Cody Sanchez, Alex Hormozi, Dan Martell, and Amy Porterfield built eight- to nine-figure businesses partly through authored books. A book gets you on Good Morning America and other major media where you can mention your product naturally. It's one of the oldest media formats working as a modern growth lever.
But if you look around the industry, all of the biggest people are using books to dramatically accelerate their revenue growth. Cody Sanchez, Alex Hormozi, Dan Martell, Amy Porterfield. I mean, you just keep naming names. It's a— they're building 8-figure, in some cases 9-figure businesses on the back of these books.
The one way that I remember talking with Pedro and Pace about it before, I'm just like, yeah, Pace, imagine like you're going on Good Morning America. They're not going to let me take on the Sub2 box system and set it up there and be like, hey, what's that? Oh, this is our $10,800 product. But they would let you take a book pretty easily, and they would even ask you questions about that book. So it's like, it's a cool way to just promote when, like, it doesn't look like you're promoting, or people are just used to it in traditional media too.
I agree with that. And, and what's interesting is that old media is becoming new. And so I just went and spoke at an event the other day called New Media Summit And I just made the joke that, hey guys, I'm here to talk about books, the oldest media that exists.
