Andy Elliott describes the moment he decided to pursue sales after encountering Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, and Russell Brunson. He battled an internal voice he calls "the father of lies" through fifty conversations with himself before choosing to change for his family.
I'm watching this video. Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, Russell Brunson. They said, if you have a specialized skill, I said, I'm good at sales. There's people that will pay you to learn that skill. I said, no ways. Physically impossible. You know who that is? The father of lies. He's the one that doesn't want you to change. Because if you do, you could break your whole bloodline. I remember standing there at that computer screen for over an hour. I had about 50 conversations of myself. I've never even got on the Internet. This is stupid. Click.
Does anybody know what that click is?
That was when I decided to bet on. I was broken that night. I wanted to change. I needed to change. I wanted my wife to be proud of me. I know God didn't make me to sell cars my whole life. Some of you, you won't let go.
When you go all in on yourself and you go, take action and listen to me, you build yourself a big life, but what about the people's lives? You change in your own company, and then in the world. Is it worth it? Don't think small.
