Here in Beverly Hills, California, because we're going to a Mastermind event at Tai Lopez's house. Yes. The guy that's like, hey guys, I'm here in my garage with my Lamborghini.
Here in my garage. Just bought this new Lamborghini here. Fun to drive up here in the Hollywood Hills.
Yes. The same guy that was doing $8 million a month and everybody saw his YouTube ads when nobody even knew who he was and Nobody was running YouTube.
Ads at that point.
So I'm super stoked. I'm about to go over and do a podcast with Ty and this is just a little video log, let you know what's up. Camilla's getting ready. Let's get ready. We're about to go. Looking forward to it. What I'm most stoked to ask Ty about is just basically like, yo, what's my next move, bro? Like, you were my first mentor. You helped me to get my agency started. Now we've done a couple million dollars in revenue and it's like, where do we go from here? I've blown up multiple service based businesses. I've helped coaches scale. I've taken over the jiu jitsu industry. Where do I go from here? How can I maximize my strengths, my talents, my skill set and get to the next level and provide more impact on the world without being bogged down by the fulfillment load and the client? So super excited to have a conversation with my mentor and this is how it went. Let's get into it.
Boom. Hello everybody. You didn't get that reaction. Everybody gives Simon the same reaction. Let's get Simon. I just wanted to say hi. Not in a row. So who came from the furthest? Miami. My. Oh no, there's further. There's Italy, it's Germany. What's what part? What city?
Last stop was Taipei.
Taiwan. Anyone further? Australia is far. That's a damn 16 hour, 16 hour flight we might give you. You get the award here. Who came from the closest? Who lives on my block? Anybody. Anyone who's from Beverly Hill. They say if you go on Snapchat that Tom Cruise lives next door. But I haven't seen him yet. It's funny if you go on snap. Anybody likes snap? Like how come it says the Tom Cruise house?
So he's short though for the bushes.
Of howl rich and he stands on his money and he thaw. What's he worth right now? Who knows? Whose dirty secret do you like to attract people's net worth. When I started becoming well known, the most searched thing was net worth.
Mr.
Beast came and visited me and he's like, tom, is it true your net worth is just $5 million? And I told him, and this is my advice to all of you, especially men. Try to optimize your SEO to be always 5 million. It's high enough that normal people will respect you. That's low enough to keep away gold diggers. Good. Okay, I'll be back. Simon, take it away.
Let's go, Simon.
From the people who don't buy a product from me. Right? So I'll talk about some stats here in a second, but how many people here have like above 10% conversion rate on someone buying from you? From Kodaks?
Yeah.
Not too many people. I did a speech for Tyler a couple years ago. We ended up rattling these place. And one of the things that happens is heard a one million dollar net worth game. That's one game. Call that checkers. Okay. There's a one to ten million net worth game. That's like backgammon, you know that gamut? And then there's a 10 million plus. That's called chess. They're not the same. What happens if you fucking play checkers? Rule on chess Crush. So very important. The guys at the top are geniuses at protecting. And that's why you know them as formless guys. They were just as good at defense as offense. And who here is a. You love to build all that? Just remember, you ain't the rich one. It's not entrepreneurs that are rich, it's moguls. Wasn't there to be an entrepreneur? What's the first example that people get mad at? There was a dude in the 1800s who had a lot of good ideas about electricity. He's a Serbian guy. Tesla. Was he an entrepreneur or a mogul? Entrepreneur. Who was the wealthiest man in the world?
Concurrently with him.
Frank.
Thomas Edison. Raise your hand when you would accept. I wire you 1 million. You have to live off of it for life. You can keep a bank account up to 1 million, but that's it. You could work. So if it went down by 300,000, you could work enough and replenish it to 1 million. You can still get it to yourself. You mean when you're dead?
No.
Oh, yeah. Everything you make above a million, you have. You have 24 hours. Or the Albanian mafia is employed on grass. My sister's from the South Bronx. My dad's from Harlem, New York. I was born here because he went to prison in Turmoil Island. But my sister never left the Bronx and she was. I didn't Meet her Till I was 13 years old. She's a half sister, but she used to tell me I'd visit her in the real Bronx, like South Bronx. She was like, ty, we're. Everybody's afraid of the Italians. Italians are afraid of the Colombians. The Colombians are afraid of the Russians. And everybody's afraid of the Albanians. So, any Albanians in here? Whenever I'm in London, there's all these. London has all these beautiful Albanian women. You go on Tinder, like, where are you from? Albanian, like block. You don't want those brothers anyway. 1 mil, raise your hand, you accept it, you get to retire on one Miley. Okay, 10 mil, you got 10 mil. Got 5% over bank, it's like 10 mil, you don't have to work anymore. $10 million. Okay, 30. It was 30. 30 mil. Radar hand. Look at 50. Okay, let me change this game.
Make it a little more complicated.
Some of you are not gonna be like, let me dance for a second. Better game. That was the beginning. If you can see this room, all wants more.
Really?
Everybody over here wants more. 50 million. New game. That was checkers. That was a simple game. My second game is, I hand everybody in this room 10 million. Each person wire, 10 million. Suitcase briefcases come in here. And after the tax, I pay the tax, they got 10 million. Thank you. I also. Each one, you get a die, dice or one die, six sided die. Like for poker. Okay. I mean, not poker for, like, preps. So I hand it to you. If you get a six, you give me all the money back. If you get a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, you know, okay, I hand you 10 mil.
Shit.
Boom. You have to die. You can just walk with the 10. There are no other rules. You just walk and do whatever else. You can do more business, whatever, or you roll, you got a five out of six chance I'm getting another 10. You rolling. I would roll, but that's just as I'm right up netting, so I don't feel like it's that far. So, yes, raise your hand if you would roll for sure. If you for sure would not roll, you ain't taking a one out of six chances. Okay, so now you roll. So now I up the game. 50 million handed to each other. Who rolls? I want to know the people who roll. Yeah, one out of six.
Nine.
If you get a six, you give it back. All right, who rolls? Okay, so the odds are we have, let's say, 15 people. We have 10 people who roll. Odds are most of you. Now, I have 100 million who rolls a gang and dude goes on steroids and you're like, you're too big. All women that are attracted, none like me hits none except over 50. Something happens with women. All my friends are like Mr. Olympia. Guys like my 50 year old maids like, oh, I'm so attractive. How before you do like a controversial video, you gotta study the script.
Yeah.
Ty says that you need 12 like punch lines that you can go to. And that's how you build a personal brand like Andrew Tate is. You have no idea how difficult it is to be in the life of a man. Trump, make America great again. Like all these people have these different sayings and that's what we need to develop. What's up, guys? Here in Ty's backyard Pool party tomorrow. We're going to be doing it. You know they say proximity. If you can get in close proximity with those that you want to emulate and be like, then you're going to be able to be successful.
Okay.
Jim Rohn is the one who said that you are who you surround yourself with. If you, if, if you hang around four losers, you'll be the fifth. And that's why I'm pushing myself to be at these different places. Tai Lopez was actually the first person that ever taught me about smma, the model anything. And now here we are five years later. Stay tuned. I think they just told Ty, there's a guy outside, he's got cauliflower ear, he loves Jiu jitsu. He loves you. Let's have a conversation.
When was the first month that you made more than 20 grand? How long ago?
Oh, in a month. It was like four months in where I did. Yeah. Because it was 2020.
Yes.
Everybody shut down. All the local businesses needed to go online. We were doing lead gen. Yep. So it was like, I was like, I'll get you names, email, emails, numbers, and I'll put them into a CRM and it'll automatically text them.
Yeah.
And we did 20k our first four months in business and then it was like 20k to 30k for about a year and then we shot up past 50.
Yep.
Last month we did 90 GS.
Yeah.
You know, go to businesses say you should have an email newsletter. You should send it daily or at least three times a week. I'll do it all for you. I don't even charge that much money. I'll write it, I'll manage your email list and you can go in and have chat GPT, write 80% of it. You just got to customize it a Little bit. You can handle 20 clients paying you. You only charge them. It's a good deal for the business because you charge them, let's say a thousand bucks a month. And it's a good deal for you because with AI now it's like back back in SMMA 1.0 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
And that's like my big passion. And it's kind of what saved my life. And we'll get into that. But like, I was training at the gym and I said, hey, professor, I see you're launching this kids program. Let me run some ads for it. And so I did lead gen ads. I got the leads in, texted him, emailed them, called them all myself. Before I knew it, he had like five, six students coming in from every night from me, the car dealership, same thing. We're on a gravel lot. I put a hundred dollars into Facebook ads. I got my first 12 leads, worked them. I didn't even know how to sell cars. I got strangers in the door buying cars for me. My boss was like, wait, how did.
You get these people here?
You don't know these people and they're filling out credit apps with you and you're selling them cars? He passed me a $3,900 commission check at once at that time and did $27 course $100 in Facebook ads to a $3,900 check.
Yeah.
Like, I watched my parents struggle all through growing up, and it was in that moment I was like, I just printed money. Yeah. And that was like the start of it all. Yeah. You know, probably five, six years ago. And since then we've went on to do a couple million dollars in revenue. I work with some of the biggest now coaches, influencers.
Hey, guys, just got done doing a podcast with Ty. Super, super fun. Check it out. It's coming soon. All right, so we just did a podcast with Tai Lopez, the man himself. I literally bought this guy's $27 course from a Facebook ad in like 2017, 2018, and studied that thing inside and outside and learned like, use that to grow my whole business, make a few million dollars. And now we're crushing it. Local service based businesses. And I went on there really to connect with Ty first off, and two, to ask him the question, what's next? And he gave me some really great advice. So I'll put the whole podcast. Okay. I'm gonna link it. It's gonna be wherever, so check that out. But overall, what I thought, like, my read of Ty is like, he's just a real authentic dude that is a really cool person and really, really great connection to have. And I'm just really thankful that through business and through life and through resources and just working hard, we were able to connect. And I feel like it was a great podcast. We got to open up about a lot of different things, and it was really cool. So check it out. And yeah, this is what happens. Like, guys, like, at the end of the day, if you see somebody, you really like their stuff, you can get in the same room with them, you could get on a podcast with them, you can get in their coaching program, and eventually you could get to know them. Because the thing is, is if you're cool and you come around and you people aren't going to remember what you say, but they'll remember how you made them feel, you know? So, like, my goal today was trying to make somebody laugh, was trying to make somebody smile and was just to have a good energy. And did we do that? Were people laughing? Were people smiling?
I think we.
I think we laughed and smiled. And that was the goal. And if I can just bring more of that in the world, I'm happy. And so it was awesome. Super excited for the event tomorrow and everything else that we're gonna be doing. See ya.
