Motivational/business talk by Andy Elliott (YouTube video) arguing that the critical difference in success is how people and teams deliver information. Elliott criticizes listeners who fail to improve delivery, links delivery skill directly to business outcomes (revenue, promotions, team performance), and uses blunt, profane language to urge accountability and strive for excellence.

What separates me and you? What's the difference? The way we deliver information? I deliver information differently than you. And a lot of you in here, you're not very good at delivering information. And I'm not disrespectful. I'm calling out a problem in the world that if you can solve, will get you rich. You train 30 guys, teaching them the script doesn't matter, the way they deliver the information to the customer matters. I don't care how good your product is. If you can't deliver information right, if you run a company, you can't get your team to deliver information right, you're dead. You're dead in the water. If you work for a business owner and they're counting on you, you are a disrespectful piece of shit. Not growing in this room because they have a dream and they are even willing to pay you more money than you've ever been paid if you'll show up as this person I'm telling you to be. And even some of you are so stupid, you'll go, well, he won't pay me more, he's cheap. No, he's cheap because you ain't moved the number in four effing years. The numbers have stayed the same but for four years you don't get paid more, dumbass. For average doesn't pay more. Greatness pays great.
