Nick Fisher and a co-host discuss where to build your community. They argue the platform matters less than who you're trying to reach, that an LMS helps later but isn't what makes a community work at first, and that success comes down to showing up and answering people.
Our demo is the 4060. So we keep our community on Facebook.
Yeah, target market dictates where you should put them. Like I was telling you, I'm scared to put some of our people on discord. We're doing that right now for some of our target market. So, yeah, wherever it is, the LMS isn't, you know, the make or break reason why someone is successful initially, but it can be long term in order to start getting the refinements that you want. So, yeah, keep it in Facebook groups so long as the most important thing is that you actually just do the fundamental things of calling them touchpoint answer.
