When you're thinking about subtopics, you want to begin with verbs. Verbs are actions. So when you're explaining something to someone, what are you helping them do? Are you helping them develop something, build something, overcome something, create something, prevent something, balance something, setting a goal of some sort? Think of verbs and any topic that you pick, all you have to do is ask yourself, okay, so what are actions that I'm helping someone take? Real estate, building your real estate portfolio, buying your first property, Finding tenants. These are all verbs. How many verbs are there in the English language? A gazillion. As many verbs as there are in the English language, that is minimum how many ideas you have to write about.
