The speaker recounts organizing whiteboard sessions, mentoring attendees, and celebrating attendees’ life and business milestones as evidence of the meetup’s impact.

63 people show up to Circle K at 6 o' clock in the morning, Circle K calls the police on me. What the hell are you doing? What? What, is there a fight going on here? I go, no, I'm just taking people on real estate meetings and they're, go do it somewhere else. So we went across the street to a parking lot and somebody brought a whiteboard in. I started whiteboarding. Here's what I'm doing and here's how I'm doing it. And da, da, da. We started just loving on people and doing the Bethany Willis move, grabbing them by the shoulder and said, I'm going to show you how this business works. And I got addicted to that. Because then you get people the next week come back and go, I got my first deal. I did my first thing. I hired my first employee. I got my first office. And you're like, I have somebody in my community that met their wife at one of these parking lot meetups. They now have. They now have a child. Wow. And it's just, you see that and you go, this is why I was put on this earth.
