. But evidently taking a look and seeing what's out there, and it's been forever since I bet we haven't run. Spent any direct advertising money putting things out there, whether it be on social media or any other source. As far as tv, radio, anything like that, Facebook, that type of thing, they haven't produced anything. We're probably better than a year.
Wow, that's awesome, man. And you guys are still doing 250 between your locations, maybe even 300 some months. Wow.
But they want us to increase. And my thought is, well, if we got it, if we got to increase, we got to figure out a way to increase instead of just holding over our heads. Say we need you to do better.
Yeah, for sure. So you're doing well already. You've got a great pipeline and things are going well, but you want to see what innovative strategies are out there to take it to the next level.
Way to put words in my mouth, sir. Yes.
Okay, perfect, man. Well, I think you'll like how we handle that, so I won't beat around the bush, man. I know you've probably, you know, spoken to plenty of marketing vendors and stuff, and I'd really just kind of like to tell you about a couple of people we've helped and what their situation's been like and what we did for them. And then you can. You can let me know if it sounds like something that might help you guys. You Know, increase the sales and take it to the next level. Is that cool?
Yeah, yeah.
So basically what we do, Byron, it's a, it's a combination of things, but we've got social media ads absolutely tapped in. So I actually got my start. I was a detailer washing cars. And basically I figured out just from watching YouTube and taking some online courses and studying for months after work and everything like that, I figured out how to run ads to generate leads for the car dealership. I sold a few units off of a really low spend and made my biggest commission check to date. I was a young college dropout and I was like, okay, this is something. And I continue to stay with that dealership and just generate my own leads as a salesperson with paid ads, follow up and enclose more car deals. I went from a detailer to the top sales person at this little car dealership and then, man, I basically put it in another dealership and they got amazing results. And what we do is we do direct inbound lead generation. So first party leads branded exclusively to you in your location that are reaching out, filling out the information and inquiring on one of your offers or incentives. So we run, at any given point we'll be running 20 to 30 different variations of ads. We do all the graphics, we make the videos, and you're going to be running daily dollars into advertising. And the ROI potential is immense. So one of the franchise dealerships we work with, they're one of the number one Jeep dealerships in the country in terms of sales. That's Garden City in Long Island. And we just crossed 100 attributable sales with them from just last year alone. And we only spent like 24,000 on their ad budget last year alone. You know, and so the way that we do. Hundred directly attributed car sales to the shift social over one year. Yep. For about two grand a month in ad spend. And so he said that they do an average of about 2,800 a unit. But you and I both know that they're can be a lot more gross on those deals and of course a lot less at times too. Still shakes out to quarter million dollars off of $24,000 in advertising. And if you invest in more, you're gonna get more leads. So everybody's on social media these days and we really just help you to dominate in your dealership and show up on social media. So I mean things are going really well for you guys. You know, a lot of people that reach out to us, they're kind of ready for new and unique strategies. And, you know, I mean, the, the people that really dive into this have a ton of success. So.
Asking this, let's talk about scaling. If I'm a larger dealership, are you charging me? How, how. How does the pay go?
Yes. So we keep it simple, man. A lot of people will charge you percentages and stuff like that to protect their own interest, or they'll do the ad spend on the back end. We're fully transparent. We set the ad spend up under your own credit card, under that account for full billing transparency. You know, exactly how much you're running in ads. And then we work on a flat monthly retainer, and that averages, I mean, per location we have. You know, it could be a retainer of, you know, anywhere from 2000 to $3000, depending on what package. And, you know, we keep it pretty simple with, with the packages. It's just, you know, what your goals are. If you want to increase an extra 50 to 100 units, you're going to want to be on the 3K package because that includes TikTok, YouTube, all these other things. But the 2000 is like kind of our core retainer. And then your ad spend, you set your ad spend, it could be $100 a day if you wanted to. And we'll manage all your ads under that $2,000 retainer. So as you scale, our retainer stays the same unless you're adding other channels or, you know, platforms, things like that. Does that make sense.
In a cloudy, muddy way? Sure. Yes. Yeah. I'm in the bed. You kind of said it without really saying it. So if I'm looking for numbers, how do I get numbers?
Yeah, so it kind of depends what you'd want to go with. You know, I. I like to, you know, kind of sit down and see what's going to be best, but it's going to be roughly 3,500amonth all in. If you just look at our base service with ad spend and our retainer combined.
So you generically told me what you do. What does that money? I mean, is there a way I can see what you've done? You're on your website. I'm on right now. You got people testifying, but there's really no evidence of anything that you've ever generated.
Yeah, so, I mean, you know, we're just getting to know each other for the first time, so I'm just jumping on a call here. But, you know, with you, with you being a good. No, of course. I've got, like, I got A lot of stuff I can. I can walk you through. That's. That. That shows a lot of proof of what we've done. You know, recorded calls, but also screenshots. It's just showing you I got a lot of things out there, so I'm not sure exactly what you're looking at, but. Yeah, man, I mean, what I like to do is actually just get on a call with you on a screen, share what I could bring, break this stuff down and show you everything that's included. You know, I'm not gonna not tell you roughly what the price is ahead of that, but, you know, it's. You're gonna have to kind of see it to really understand what the values would bring and all that. You in the office tomorrow?
I am in the mops tomorrow. And tomorrow is an awful day. We've got corporate coming in, doing a performance review. I've got a couple sales managers off, and that will not work.
Yeah, heard that. Heard that one loud and clear. Yeah. What about Friday? I mean, Fridays are always a little bit crazy. We could always look at next week. They are.
We probably should go next week and that. Trying to think what's going on next week? I got a new car manager off for vacation and we are splitting duties. So we. Can I tentatively try to set up for Wednesday? I don't know if I'm going to be getting a day off, but that's probably the least impactful day I can arrange for you.
Okay, perfect. I'm going to send you over a link to my deck and then some other resources, too, where you can see more of the actual examples of what we've done and stuff like that, so you can look at that in the meantime, ahead of time. And then we could set something up for. For next Wednesday. I mean, how soon are you guys wanting to implement a system like this if it's, you know, what you're expecting and what you're looking for?
And I honestly, I don't know. I. I'm looking for some help and trying to figure it out. And once I get the information, I've got to get my dealer principal on board. I told him I was looking, and so we set something up. Probably we'll get him involved as well.
Okay. If you.
Yeah, I'm just. I'm right now trying to figure out some kind of. What you're saying is very, very, very true as far as the. The business has. Has shifted immensely in last.
