Fantastic. I really enjoyed it. I particularly liked the way you scientifically explained what was going on with reference to stem cells and how they used during the breathing process to heal and regenerate and rejuvenate the body. I found that really interesting, and I've practiced some breathing techniques in the past that I've learned through breathing workshops such as Kriya and I found.
The techniques that you taught us improved the outcome and the energy levels achieved during those practice.
