What Content To Put Into Your Webinar Slides

Nate Tilley walks through a framework for webinar slides that convert: name the offer, make a transformative promise, use hooks and bonuses to keep people watching, build credibility with a story, tease the how without showing it, stack value before the pitch, and close with urgency and Q&A.

Clients, but I'm going to share that with you guys today. So make sure you got a pen pad, something to write with and take some notes. So first things first is you need to name your webinar, whatever it's going to be called. And it needs to be named something actionable, something that's transformative. Look, we just did a webinar recently and I won't be too specific, but we had a new coach that was launching a new offer. She's never sold, he or she has never sold this product before and they want, and they've never done a webinar before and they wanted to do their first webinar to sell this thing for the first time. This is a recipe for disaster. I'm just going to tell you guys, as a marketing company, we do marketing. We're not product development companies, we're not sales performance companies. We know how to do webinars to drive people to buy something that has already sold. So oftentimes the clients that we work with, they've already put up a hundred thousand dollars in their offer before they get to us. And they've already sold this thing one to one, many, many, many, many times. And they're not selling it one to many for the first time does guys. So when you want to sell an offer, you want to have already sold it one to one and fleshed out all the issues of what people are going to ask, what objections they're going to have, do they even want this? You need that real time feedback from people before you sell one too many. But in this case, what we were selling, it had to do with communication and it was how you can communicate better. But it didn't have any end goal. Like if I communicate better, what am I going to get? Am I going to get more money, am I going to get more freedom and am I going to get more status? What is it? It wasn't clear and so nobody wanted to buy it. The engagement was off the charts. The marketing worked great. We had hundreds and hundreds of people in the webinar. But when it came to the pitch, it was just like, hey, I'm going to teach you how to communicate better. Why? So my point in saying that is it needs to be something transformative. Like when you work with me, I will help you to launch a webinar that actually converts and Dr. Sales without having to do a bunch of one to one calls in 30 days or less. It's a transformative result. When you work with me in my coaching program, we're going to help you launch your first webinar that's set up right with the proper structure and everything that we've used. And we're going to do that in four weeks or less. So your webinar title needs to have some kind of transformation blended in, okay. So you need to make sure that you've got a transformation blended in. Okay? So let's just make a. An example. Webinar will be about webinars. So I'll make a webinar about webinars today, okay. Because that's what we do. And that's a good example. So my webinar could be how to launch a webinar that is high. Oh, I like this. How to Launch a Webinar the Right Way. Because a lot of people are teaching the wrong way in four weeks or less. Okay, that could be. And oftentimes the what you think of as the title becomes the sub headline. And then you flesh out something out of that. That becomes the catchy title. And the catchy title that I would come up with in this case is Webinars Done Right. Guys, you're going to jump on my Webinars Done Right training. Everybody knows what that means in a second. Okay? How to launch a webinar the right Way in four weeks or less without hiring an expensive agency or trying to figure it out on your own. And then we're going to give them a reason to stay to the end. So I'm going to be bouncing between this document here, which is our actual outline, and then I'm also going to be bouncing between these. This canva document. And if you're in my coaching program or if you're a done for you client of mine, you're going to have this document. But basically what this does is this actually shows you guys the structure to follow in the webinar. And it's not. This isn't a designed. This is an example of design, not. Not at all. This is an example of the actual components, the content that needs to be in your webinar to make it convert at a high level. So, number one, the first bit of information your audience needs to know is that they're in the right place. So the webinar needs to. So the title needs to tell them that they're in the right place. If they want to learn how to run webinars, they're going to be in my webinar. If they want to learn how to grow their business, they're going to be in MO or Sebastian's webinar. If they want to learn how they can protect their employees for payroll. They. They're going to be on your webinar. If they want to learn how they can shred fat on their body, they're going to be in a fitness guy's webinar. Okay? So if they want to know how to grow their business and so on and so forth, you have to just validate that they're in the right spot. Okay? I've seen people run ads that say one thing and then the webinar title is a different thing and you end up losing a lot of people. Your webinar title can be anything. It doesn't matter as much. The subtitle should be a powerful headline as the following examples. I'm going to give you guys some examples. Feel free to take a screenshot of this. How to get result they want without doing what they hate. Everything you should know about getting result they want without negative thing they hate. Or you could say if you have trouble getting results successfully, you're in the right place. Please pay attention. Or how to buy a high end. And then here's some practical examples. These are the templates and here's a couple examples. How to buy a high end oceanfront home in Miami without borrowing from a greedy bank. Everything you should know about going to an Ivy League school without racking up debt. If you have trouble investing in real estate successfully, please pay attention on this webinar. Okay, those are some examples. Here's one that we did for a wholesaler for it was Millionaire Marketing Secrets how to attract unlimited client. Or this is a different one than I was thinking. This is a marketing one. How to attract unlimited clients with our funnel stacking method proven to position you as the industry leader and give you back control of your business. Or we did the six sense secrets and this was the five minute a day method to unlock your superpowers. Okay, so that is section one. All right. And let me just go right back to where I was. Right here, my content. That is section one, the title. And then explaining that they're in the right place now, reason to stay to the end. This is going to be a cliff home cliffhanger or open loop that encourages the audience to stick around. Guys, the other day the craziest thing happened to me. Literally, I couldn't believe it. I was driving in this car. I got an M4 and I was driving the M4 and like it wouldn't get out of. It wouldn't go into automatic mode. It was stuck in manual mode. And so I was Driving. I was romping it down the street, and I passed the cop. But I'm gonna tell you more about that later. Okay? But the craziest thing happened when I met this cop. He pulled me over. It was wild. Okay, I'm gonna tell you more about that later. That is a cliffhanger. That's an open loop. You're sitting there thinking, like, M4, and it'd be even better if I threw a homeless guy in there. This isn't ever gonna be bs, okay? That was a BS story that I just made up. I do have an M4 right now, but that the rest of it was just made up. And it was simply a just example to show you guys what it could feel like with a cliffhanger that gets people really interested. Like, what is this guy talking about? Where's he going? And then you're like, more on that later. People love more on that later. That's very intriguing to people. Okay, so in the beginning, you're going to use cliffhangers and open loops that draw curiosity and get people wanting to learn more. You don't want to give them everything. In the beginning, it's just like, well, I'll keep it pg. But, you know, it's. It's a tease. You're teasing them, right? So you're going to give them an idea of the major benefit without going too much into detail. Don't bore them to death with all the details. Guys, today I'm going to teach you how to structure your KPIs and your business. Bro, I'm done. I'm out. I don't care about that, okay? I want to know the transformation. I want to know how I'm going to be able to spend more time at the beach, right? This is what people want. Think about people's desires. People have six basic desires. They want more money. They want more freedom. They want more time. They want more status. They want these different things, and there's others, too, that you have to always be framing in mind. And people always care about themselves, how to win friends and influence people. This is basic. If you haven't picked this up, if you haven't read this somehow, this is the book that is the best for all marketing the best. Because it teaches you that people really, truly just want to focus on themselves and their needs and their internal desires. So it's best to include multiple hooks to keep them engaged to the end. Like when we ran a webinar before, we said, if you. If you stick with me until the end, I'm Going to to give you the 10 deadly objections that pre frame a customer's mindset to buy before you even ask them to that and these objections were so good that when I showed them to Andy Elliot, he took them and he put them in a book and he shared them with this whole entire team because he loved them so much. That's one. Two. I'm going to teach you the exact strategy that helped a tick tocking Latina that doesn't even speak English make as much money as she usually does in four months, in 90 minutes. I'm going to teach you that too. And I'm going to teach you how two grandpa's that were just coming out of retirement made $25,000 on their very first try with this method. It's cliffhangers, it's open loops, it's drawing in curiosity. Okay, so that is the part two. And guys, for those of you guys that are just jumping on a little bit late, I guess some, this is like a bonus call. So some of the automation didn't go out on Andy's side or whatever. But if you guys are here, thanks for being here. What I'm going over today is what content you actually need in your webinar. So I'll continue here. Once you've gone through and laid out the title, the subtitle, you, you have your bribe and it's good to do some hooks of like what they're going to learn, but it's also good to give them something for free. Like you know, if you have like a PDF or something or an ebook or if you have like a physical book that you can give them a virtual copy of, you could say at the end, I'm going to give anybody that showed up to this for free. I'm going to give you a PDF version of Russell Brunson's book that he just sent me or I'm going to give you a PDF copy of my newest book or something. Some it could be a five step checklist, I'm going to give you guys an audit, something like that that's not related directly to your pitch. That is literally a freebie that you can give them at the end. That is high perceived value and maybe it's something you would normally charge for. You're going to give them for free and you do this so that people actually stay on your webinar till the end because you don't want people jumping in the webinar and being like I don't know, do I really want to be here? They're thinking when they just jump in, they're like, do I want to commit the next 60 minutes to this? So when you stick, when you guys stick to the end today, I'm going to give you this whole outline. See, now you're like, okay, shoot, he's going to send this at the end. I'm not going to send it right now. I'm going to send it at the end. So now you guys are like, do I have the next 40 minutes to spend here? Okay, I guess I do want to get this. So I'll send it. And I'm mostly kidding with you guys. I'll send this to you whenever you want. Usually this is only for my clients, but I'm going to give it to you guys that are on this call especially because we got a short, a small group today. So I'm going to give you guys this. And you're also going to learn how to build the content in your webinar. See, these are the open loops. So we've seen people go as far as to give away cash prizes, bonuses, gifts, one on one calls, or build whole applications to provide as a bonus. So andy gave away MacBooks, digital cameras, meta glasses and he did it at random parts and he said that you have to be present to win. And so we had an insane show rate and we had an insane retention rate. Everybody stayed on. Okay, what the bonus Matt is what the bonus actually is matters far less than how it's presented. We use it to encourage, excuse me, encourage people to stick through the entire webinar. So here's the framework. For those that stick to the end, I'm going to give you a blank bonus. And for at least one person, whoever's the most active in the chat, I'm going to give you a. I'm going to give away an entire year of coaching with you directly. That's my $50,000 program. Just give it away. Like especially if it's something that doesn't cost you much. Like just give it away to one person that's the most active in the chat. And then you'll get everybody super active in the chat, which creates a buying environment inside of the chat. You want people to be super, super active. Okay, you guys follow me there. Okay, cool. So, and then here's some examples for those of you that stick to the end. I'm going to give you my eight figure ebook. And for at least one person, whoever is most active in the chat, I'm going to give you away a hard copy cover copy of this book. Signed by me, sent to your house. If I was Andy Elliott, I would do that. You know, and here's kind of a practical example of how the slide would look. And then you would design it, you'd put a picture of the whatever the PDF is over here on the right and that'd be it. Okay. After we've done the bribe, the PDF, we've laid out some hooks, we've got them intrigued, we've created some open loops. Then we are going to further showcase why they should stick around and attend the entire presentation. This is where you give them a taste of what they're going to get on the webinar itself. Framework this Today, on today's training, you're going to learn how you can do something amazing without the usual struggle. How you can achieve some big benefit using the fancy name method when it's okay to do X if you still want to Y. Okay, so check this out. The practical example of today's teaching. What I'm showing you guys is today, on today's training, you're going to learn how you can make webinar slides that actually engage people without using a bunch of chatgpt AI slop that doesn't connect to anyone, jumbles things around and doesn't speak in a sequential order that actually connects with humans so that you can achieve ultimate connection, desire and make people want to buy from you using the webinars Done Right framework when it's okay to ex if you still want. And you're going to learn when it's okay to to break the framework and do it differently if you actually want to book calls instead of closing the person directly. So let me show you the example that we have here. That was just an example off the top of my head. The sneaky and ethical way to massively underbid for Oceanfront homes in Miami and have the listing agent thanking you for the privilege to work with you easily find this deals of the century before they get listed publicly, even if you don't have a connection in the real estate industry and when it's okay to pass up a chance to get a killer deal and why you'll want to use this method if you want to buy multiple properties. Like the way that we said this in our webinar that we recently did, that did really well was we said we're going to teach you today why we stopped striving for seven figure webinars and instead settled for six figure webinars. Like you're like, okay, like that sounds like all good, right? Okay. And so this is the framework right here. So we've gone through the reason to stay to the end. Multiple hooks incentive, which is this is optional incentive for staying to the end, giving away some kind of freebie. And then we go into the differentiator. What makes this training different? A lot of people who have failed before didn't take advantage of a new system. The difference here is instead of doing xyz, which is the old thing, we're always going old against new. People need to leverage a new opportunity rather than relying on something broken. Today we're not talking about, you know, if I'm doing webinars today, we're not talking about spending a bunch more money on marketing and not seeing a return or running low quality leads or DM ads that you end up chasing people down and they never convert. Instead, you're going to learn how to leverage one to many selling and, and do webinars the right way. Okay, so that's, that's the differentiator framework. And I got a couple different examples here. My promise today. And it's, and the differentiator is kind of like my big bold promise as well. You could call it that. And then you're going to go into what we call the no surprises close. Okay, this is, I'm, I'm just giving you guys everything away. Okay? So this is literally what works for us across hundreds of webinars that we've ran for clients. You know, we run about 60amonth. And this is literally the exact framework. I'm going to show you one of our best performing webinar slides right here. And I think I've showed you guys this before, but see this? I will teach you today how to. And if you stick with me to the end, this is what it looks like when it's all designed. Nice. You know what I mean? My promise today is you'll know how to do X, Y and Z. Here's the overview of the content. This isn't another boring webinar. This is not a cookie cutter strategy. Instead, this is a boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, everything. It is what you're going to learn and then no surprises. Okay? And that's right where we're at right here. So no surprises. This is one of my favorite frames. Who here is a little concerned that I'm going to sell you something today? You've been on webinars. It's a glorified sales pitch the guy gets on, doesn't provide any real value, gives you some stuff that you could probably learn for free. Off Google. And then at the end, he puts a price link in the chat and tries to sell you drop a yes in the chat. If that has crossed your mind, let's just get it out of the way. I don't want anybody to be surprised. Well, I've got good news for you. Today. I will give you the chance to invest in something. Today I'm gonna give you an opportunity, but only if you see the value in everything that I'm sharing for free. If that's fair and I provide enough free value. Type 1 in the chat where I like to put, that's free. Or I mean, that's fair. Type that's fair in the chat, okay? And then people like, they start saying, yes, I was a little bit scared that you were going to sell me. And then number two, they start typing, that's fair if you do. And now they've given you permission to sell them, which I always like to have. Permission and consent to close. Right, Consent to close. And then once you've done this frame spread out over two slides generally, then you're going to go into your transformation, okay? The story and transformation of the instructor. You're going to use reverse authority to humble them. So I was just on a call with a guy, a new client of mine, and he's an absolute savage. He's one of the number one in sales in his industry. He's, he's grinded, he's built a life. He was like, I mean, he's got a huge boat. He doesn't really care about materialistic stuff, but he likes to spoil his wife. And so he'll buy her like a nice car, but he doesn't, you know, he's got like a cyber truck, you know, but he's, he's really awesome guy. And he was telling me about all of his achievements, you know, all the money city money that he makes, all these great things, right? And so first you lay out all the big things that you've been able to do. So, you know, like a lot of you guys are working with Andy Elliott. So it'd be like, you know, I've been able to be mentored by people like Andy Elliott or Tony Robbins or Russell Brunson. I've joined their inner circles. I've, I've been on their big programs. And you list out all the high level things that you've been able to do. Like for Andy, we're like, yeah, we got the Ferraris, we got the Benz, we got the lifted Bravas, we got the house in the mansion. We got all these celebrities, we met, we got a million dollar plus a month business. We list out all these things. And then after you list this, and this is what most people don't do, right, is you then use reverse authority to humble themselves down to your level. So it's like, but the reality, guys, is I'm nothing special. I wasn't always this jacked dude in the gym, you know, doing this crazy routine and having a big business. In fact, I started out like the guy that I was just on a call. I said, what was your origin story? He was like, I was homeless and on drugs. And I was like, really? And he told me about it. He was literally started doing drugs when he was 13, ran away from his home when he was 16. He was in and out of jail always until he was 26 years old. And then he changed his life. And I was like, wow, that's incredible. So like he would share a little bit about that. But another way that you could do it, and we really like to use this one as well, like on Andy's webinars is I would have him say, like, I started out and, or not even I started out, it was be like, but guys, I'm just like you. I like to eat pizza. My favorite dessert is ice cream. And I have watched movies on Netflix too. Like, you don't have to cut out every single thing in your life to achieve a big life. And so then people go, oh, okay, maybe this is possible. For me, this is very important because a lot of these high level people, it feels like they could never get to that level on their own. And so they need to know that it's possible for them too. And using this example on the right. Use the example on the right. For a framework core, most of the time you tell a story over a period of a few slides in order to build a story and ideally create some kind of mission or purpose for the reason you learn, discoverable, discovered, or are sharing the content to people. So, like, you will like, I love this part a lot with slides is you'll go into this and what you'll do is you'll literally list it out step by step by step by step, your origin story. And you don't want to board people, but you want to give them some visuals. So like, about me, you know, and you'll show some pictures of your early days in business. Like this guy, boom, he's like, I first got started, I was working at this place. You know, I wasn't a successful agent. I was, you know, Knocking doors, you know. And then one day at topgolf, everything changed for me. And he just shows a picture of topgolf. You don't know what the story is going to be exactly when you see this slide. But he knows exactly what story to tell when he sees this. So I like to put a picture here that reminds me of a pivotal moment in my life. And this really helps. And he tells a story, you know, of how I was success story raised. You need pictures of your early days. So like my client who was drug. Who was a druggie, and now he's like, and he was homeless. I need to find some early day pictures of him, even if maybe when he was a kid. Like, we need those because those really help paint the picture and tell the story. Okay, so that's the story and transformation of the instructor. You don't want to. You don't want to overdo this. You don't want to tell all the ins and outs. You need it to be sequential and you need it to follow the archetype of the hero's journey. This is the story that people resonate with typically is the hero's journey. Archetype is like, it's a story that we're all going through if you want to be successful. This is exactly where you had a call to action. You knew you were meant for more. You rose to power in your own regard. You fell back to your devices. Then you had to, you know, you almost settled, and then one day you switched back on. You felt the calling again. You went in. It was harder than ever. You almost gave up again. And you had an internal transformation. There's two transformations that happen in a person's life, their external transformation and internal transformation. And oftentimes the internal transformation is more relatable to people than the external transformation. If you guys like watching movies, then, like, you can just watch a movie and you'll literally be able to see this happening. And that's why you can predict how a lot of these Marvel movies and stuff are going to go, because it's all following that same archetype. And this is the same archetype that we have our clients model and in when we tell their stories on webinars. Okay, so once you've gotten through and laid the groundwork, now they're excited for what they're going to learn. They've got open loops and they've learned that they can trust you as an authority, but also that you're just like that now you're going to future pace. You want to Help the audience invested by showing them the results they could achieve. This is where you are going to really get them to picture this, picture this, picture this, picture this. So I'm gonna go and look right here. This, this. Secrets. Yeah. So on this training you're gonna learn like, imagine what it would be like to run a webinar once a week and not have to jump from sales call to sales call and all of your prospects are lining up to work with you. Imagine what it would be like if you didn't have to spend all this money on agency fees, fees and ad spend and you could run a webinar that can actually profit and work for you. Imagine what it would be like if you could actually get it dialed into the point where you're attracting new clients to you and they were getting pre sold so that they could escalate into your higher ticket programs without having to have a long sales cycle, you know, your future, pacing them. Imagine what it would be like to spend more time with your kids. Imagine if you could travel. If it's a business opportunity, you're going to talk about, you know, what they get out of the business. Like a lot of clients, they tell me, I'm like, hey, so, so you're at, you know, you're at 100k a month. You want to get to 250k a month. I always ask them one question. What is at $250,000 per month that you're currently unable to do at $100,000 a month? It always stumps everybody. Sometimes people even get frustrated. They're like, what, what, what do you mean more money? More money? Well, more money. More for the sake of. More is not more, it's less. Well, why, why do you want more? What is more actually going to get you? Oh, well, actually I want to bring on a senior director so that I could spend more time with my mom because she's only got a couple more years left to live. Bingo. That's the actual why. Okay. And you can figure this out one to one with people very easily, but on a one to many format, you're kind of throwing things out there and I wouldn't say hoping, but you're predictably covering ground so that you can hit on one of those nerves for people. Okay. You want to be able to spend more time with your family if it's a fitness offer. Okay. Why do people want to get in shape? Because they're scared to die. They're sick of living crappy. They're sick of walking up a flight of Stairs and getting winded. They want to be able to walk their young daughters down the aisle. They don't want to have a heart attack. Okay. They don't want to be in life support. They want to live longer. Right. So imagine what it would be like to know that you're going to be here until the Lord wants to take you out and food isn't going to kill you. Like, these things start to hit deep and pull on emotional levers and, and in this whole thing, as you're going through this webinar, you're telling people you're having them engaged in the chat. So drop a 1 in the chat if, if you feel that. Right, right, right. Which one speaks the most to you? You're getting them to engage. I was just on a webinar with Russell Brunson today, and he had you take sticky notes and write down everything that made you happy real fast. I'm gonna give you guys two minutes. Write down everything that makes you happy. I'm marking it on all these sticky notes. Then he says, now group them into categories. And your categories end up basically being family, self expression, you know, business, money, freedom, faith. Like, you know, like basically everything falls into faith, family, freedom, and fitness. These are the things that people really like to do. And so once you identify that, then you can kind of reverse engineer your life to support more of those things that you like to do that actually make you happy. Okay? So these are ways to engage people. And once they're engaged and once they're actually thinking these things, a one to many sales call is a sales call. It's still a presentation and they're having a, still need them to think the answers as if they were talking to you. This is why one to one, you can close high ticket deals, 30,000, 50,000, 20,000, 10,000, $15,000 deals on a one to one high ticket close call. And you can do it in one to three calls typically. And the best closures in the world can one call close people on high ticket all, all day long? Why? Because they are listening to you and you're saying things to them. And that, that is actually affirming things with yourself. A webinar is the same thing. You need them to affirm things from themselves. You need them to omit this thing from themselves. You need them to actually start considering what you're saying. And a good way to do that is by engaging them in the chat and getting them to drop, you know, drop, drop it in the chat. What's been your biggest problem? You see it on the screen here. Which one are you the most stuck with? This is a really, really, really good frame to use. Okay, and then I'm going to go over and then once you laid out all that groundwork, then you get into the actual agenda. Okay? So on the agenda you're going to tell them what they're going to learn today. Here is a example of what that could look like. So on this training, you know, we go into the actual secrets or how to get your audience results fast. The secret portion should take about 30 minutes. This is actual real world information you want to help them with. Typically here you want to tell them the what, but not the how. You want to tell them the what and the why. You do, but not the how. Because to learn the how, they would ultimately buy your product. Some people will over teach. So I'm not going to tell you guys how to actually run Facebook ads, but I'm going to tell you guys what you do is you need to run Facebook ads and you need to get positive roas. Okay, if me and Sebastian were getting lunch somewhere here in Scottsdale and we looked over at this ATM and it was, it was, it was golden. And I said, I put a dollar in and $1 popped out or in $2 popped out, or maybe $3 popped out, how much money would you want to put into that atm? Every single dollar in my bank account. I would want to empty it all out if I could just get a 2x roas. Well, actually we have many clients that have been able to achieve 5, 6, 7 x ROAS with this exact framework that I'm going to show you. And 2x isn't something to write home about, but it's very, very easy for even the worst marketer with the webinar to be able to get you double your money in what you spend in ad spend. And so you need to be doing this. And so I told you the what and the why and I gave you a story of how it's going to work. But I didn't teach you the ultimate how. I'm not teaching you how to go in the ads manager, set up a pixel, right, the copy, all that stuff. Because ultimately I'm going to handle all that in my offer. Okay. In each separate key, you should teach what's involved to achieve this step through a number of steps within steps. So the four steps to getting more clients without spending any money on paid advertising could be an example. Or the four steps to running your ads. You need to have high converting copy. What is high Converting copy. And why do you need high converting copy? Because everybody's using ChatGPT. And what it is is it's actually following the systematic framework that the advertisers of the 1930s were using and they actually figured out through a scientific process. Have you guys noticed that people actually back in the day were like, I used to think when I was a kid, I used to think like since they didn't have technology, that they weren't as smart as us. I couldn't be more wrong. When I listen and I go back through, I got one of the Napoleon Hill's manuscripts right here. This is an unreleased manuscript called the Hands of Destiny. And it's literally. These are unreleased Napoleon Hill manuscripts that were found amongst his belongings that his team actually released. And it is so, so good. There's so much in here. It's literally got like his edits and, and the way that he would write and everything in here. And it's, it's just very, very fascinating. Well, if I was teaching, I would actually tell them that we have gotten, I would frame it just like kind of how I did now, where people tend to think that, you know, like we've gotten smarter, but actually with the information age, we are learning less than ever with more information at our fingertips that our grandparents would have killed to have this information available at lightning speed. So I might explain that as a step within a step. Ok, okay. So these are just different pathways that you can go down using books, using examples, using stories. Okay, so you're going to list out the three secrets and what you're going to say to them. So for the real estate example, it's like I'm going to be sharing with you three secrets about listing your listing or buying listing about listing your buying up or selling your oce listing or buying up or selling your Ocean from property by 25% to 30 more than its current market value. There's a little typo there, but you get the gist. Secret, the three secrets. So secret one, secret two, Secret three. Let's get started with secret one. How to boom. The first secret to getting your home listed and bought for 30% higher is by adding features in that luxury homeowners want. For example, look at homes which have two to three more bedrooms than yours. Notice what features they have that you can model in your current home. And then one really good tip, guys, is whenever you do the three secrets like this, you want to create a sense of reciprocity. So I always like to give somebody like a website or like an AI tool or an app that provides a lot of value around what they're trying to do. So in the case of writing copy and writing like marketing copy, I would say chat GBT is terrible. It's everybody's just using chat gbt. They don't know how to prompt it right. And even when you prompt it right, my team knows it still doesn't work. It just provides slop. It slightly deviates the meaning of what you actually meant and it makes things different. And then you try to roll with it because it looks good enough and then it's not actually from you and it doesn't actually work because you don't actually feel good about it. We actually use a tool called Claude and this is a lesser known AI model or grok that's also lesser known that is very, very good at writing human like copy. And we use that for ideation process. And then we, we go through that by hand, line by line. And through that we're able to have a lot of success. Okay. So this is one way that I've been able to have a better experience with AI and in the secrets by giving somebody a sense of reciprocal, they need to be very like, very good. And then you also have to have some results. I taught this same secret to, you know, Brittany. And Brittany was able to do xyz and here's a testimonial of her and here's a picture of her. And here's the story. Okay? There's four things that you guys need in all your advertising. Only four, all marketing messages are made up of four components. These are like the four tires that power the, the car. Okay. And it's, well, it's, it's kind of like the four tires that keep a car going, but it's also kind of like the four different components. Like you'd have your, your engine, your transmission, your tires and the body of the car, right? Or it could be like the four different tires that keep it moving however you want to see it. But what the, what it is is you need to have the problems that people are facing or that you've overcame. So problems, promises, promises that people are that, that you're going to give to people story, the story of how you overcame the problems and then the mechanism and not in that order. All sales copy is made up of these four things in different areas in different fractions and different, you know, essence inside of all copy. That's all all copy is. Okay? And you guys just see that if you start really listening to people like Andy Sells A lot with stories. Russell sells a lot with stories. Some people sell a lot with mechanism. People buy emotionally. And so how to make somebody feel emotion, Then tell them a story. Okay, after you present the step, you're going to recap the step. Okay, briefly recap 20 to 30 seconds max, and then get into the next one. You want one secret to be like a banger. And then you want to go through the other ones, and you'll go through them a little bit faster because people get overwhelmed when you over teach. So one thing I noticed, like, I was at Patrick by David's event in Miami or in Orlando. It was called the Vault. And at the vault, Patrick would have these bullets, and you would see these slides. And his first two bullets, he would spend like 20 minute on 20 minutes on each one of them. And I'd be like, sitting there, and I'd be like, man, I'd be doing the math. I'd be like, I'm holding my pee right now. I gotta go to the bathroom. I'm kind of hungry. Like, do I get a coffee now? And Patrick would call people out if you walked out of the vault, he would say, that person, the white shirt, make sure to lock the door so they can't get back in. They're leaving the session early. And I'm like, dude, we're in here for eight hours. So I'd be doing the math on the bullets, and I'm like. And I was trying to pay attention, but, you know, like, we're humans, right? So. And I got ADHD, so I'm trying to pay attention. And it's like 20 minutes. 20 minutes. And I'm doing the math. I'm like, this is going to take 260 minutes to get through this one deck. Like, how's this going to work? And then he would do this crazy thing where he'd be like, number one, number two. And then his. His third one would just be like, so how to get this without this, guys? You need this boom. And the third one, how to get this without this? And you need this boom. And he would just go through it really fast. And so it kind of like, you get. You open up a lot of value, and you kind of overwhelm the person. And then you take that pressure back off them, and you give them this feeling of like, wow, this guy has so much under the. Under the cape, you know, under the. Under the coat. He's got so many different things he can pull out and teach me, but he's also moving through it fast enough. Where I can stay engaged. Okay, Next is the pre sell the part before the introduction of the product. So once you've listed out your three steps of the value that you're going to provide, this section is to warm up the audience from the valuable training into the sales pitch. So 60 second recap. The intent is to summarize with flare all the content you shared this far in short order. So far we've talked about xyz. We also talked about xyz and also we touched in. This pitch is right here. Recap. Instead of saying we taught you how to build sales funnels, say we just showed you how to make more money faster than ever without the hassle of building complex websites that nobody even bothers to click on anyways. Then you go to the bridge. And the bridge, this is where everybody screws up on their webinars. So let me just get over to the bridge. So I've covered a lot so far. How to get X without y, all this stuff. Okay, now you're going to free pre frame them into the bridge. And there's a lot of different bridges and a lot of different ways you can do this. One example is info alone won't save you. So guys, this is good information. Is this helpful? Drop one in the chat. If this has been helpful for you people, start dropping one in the chat. So we've been going for a While now, about 40 minutes. We've covered a lot of powerful information. But let's be honest, guys, information alone isn't going to save you, right? Knowing what to do is one thing, but actually taking the steps to implement it, that's where the transformation happens. This program is designed to bridge the gap, to take you from knowing to actually doing so you can finally see the results you've been waiting for. What if I gave you the opportunity for me to come in and plug in my exact webinar framework into your business? So, and then you ask a question like I just did, I just naturally asked you guys a question because that's like where it would go. But you ask a couple questions to get your audience to agree with you, get them saying yes on how the benefit would be that they could obtain the pains they can now get rid of? Based on where you what you've covered in the webinar so far, would you agree that knowing how to run a webinar would help you to cut down your cost per lead and shorten your sales cycle so you can get feedback from the market faster? Like the example we have here is, would you agree that you know now what, that it is possible to get leads without spending any money on paid dads. That was for like a content offer. And that building a business online is in fact possible. Or getting fit while eating a flexible diet is in fact possible. We're breaking down, limiting beliefs. So what's next? This is one of my favorite slides. So what's stopping you from applying this if you guys know it's real? If you learn what I taught you today, what is actually stopping you? I want you to drop it in the chat. Is it A, you don't know how to get started? Is it B, you don't have the tools you need to do this, or is it C, you don't think you're capable of success or is it D, something else? And if it's something else, I want you to type it out. I'm gonna have you guys take a minute and just drop it in the chat right now and you start reading it on the chat. Yeah, I see a lot of A's, a lot of B's. Mark said C. John said D. D. What is the D? Okay, he said he's scared of wasting money. Okay, got that? We get that a lot. People are, you know, you're going through this. You're reading in the chat, you're seeing it. And this is getting everybody to do what. This is getting everybody to admit why they can't do it on their own and why they need your program, which is going to be coming like a night in shining offer armor on the next page. So then you're going to get permission. Ask them for permission. Remember I said consent to close at the beginning. We got the no surprises out of the way. Now we're going to go and we're going to ask them for permission to tell them about your new product or offer that's transformative, that's got an end date, that's got an outcome, and that's actually going to help them to get a result. Give them a chance to answer yes or no and call out those people who love the trading and say, thank you guys. Thank you for, for appreciating the training. Appreciate you guys being here. John, Tommy and all these people. You know, you're reading in the chats, you got to be reading the chats. It sometimes it's distracting and there's times when I'm teaching deep, I won't look at the chat because people will always say stupid stuff like, just get to your point already. And like, you know, this is taking too long. And just like Stuff like that, which they shouldn't, because you should frame them with like, hey, guys, we're gonna be here for about 60 minutes. I'm gonna just ask you to lock in your time. Like, we could be anywhere else in the world right now, but we chose to be here. So let's be intentional, right? I'm gonna. I'm gonna try to, like, get them, like, locked in. But people still, you know, sometimes they can be distracting the chat. However, I still like to just keep the chat open, see what people are saying. Boom, Boom. Okay, I got some ones, got some twos. Okay, cool. Let's keep going. The real problem is you guys don't have a step by step proven process to plug in to scale up and get results. With webinars, what would be worth to have an expert who's done this before, a thousand times, plug you into their proven system, guaranteed to help you get results. How much faster would you achieve your goals and get to your airing how you can get this proven blueprint and work more closely with me? Would you guys be open to that? Boom. You drop the real problem, you know, and, and then, you know, like, this is one that my. My partner, you actually hid this slide. But I like this one. This is one, one way that you can do it. I'm not gonna get all used car salesman on you guys. You've watched this entire training session. You've listened to me, you've heard my story. You know what I'm saying? Can help you sell or purchase your ocean for home. You know what I'm saying? Can actually help you run webinars to convert. And you know that I actually, actually, at this point, I'm an authority in this, and I actually know what I'm talking about. Hopefully I've done a good job at demonstrating that. So here's what's actually inside the offer the program. When you invest in my webinars, done Right program, section three, link to something ridiculously high in price. Drop the price. Drop it again. Drop it one more time with a call to action. So the way that I do this, I'm going to show you guys, is pretty nuts because it has to be true. You can't fake this. I hate when people like, like, I was on with the guy, and I won't be very specific, but sometime in my life, I was on with a guy or girl. And it could have been recent and it could have been a long time ago, because I don't want to throw anybody in the bus, but this guy said, he said, I'm going to sell a program on a webinar. It's going to be $10,000 normal price, $30,000. And I said bro, like how are you justifying that? It's normally $30,000. And he's like well I was like can you show where people have paid you 30,000 for the same thing? And he's like no, I can't because nobody's ever bought this from me before. And I was like well, well then like how, how is it normally priced? 30,000. Like that doesn't actually make sense the way that we would pre frame it for Andy. Andy charges a hundred thousand dollars for his brotherhood. So this build to scale event includes a day going to Andy's brotherhood, going to Andy's house rather and only his brotherhood members get that. So I, I would pre frame it that you know, to go to Andy's house and to spend three days with him, it you, it's very expensive. Like you know, people pay a hundred thousand dollars to get his brotherhood and that's the only way they get to go to his house. And then for all the time that you guys are going to be spending doing the Q and A calls with him, that's going to be. There's 52 weeks in a year he's going to be doing a call every other week. I'm not the best at math. I think that's 26 weeks you're gonna get with him. Those are two hour sessions each. So that's 52 hours that you're gonna get directly with Andy. And he charges, you know, $50,000 an hour for one on one coaching. So 52 times 50,000, that's gonna be X. And it's some astronomical number, right? So if you were to go out and try to just buy this on your own from my team, you would be looking at paying retail about xyz. And you're going to list the retail price. But what we're going to do is in this offer and then you're going to go into the price drop. And by the way, this, that's why I created slide would be a little bit earlier. It'd be like. So I know a lot of you guys struggle with xyz. Like a lot of you guys struggle with putting your content together for your webinar. And that's why I created the ROAS offer launch formula. This is the webinars done, right? It's four weeks of coaching and in four weeks you're actually going to be able to launch your own webinar. But plus we have a lot of other benefits too. You get a one on one call with me and my partner. You get all the. You start listing everything down. Now I'm going to show you guys where we actually did this and the way that we pre frame people because I really liked it. We don't do coaching typically. Like I started doing these coaching calls and opening these up just because it was a lot of people wanted to do it. But we really don't, we don't do coaching. We've done for you services. So once we started doing this it's, it's a totally different thing. And so the way that I went is like so that's why I created the webinars done right conversion engine. Let's see. So I would go through and I would show people that are done for you clients we charge $5,000 a month and I just show people like this is our real price. We charge $5,000 a month. These are all the payments you could see. Like this is, you know we get a lot of payments every single day from all of our clients and you can see them coming in here, you know. So these are all our 5k a month payments and we build the whole system out for them. But we know that's not the right option for everyone and some people can't afford it. So we wanted to create the best done with you program to help you launch as soon as possible. So just for the one on one webinar development that's easily $5,000 worth of value. And you're also going to get our ready to launch webinar systems which is the next thing you need. And that's going to help it so you can be able to launch fast and easy. This is the next reason that most people fail or never start is a lack of the right systems. Okay. And that's exactly why we're going to give you the entire webinar launch system Plug and play. You're going to get the exact templated webinar deck, the content outline to go high level funnel snapshot all bundled together the same stack we use in our $20,000 bills. Because builds because we charge 5,000amonth and it's a minimum four month commitment with our clients. Typically unless you're a friend or family or something like that, you'll receive your entire funnel slides automations pipeline pre built and plug and play. So you can deliver a high converting presentation in hours, not weeks including ready to use scripts, chat prompts and follow up workflows flows to drive traffic Registration sales automatically. So what's it really worth? You're going to save 60 hours launching thousands to agencies, hundreds on software, your peace of mind. You're gonna have no missed opportunities. This is easily worth $2,500. And I'd argue this is worth way more. And then you're gonna get 30 days of hand holding, working with other people. You're gonna break down that other thing. Total value is 9,500. And what would it be worth if we could finally get you crystal clear? What would it be worth? Drop in the chat. I wanted to share this. You have some frames. Okay. The hidden cost is your time, 100 hours trying to figure this out on your own. The mental cost, stress burnout and more failure from trying to find a system that actually works. The ads cost 3000-10K. You invest in a paid ads only for the actual workout, only for it to not actually work out because your system is flawed or you don't know about ads. You're not a marketing specialist. And the opportunity cost, which is missed momentum and opportunity from never implementing anything. So for everyone enrolling today, you're not just going to get courses, you're not just going to get a framework. I'm going to actually help you to be successful. And when this goes public, we're going to launch this at 9997 for the regular coaching and that's probably going to be in December, but for everyone on here, and this is just an example of what we did and how you need to stack all the value. Like you can clearly see there's a ton of value here. We estimate that we're going to go up to 997, you know, our agency, 5,000amonth. And so like you could see how even at $2,997, this would be a smoking deal. But we were meeting a few weeks ago and how to launch this with me and my partner, we've got hundreds of hours in this, let alone millions of dollars. So like you, you price anchor. Like we've showed all the value that it would be and how much we've got into it. Then we show like even at 3,000, it would be a good offer, right? And we get people in the chat, they're like, yeah, I would pay 2000 this. So instead of charging 29.97, even 19.97, we decided to make it accessible to every, every business. So this investment, you guys can get this right now for just 15, 1497 for our beta group that joins the next 48 hours less than a cost of a single virtual assistant and the entire infrastructure. And you know, like, so we've got that and we're going to drop the link here in a second for you guys. But you know, this is one of our clients. He called my partner about a month ago wanting to give up. He's got some big things online. Just had a baby and his beautiful family there. But we wouldn't let him cancel. We've been doing this long enough to know that when people cancel, they go south, they close their businesses, they stop coaching. And that's not what we want anyone to do. So we convinced him to make the decision and he made 34k in one day from it. We told him just one more webinar. But more importantly, he sent us this. He sent this to my business partner. Hey guys, I just want to say thank you for the push and believe in me. Last month has been the most challenging of the year and I'm glad you guys encouraged me to stay the course. Amazing to see that. We really proud of him. And so what we decided is like we don't want anybody to have an example or reason to not do this. And so we said we'll give you the first $500 spend and we're just going to make it 9 97. Okay, here's the offer. My team is going to drop it. It's roas co offer. Basically just $250 a week to have your whole entire infrastructure set up and get access. And then you go into the micro objections. The micro closes the pre frames at the end. And these are the exact things that I showed Andy that he loved so much. He wanted to share them with the whole world. And then you, you start going into some of those and we have a ton of those, we call them micro closes. We share them with all of our clients one on one. So if you guys are working directly with me, then you'll already have access to those and then you just go back through. So we've done the price drop. I just showed you how that works guys. And hopefully that that's valuable. It makes sense. Like multiple slides showing what's included along with the value stack. Each slide should list out one item that's included. Price drop. Reveal the total value of each of these items that retail period of multiple slides. Lower the value and the price or lower the price, never the value two to three times until you get to the actual price and then screenshot the checkout process. So if I was doing this like if I was actually trying to Sell you guys, which I'm not. I would, I would actually pull this up Roas co offer and I'd say, okay, guys, so you're just gonna go to this page, right? And you're going to be able to go in and you're going to see this exclusive offer. This is only available for the next 48 hours and in December we're actually going to be raising a price up to $9,997 because we've got so much value. We've already got some people that have signed up on this and they're getting great results. You can hear from some of my clients here, but all you have to do to sign up and you just walk them through the process, you just click this button right here, you put your name, your last name, your email, your phone number and you can sign up for the coaching program while it's still at 997. So you like to, we really like to show them and walk them through the process. It's safe, secure checkout so that people know. Once you've completed the the order, you'll be taken to a page that looks like this and then you'll get immediate access. So once you've completed the order, guys, you're going to be taken to my school, school community that I've built out and you're going to be able to get our entire webinar blueprint in here. And in number one, you're gonna get the webinar launch document. And number two, you're gonna learn how to make your high converting slides. And down here, this is the exact GoHighLow template. All you have to do is click this one time and you're gonna be able to add this directly into your GoHighLow account. You know, you just sign up under here if you don't have an account or if you're signed in under your account, it's just gonna put push the funnel right into your account. Then you're gonna get the bonus which is the copy of Andy Elliot. I gave this to all the coaching students that are at Andy's program. But this is the entire document that Andy used that helped us to do multiple millions on his new program. You're gonna get the recording of both days with him and Russell Brunson and you're gonna get the slides that's all going to be given to you in this, in this, in this last section session here. Then you're gonna learn how to set up your zoom. You're gonna have learn how to launch Your ads, and then you're gonna learn how to set up your content. We do weekly calls every single week. And you can ask any questions in the community and get them answered directly by us. And you can also. What I would show them. And show them what, what's going to happen once they've completed their order. And then here's a little trick, guys, and I know we got to go. I'm just going over a little bit to wrap this up, and I appreciate you guys sticking with me, and I know a couple of you guys jumped on late, so I just want to make sure we, we lay in this plane, then you're going to future pace. So once you're inside, you'll have access to. And then you, you, you show them everything and you say you'll have access to a system that literally is plug and play. Like, guys, this is what our internal team uses. This is the actual system that's going to help you to grow your business. And you're going to have instant, excuse me, instant access to it. Okay. Create a couple slides showing testimonials and case studies. So, you know, what I would do in this case is I would probably just pull up some of the case studies that, you know, we have directly on that page and I would play them. This is what I did last time. I did a webinar and I actually got really good results from just playing the testimonials right on the offer page. And then. Or you could tell some stories and sometimes we'll even have clients bring up students at this point, after you've pitched the offer and after you've listed out everything that's in it, the longer you stay on, the more you will sell. When Alex Hero did $105 million, he pitched right around 45 minutes. And then he stayed on for the next 72 hours. Basically, he was live. He would stay on for a couple hours, he would end the night, and then he would go live again the next day. And then he would do a call in show that night. And he kept the offer open, and then he closed the cart, and then he extended it again, and then he closed the car and he extended again. And it was just like crazy. And that's why he did $105 million, because it was a perfect blend of scarcity. It was the perfect blend of, you know, value stacking, the perfect urgency markers. Everything was on point. And that's why he, he set literal Guinness record, did that. And by the way, anybody in my internal program, I do a full breakdown of Alex Homozy's entire 105 million dollar pitch that he did. And I include the slides and everything that he had and that would be a fast start bonus. And for the first five of you guys, I'm gonna do a one on one call with you and a bonus. I'm gonna have my partner do a one on one call with you. When you guys sign up for this, you're gonna get these fast action bonuses. Boom. And then, oh, you got the first five, we got one more boom. And then you do Q A and you just answer any questions that are in the chat and then micro closes. And I'm going to go back to Q A and answer any of your guys literal questions about what your webinar content needs in it. But this is the entire framework. Like this is a proven model, a proven framework that will convert and will crush for you guys if you actually follow this. And then you go to micro closes which are these 33 psychological triggers. This is what you'll find in andy's book of 50 deadly closes. These are the ones that I shared with him that he was like, these are so good that I want to share these with the world. And so you would just start have some slides that basically you should have these memorized, but you'd have some slides that helped you remember or prompted you to say these. So maybe you guys have been here before, you intended a great workshop or webinar or zoom call. You get all excited about the possibilities and then you don't take action. The opportunity slips through your fingers. A month later, nothing's changed. You never run a webinar. You never do one to many selling. It's happened to all of us, right? But it doesn't have to happen today. Don't let old habits control your life. Don't let this be another time you look back on and say, ugh, I wish I just followed through. I wish I would have just went to Roas co offer and signed up with Nate, for example. I wish I would have signed up for Andy's program. I wish I would have done that. Because months go by, years go by. You show up here for a reason, you're excited for a reason, you wanted to change for a reason. But something about this is keeping you stuck. So do something about it. Break the pattern. If you want a different result, you have to do something different. Click the button and get started. Break the habit today and set a new precedent for yourself. We have 33 of these that we provide to all of our students and all of our Clients as well. And these are extremely deadly. So if you're my program, make sure you got these. I had a mentor used to tell me, you can have money or you can have excuses, but you can't have both. And he was right. I used to let. Excuse me. Excuses hold me back. Not enough time. Not sure if I'm ready. Maybe next time. But you know what all those excuses got me? Nothing. No results. Once I dropped the excuses, that's when success started coming. So ask yourself right now, what do you want, results or excuses? Because you've got to choose. If you want results, real, tangible change, then let. Then set excuses aside and let's do this. If you want to keep your excuses, well, you know exactly what your life looks like right now. And if you're happy with that, it's the one you have right now, so it should be fine. I think you're here because you're done and you want more, right? So I've got 33 of these. And you can see from connection report triggers to overcoming objection, transition triggers, shifting belief and identity triggers, urgency and action triggers, value and cost triggers. These are killer. So, guys, that is, Those are called the micro close. So hopefully this was helpful for you guys to show you exactly how to set up a webinar that actually converts, how to set up the slides, how to set up the pitch, how to set up the value drop, how to set up the offer. This is everything. This is my internal stuff. This is what we do. And hopefully it helped you. So I see there's a couple of people still on here. Do you guys have any questions before me, before I jumped off?
