This YouTube video (Nate Tilley) explains how car dealerships convert casual browsers into loyal customers using targeted advertising and CRM/inventory integration. It emphasizes running image-based ads with offers to ‘warm up’ shoppers, syncing dealership inventory feeds with Facebook for dynamic ads (price, mileage, vehicle someone viewed), and routing leads into a CRM to enable follow-up and special financing promotions.

We'd run these as actual ads. So, like, pictures like this in your local community, they get customers that just want to know about the experience. They're not always ready to buy in that moment. So you got to warm them up a little bit and put them through a process. But they end up being your best customers and your best leads, because they're not looking at any other dealership. So this is one thing that we do in our ad strategy, actually, is just edit these with an offer and run pictures like these. You guys are posting this a lot, and that's good. And. And when a lead comes in right now, comes in through Auto Trader, comes in through Atlantis, comes in through the website, where do those leads go? Are they going to your CRM? We get attached to your vehicle's inventory feed, and then we plug it into Facebook. And so Facebook, as you update your inventory, Facebook's going to update, and we're going to be able to take your feed and run these kind of ads on them. You know, like you've seen other dealerships do, that's going to have automatically the mileage, the price, and it's going to know if somebody was on your website looking at this car, and it'll show them, you know, that car when they're scrolling on Facebook. So that is how we push your inventory. But overall, you want to be able to offer your special financing programs on Facebook.
