Hello, my name is Martin Runo, and I'm the CEO of Performa International, a company I started with a purpose to help small and medium-sized businesses improve their productivity. We are currently in 27 countries. I will soon be coming to Melbourne from Sweden to deliver a seminar called Everyone Sells. The purpose of this seminar is simple: to give you practical information and tools that really work, regardless of your current level of sales experience. I would never talk about methods and systems for selling if I hadn't tried them myself and could see that they work and make sense. So that's what I want to deliver. I started my business career 45 years ago as a salesman. Since then, I have trained thousands of salespeople and sales managers around the world. For example, I trained and supported a group of entrepreneurs in Sweden who went on to build what is today the country's largest sales training operation. I have personally managed to make sales teams more successful, and over the years I have learned quite a few things about how to make selling and managing salespeople simpler and more effective.
