Best Way To Take Colostrum

Niraj Naik recommends taking raw, full-fat bovine colostrum by mouth so it absorbs in the mouth itself. Healthy adults should take 1 tablespoon; those with illness or autoimmune conditions should take 2 tablespoons morning and evening. Full-fat colostrum preserves the taste and protects immune and growth factors during digestion.

Hi, this is Neeraj. In this video, I'm going to talk to you about how to take colostrum. Now, the best way, in my opinion, to take colostrum is to have it raw, unadulterated, where nothing's been tampered with it and without mixing it with other food ingredients. If this is, if you suffer from any kind of autoimmune condition or any kind of illness where you want to boost your immune system, you. Because you want to make sure you're going to have the best chance of absorbing all of the immunofactors and growth factors in the colostrum. So the way I like to take it is with a tablespoon like this and I take a nice generous dose of this. And I usually have 2 tablespoons first thing in the morning and at night.
This is especially if you're suffering from a condition. If you're not, then the normal adult dose would just be 1 tablespoon. Now, the way you want to take this, actually is to actually just literally put it in your mouth and let it absorb in your mouth for your gums. Now, you may not want to put in a whole tablespoon because this is quite dry powder and you might find it a little bit hard to absorb a lot of powder in your mouth in one go. So you might want to just spit it into two. Okay. And have like. Or into smaller portions. But you should take a nice, generous tablespoon at least twice in the morning and twice at night. Now, there's no toxic dose for colostrum, so it's fine to take big, big doses of this. Okay? So if you're suffering right now, then really make sure you have a generous dose of colostrum. Now this is an important note. You want to make sure this is not defatted because it's going to taste horrible. Defatted colostrum tastes really, really horrible. It tastes like cardboard. And you won't be able to do this. Okay? But this is the added benefit of also having full fat colostrum, which hasn't been tampered with because it tastes great. Firstly. Secondly, it's going to make sure you absorb all of the nutrients. The fat actually protects your digestive enzymes from breaking it down. It also tastes really good and also makes sure that most of the nutrition can pass through your digestive system. If there's no fat, it's really hard to digest the immunofactors through your digestive system. Also, a lot of the nutrition is found inside the fat and it's a myth that fat is bad for you. Fats found in nature in places like Colostrum, is actually really good fats, full of essential oils and fatty acids. They're essential for a good, healthy immune system, healthy cells, and in fact, your brain is, like, 60% fat. Okay, we're all fat heads. So having Colostrum is actually a good way to even boost the nutrition that goes to your brain for your brain health. So that's another amazing reason why you should go for full fat Colostrum, which you find in Immune Tree. This is the brand that I prefer to have. It's the only one I found that ticks all of the boxes, and it tastes great as well. And if you want any more information on this, then look below this video. You'll find out all the information you need, and I'll see you in the next one. Thank you.
