I did a SOMA breath session, and it completely changed my life. And that changed the trajectory of my life. And I knew right then and there that I had found my passion, my purpose, and that is what I wanted to go after. And so, for the last five years, I have been striving to do my best to learn everything about soma, to get involved in the community and spread it with the world. And for me to go from being, you know, a newbie and a participant, going through my own transformation, to. To five years later, being able to guide a transformational experience as a host of a teacher training retreat has just been monumental. And to see the transformation from the participants in an even faster way than I went through it myself shows me that this is how you make a positive impact and how you share gifts with the world to help everyone grow. And being a part of this really humbled me.
