One of my favorite ways to get really efficient with content and speaking in this way is called the accordion method. It's from the guys over at Ultra Speaking. And what they do, I've seen them do this live a bunch, is they say, okay, pick a topic that you could riff on, right? It might be golf, it might be software design, whatever the topic is, and teach me something in 2 minutes. As they run through it, it's like, great, you did the 2 minutes. Okay, now do it in 1 minute. Now do it in 30 seconds or 15 seconds. And you're like, okay, I can't. And you shorten it down and they're like, Amazing. Now let's go a little longer again. Now you're allowed to have— Can I breathe? Yeah. 45 seconds or the minute. And you went from, how do I possibly fit this whole thing into this amount of time? To like, wow, a minute is actually a ton of time.
