There's a lot of creators watching who are trying to decide, do I build an empire or do I build a lifestyle business? What would you say to them?
You could technically do both. The empire piece, we wanna call the empire piece like all the stuff that's making money while you're asleep that you don't necessarily have to wake up in the morning and pay attention to because you've set up systems and delegated and created a team to run a lot of this for you. When you're thinking about creating something like that, make it not dependent on you. Set the ego aside. Doesn't have to have like your face, your name, your brand. You don't even have to create a workflow such that you're expected be on like the weekly meetings and a part of all the Zoom calls. Try to, from the get-go, create a business that besides maybe a little bit of initial marketing from you is not dependent on your name, your face, your brand, et cetera, that would allow you to, based on the revenue that it kicks off, make getting up out of bed in the morning to do your own personal videos and podcasts and everything optional or not like a huge rush necessity.
