When you're talking to yourself with that mantra, you're basically programming yourselves to feel like everything is well, everything in your environment is okay. Autoimmune disease is basically fear of the environment to the point where you fear yourself and then your body starts to kill itself, attack itself. So a lot of our autoimmune conditions are triggered by over sensitivity to environment. So we need to calm the cells down. We have to tell them everything is okay, everything is well. That's why that mantra is so good. Because I am whole, perfect, strong, loving, harmonious and happy. It's all of the positive statements of a functioning human. Right? So I say that over and over again. I used to do this in a sauna. I used to do exactly that process in a sauna, on repeat. And I'd sometimes stay in that sauna for like three or four times longer than anyone else. And that is my church. That's my. If you want to ask me what's my church, that's the church.
