In this brief interview segment, Nick Fisher lauds Sam Ovens as an extraordinary, relentless entrepreneur, describing him as an "animal" who has hardened himself to the point of not caring about others' opinions. Fisher emphasizes his unwavering confidence in Sam, stating he would never bet against him, and highlights this mindset as a key differentiator that sets Sam apart from others he has worked with.
We're like, we're really all in on this. And he just had that belief, man. And like, I always tell people, I'm like, Sam, I would never bet against Sam Ovens. He's an animal. He's an animal.
What do you think, you worked with him, what do you think are the things that make him unique, different, just really good?
Dude, I, the first thing that came to mind that I experienced with him that I've never seen to that level with anyone else is he just does not, he's hardened himself to the point where he really doesn't care what people think. Like a lot of people will say that on camera and also sign it.
So as Jensen Huang or Elon Musk would put it, Jensen, this is Jensen Huang's quote, is he tortures himself into greatness. That's exactly what Sam did.
