Hello and welcome, everybody. Hello and welcome to each and every one of you. You are tuning in to our fourth live Breathe Together guided session with none other than our founder, Neeraj Naik. Can everybody in the Zoom Room just give me a thumbs up to let me know they can hear me? Okay, can all hear me. Brilliant. Thank you very much. Thank you. So you are tuning in, as I said, to our fourth live sorry, Brief together session with none other than our founder, Neeraj Naik. We have an amazing community joining us from all over the world. This is what we want to see. The Zoom Room is filling in. Anybody watching us on YouTube, if you want to come and join us, please do welcome, everyone, to Soma Breath. So my name is Wilma and I'm here to settle you all in. So before we say hello to Neeraj, please keep your mix turned off, but do turn on your cameras. We want to see you all on screen, please. Amazing. Look at you guys. Wow. This is just brilliant. So we. Let me just admit more people that want to come into the Zoom Room. This is amazing. We're going to already go past 200 in just 10 minutes. We've got 200 of you with us. So we warmed you up with some amazing music created by our talented musicians at Casa Soma. In case you didn't know, it's all made in house. More people coming in. Let me just bring them in. And so now let's kick off. It's Mental health awareness week. So we're going to take this opportunity to spread the word and spread the love and with an awesome Breathe together live. Okay, so I have almost 200 faces in the Zoom Room, so I just need to scan the room for Neeraj. If anyone can see if Neeraj is in the room and let me see if he's here. Not yet. Let me see. Recognize everybody's names, admit more people coming in. Okay, so let's just keep talking until Neeraj joins us. Okay, there's somebody here that looks very much like Neeraj. I thought it was him, but it's not. So it's really nice to recognize the familiar faces that I can spot here who join us regularly on our Sunday sessions and on our power hours. And it's really nice to see these amazing new faces that we've got here. So welcome to the community, everybody. Let me just keep admitting people in. Welcome to everybody who's gone across to our Facebook group, anybody in YouTube. I have put the link to join the Zoom Room right in the description box, so feel free to join us. At any time, my eyes are watching the comments box across all three platforms and also looking at the waiting room and admitting you all in. Okay, so when Neeraj is with us, the idea of Neeraj's dream and Soma Breath's mission is to.
Let'S say, bring as many people together to experience the Soma Breath effect globally and get us all breathing together at the same time. To the Soma Breath beat is what I like to call it. The rhythm that is signature of Soma Breath. Just you breathe with it or the music breathes with you. I don't know which way around it is. It just works so beautifully. So the idea is that one day we will all be in our rooms, be outside, be in big groups, and all just be breathing together in unison all at the same time. And that raises our level of vibrational energy, which happens to spell out L O V E that magic word, love. Right. And it really does have a ripple effect on everybody that's involved and therefore everyone that you come in touch with a magnetic effect, but just you emanate and it just brings about. Sounds simple, but it's possible, doable. And I have seen that Neeraj is in the room now. Neeraj, hello. I've seen his name pop up.
Hello, neeraj.
We have 200 people now in the Zoom Room and I don't know how many watching on YouTube. Welcome to everyone who here has been to a Breathe Together session before. Let's have some hands up. Anyone here? Good, good. I see our instructors here as well. Special hello to all the instructors who've tuned in to support us. Neeraj is here. He's just probably setting up his microphone and things. So this week we kick off Mental Health Awareness Week. We've put together an amazing program. We're calling it a Journey Mental Health Awareness Journey, with our signature 21 Day Awakening program included in it and a brilliant toolkit called the Stress and Anxiety Breathwork for Stress and Anxiety, which I have used myself. I've also done the 21 day journey and the toolkit, the Breath work for stress and anxiety. I can't recommend that enough. It comes in the special mental health bundle that we're putting together for you all. And it's one of those things that you can use in the midst of a panic attack in the middle of stress. Then there are techniques to avoid them, you know, and tools to make sure that you learn how to cope. So, yes, we've passed 200. That is amazing. We have 200 people here. I really wish I could tell how Many people are in YouTube, but I don't even want to refresh the screen in case I muck something up. I have so many screens open on my computer right now. So as you know, Soma Breath, it's all about community. This is why we've set this mission up every two weeks on a Sunday. We also have a Sunday session live where our summer breath instructors come on to show you the different techniques that we have available. And they're different styles, each one is different. They could play the same tune and you will still leave feeling differently. So, you know, and we're going to now turn those Sunday sessions into these special breathe together missions. Neeraj, I see you now. Hello. Hello. I've just been chatting to everyone. So to keep moving and welcome. We have some amazing, you know, we, we've got 210 people in the room at the moment. That's amazing. When I actually open the Zoom room and I see so many people waiting, it freaks me out a little bit. I get nervous.
Yes, I can see it's all good.
But it's all good. Exactly.
Let me just do a quick sound check. I just want to make sure the sound is coming through.
Can you hear anything?
Any sound? Yeah.
You hear music?
Voice is clear. Music is clear.
Yeah.
You can hear music, everybody?
Yep. Were we supposed to. We can hear music.
All right, that's interesting because I can't hear.
Let me see what happens if I set it to this. How's that?
Yes.
Can you still hear the music? Yep, yep, yep. All right. Okay, perfect.
So for anybody who doesn't know, this is Neeraj speaking. So we have a lot of new, new people here. So welcome Neeraj. High fives, High fives in the room. Come on, let's see these hearts and everything going and do share this event with, with people. They can still come in and join us. Take it over, Niraj. All yours.
Okay, cheers. So welcome everybody. Great to meet everyone. And yes, we got a lot more people on the call this time, which is awesome. I think changing to Sunday is the way forward. So great to be in everybody's presence. So before we begin, I'm going to play actually as an experiment, one of my new productions, new tracks. But this is a just a warm up to get us moving, shaking, dancing, grooving, celebrating life. All right, so bear with me one sec. I'm just going to press play and I want everybody to just get up. Let's get up to this track that I've made with Alice Rose.
Anyone wearing headphones, be careful of Them. Yeah. Don't pull your. Pull your laptops off.
Yeah. Can you hear that?
That.
Can you hear me speak?
Yes.
Nice.
So just tune in to the sound.
Quietly.
I was going round in circus now.
Now I just. Breath.
Breath.
Sa.
Ha.
Sam. Jesus.
Okay. Yes. What do you think of that?
That was amazing.
I think it's a pretty good one. Yes. Okay. I just want to make sure my voice is voice loud and not peaking and good. Yes.
You have reverb on. Yeah, yeah. Okay.
Okay, perfect. All right, so let's get going. I'm gonna actually just keep the reverb off, so give me a little message. Who. Who. Love that track. Yes. Getting loads of feedback now. So good. Very nice. Really good. Loving it. It's not even finished yet. Completely hot off the shelf. Still got to work on it a bit more, but I thought I'd test it out, see what you think.
You passed the test. Loving it, Loving it, loving it.
I think it's going to be a nice one for the Summer Sunrise Classic.
Yeah, for sure. To wind down. Yeah, wind down after a good day in the heat.
That's right.
For sure.
Cool. All right, everybody, so let's get absolutely present and let's get. Get really deep into the session that we got for us today. I mean, the feedbacks are still. Still coming in.
It's coming in so cool. Who's ready? Who is ready for this? Hands up.
I think everyone's ready.
Everyone's ready. Yes.
Yes, I can see everyone's ready. All right, so just to make sure we're really ready, we're going to make sure we do the technique properly. Okay? So for those of you who've never done this before and those who are very experienced, it's always a good reminder to make sure you're always doing this technique correctly. Okay? So first, just put your. Well, first you're going to make sure you're sat in a comfortable position. You're not going to fall off your chair. You can also lie down on your back if you wish. You don't want to be unstable or anything like that.
That.
Okay. And don't be driving or doing anything where you might hurt yourself. And I want you to put your left hand on your belly, right hand on your chest.
And I want you to breathe in and observe which hand rises first when you breathe in. So inhale.
Then exhale.
All right, so make sure you're breathing through your nose and into your diaphragm. Your diaphragm should rise first, then your chest. Okay. And actually, when we're breathing into our diaphragm, you're expanding your lungs like this. You're not just sticking your stomach out, but you're breathing in.
With a smooth inhale and letting go with a.
Smooth exhale. Okay? You can use your mouth, right, to slowly exhale. So when you're doing those smooth inhales and exhales, you're doing it in perfect rhythm with the music, okay? Because the music is going to have a beat to it and it's going to have counting in the music. When I say in to 3, 4 and out 2, 3, 4. You're breathing in perfect rhythm and groove with that beat, okay? With no pause between your inhale and exhale. Smooth and rhythmic. And then there'll be several minutes of this where you'll feel this energy prana charging up inside. And that's going to allow you to then also hold your breath for an extended period of time and drop into a deep meditative state. Here we're going to drop in and you're going to hold your breath after a full exhale, and you're going to completely relax. If you're lying down on your back, you just completely relax and just let the weight of gravity help to pull you nice to the earth. Okay? But if you're sitting up, you want to keep your back straight and you can drop your head forward. If you're sitting up. When you're holding your breath to create an energy lock, okay. Where your neck is closed by your chin going towards your chest. And you're just holding your breath as long as you can completely relax, there'll be a point where you might get an urge to breathe. Okay? You're going to take a sip in and breathe out and hold again. And we're going to. You can repeat that a couple of times, okay. However, some of you are gonna. Who are experts are gonna have to hold your breath much longer and even. Maybe longer than even the music, because the music changes and becomes atmospheric music. Just hold your breath to the maximum effort that you can without any pain or tension, okay? You shouldn't be under any kind of pain or strain. It should be without force. You're gonna hold your breath to this point, and then there'll be a point when I'm gonna give everybody this command because this is breathed together. So we do this together. We're all going to inhale exactly the same time together.
And everyone's going to breathe in, and that collective energy that we're going to breathe in together is going to supercharge amplify our intentions. So the thoughts, feelings, ideas, suggestions we implant to our mind in this state will transmit out to the planet, okay, through the universe. So this is why this is a very powerful meditative practice for setting intentions and sending energy, okay? This ancient tantric yogic practices which were designed to help you cultivate pranic energy and transmit it either to yourself or to others. And because this is a group experiment that we're creating, the more people we get on this, the more this effect amplifies. Our plan is to transmit energy of peace out into the earth, okay? And we want to send this to the whole planet because the whole planet deserves peace. Wherever there is discomfort, disharmony, we want to bring back harmony. This is our job, is to bring back harmony, okay? And I want you to observe this as we go on from this experience, from this experiment that you observe how your interactions with other people change, okay? Because this is the real magic here.
We are tuning into ourselves and the change comes from within. And I want you to notice how you change as you interact with other people. Your in terms of your triggers.
Your relationship with others and how better your ability to connect with others becomes as a result doing these practices, okay? Because the change comes from within and through that we get a butterfly effect which creates a change across the planet. This is really what Breathe Together is about. And we're doing a collective change. The more people can be doing this, the better it is for others, okay? And for our planet. So couple of things. We have Mother's Day, so you can also set this intention for all the mums out there. In fact, I'll make an announcement. I'm going to actually be a dad and my mum, the mother of my child is actually right there, just been filming a few clips of me talking. So she wasn't expecting that. So yes, she's a just chilling in the room too, gonna join in with us.
So I'm so happy, congratulations on behalf of. I'm so happy you told everybody because I was so scared I was going to give it away before you.
Amazing.
So huge congratulations. Everybody's face just lit up then. So yes, congratulations to Natasha as well.
That's right. Very, very cool. So yes. So Mother days today and also it's mental health awareness week. So as I said.
We are set an intention for peace and peace of mind, tranquility in mind. When that is present, it's very hard to have any kind of mental health issues. So the more we can help people cultivate tranquility from within. And these breathing practices is the first step to doing so, okay, it's the catalyst, it's an easy thing people can do to change their state and therefore it's like a first step to helping people regain their strength of their mind and their own well being. And actually I'm somebody who suffered heavily from mental health issues so I have a lot of, you know, empathy for people who are suffering now and it may be somebody on this call right now. So, you know, we want to, by bringing peace as an intention to the planet, hopefully end this problem. And the problem is that a lot of the solutions for this is, relies on medication and drugs which don't always do us good. In fact, very rarely do they solve the problem. So we are here to solve problems. That's what Somarefs about. So let's breathe together, let's start making that big change right now. So as I said to recap, rhythmic breathing to a beat. In for four, out for four, several minutes of that. Holding your breath after the exhale for as long as you can, repeating the breath hold after the exhale several times until I give you the command. We all inhale together, we take a big breath in, we witness the light. And in this moment we can become a transmitter of this intention that we've set. And that's what I want you to do in this moment. When you inhale and let go of the tone hum, imagine that you are transmitting an energy through your.
Neocort. Well actually through the, from the midbrain in through the neocortex out to universe through the pineal gland. That's what we're doing. All right, Visualize that, the lights coming through. The more you visualize things, the more you, you feel and imagine the more vivid you make things, the more powerful this intention setting becomes. All right, so we ready to begin? Let's do this. Let's get straight into it.
Niraj, can I just a few questions that just came into the chat room. Some people who aren't feeling too well, someone's got a temperature of 104, there are others as well who've got symptoms of a, of a flu or a cold. Can they join in with this? Is it too much? Especially the guy who's got 104 temperature wants to know is this going to be too powerful for him? Can he still join in?
It can, it can, it's, it's fine, it's not going to do any harm. Just go at your own pace. If you feel any discomfort or pain then, then you can just stop. Yeah, because you should be okay. Otherwise all right.
Should they. Should they hold the breath holds or.
No, the breath holds.
The fine holds are fine. Yeah.
Yeah. All right. Beautiful. We ready?
Everyone ready? Thumbs up. Yeah.
Okay. Thank you so much for the congratulations and love. It's amazing. Yes.
I think Natasha's in shock.
Yeah.
You didn't tell her, did you? You were going to make the announcement. That's your style.
Yeah. That's how we roll.
Okay, let's begin.
Telling you to tune in.
Do eyes closed.
Sitting comfortably, or lying on your back.
To the sound.
Any sound.
That draws your awareness now in this moment. That's right.
Become absolutely present with the sound.
Notice as you.
Tune in to the sound.
The voice that worries.
About the future gets caught up in the past. Gently fades away, drifts away. That's right.
As you become more and more present with the sound.
Imagine movie playing the mind's eye.
This movie.
Is an image.
This intention which we wish to project out.
Into our path.
Imagine. Imagine your average peaceful day.
How would it look? How would it feel? How would it touch, how would it taste? Make it real.
Day that would bring you so much peace and joy.
As we breathe together.
Imagine every breath you take, in and out is amplified, amplifying this inner peace.
The vision of what that means.
Allow the little details.
This image you will create.
How would this world need to be, operate, change, transform.
For there to be peace on earth.
How would you need to change.
For there to be peace of mind in your own.
World?

Starting to build up inside.
Now take a deep breath away the way in.
And breathe the air all the way out.
And hold your breath after a full exhalation.
That's right, keep holding.
As life is just a series of inner inhales and exhales as you press pause in your breath.
Press pause on life for a moment.
Allowing the thought files to.
Reassemble.
Clearing the clutter, the unconscious mind.
That's right.
Become a receiver of the frequency of peace.
Joy.
Love.
Connection.
When you get the nurse to breathe, let's take a little sip in and breathe up.
And hold your breath. Keep holding. Keep going deep, deep within.
Keep holding. And.
Once again, when you feel stronger to breathe, only when you get the that big urge to breathe, override that first urge. That's right.
Keep going just a little.
Feel that energy sensation building up at that point. Take a sip in and take a deep breath.
Breathe in. Send this energy up and up. Lighten up like a spire of light and become a transmitter. Transmit that intention.
Send it out.
That's right. Send it. And then release of the tone.
And again. Breathe in.
Release.
Oh.
That's right. Feel that energy.
Feel that light. Witness the light.
Coming back to normal. Breathing.
Getting ready for the next round.
This time I need to breathe even deeper and longer with your rhythm. Really feeling this energy charging up inside. That's right. This inner magnetism coming turned on, switched on.
That's right.
In.
Out.
In.
Out. That's right. Keep breathing. Keep connecting.
Out.
Yes.
You are amazing.
You are filled with radiant energy.
You're connected to a higher frequency of thought, of energy. Spirit.

Now deep breath in.
Send it all the way up and breathe all the air out.
Hold your breath after full exhalation. That's right.
Go even deeper this time. That place of absolute stillness.
Sa.
You get that urge to breathe. Remember to take a sip in.
Keep holding. Keep holding your breath. Breath going deeper and deeper within. A state of inner peace. Stillness.
Life is just a pendulum which swings from light to dark.
Closer you get to that point of absolute stillness is when the point you need to breathe comes. That discomfort feeling. Comes feeling you need to breathe in. Just override that first sensation.
Can even count down in your mind 20 down to one slowly to allow you to go even a little bit deeper into the other.
If you need to take a sip in. Breathe a little sip in. And again. Hold it. Keep going into the other.
That's right.
Feeling this energy moving up.
Within.
When you get that really strong urge to breathe. You feel that energy from the base. Breathe in.
And send the energy up. And up and up.
Up.
And become a transmitter.
And release with the tone.
Oh.
Again. And begin to breathe in a rhythm. So let's get ready.
It's going to be faster rhythm.
It's going to charge you up even more with the light. So witness this light moving through you as you breathe.
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
That's right. Keep breathing. Keep connecting. Charge it up.
In two.
In two.
Sa.
Yes. Keep breathing. Keep connecting. Keep charging.
That's right.
Feel those tingly sensations building up within.
Charge up your breath.
Now. Deep breath in.
And hold. Keep holding on the inhale.
Release of the tone.
And again. Breath in.
And release with the tone.
Oh.
Yes.
Feel the tranquility within.
Feel the peace.
Feel.
This inner harmony.
The inner light.
That's all right.
Let's get ready to breathe together.
So exhale and breathe in.
Out.
In.
Out. That's right.
Smooth, rhythmic breaths.
Breathing in a rhythm.
As we breathe in this harmony.
Begin to.
Pray.
An inner coherence.
Every single function in your body becomes harmonized.
The rhythm. The breath.
Sa.
Sam.
Imagine you're moving.
Like a vibration.
With the music. In and out. You're breathing the music. The music is breathing in you.
And now take a deep breath in.
Breathe all the air out.
And hold your breath.
The full exhalation. That's right. Sink deeper.
The state of absolute peace.
As your mind becomes focused.
Becomes calm.
Tranquil.
At ease.
It.
Again. Override that first sensation to breathe.
If you need to. It'll sip in. Breathe out. Hold it. Keep holding it. Keep going deeper.
That's right.
Feel that energy starting to build inside. That's right. Feel it waking up.
Turning up.
When you get that bigger to breathe. That's right. Just hold it a little bit longer. And take a deep breath in.
And send that energy up and up and up. Like a spiral of electric white, blue light. All the way up. Send it up and become a transmitter.
Bring your awareness, your intention to all the mothers.
All the women. Let go of the toe.
And get back into the rhythm.
That's right.
Yes. Feel the energy. Feel the spirit waking up inside.
Long, deep breaths.
It's like you're.
Turning on a magnet.
Generating an inner magnetism.
Keep breathing. Keep connecting.
Turn it up now. Wake it up. The inner power to attract.
Inner ability.
To bring love. To bring joy. To attract.
Love. To attract joy.
Be peace, Keep peace.
Invite the peace with every breath you take in. And now feel it.
Be it.
Two.
Yes.
Feel the energy. Feel the love. Feel the spirit.
Wake it up.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold. Keep holding. Become a transmitter. See the image of someone you love. Right now. Right now.
Release of the toe.
And back into the rhythm. Out.
In.
Out. Yes.
Become the rhythm.
Become the vibration.
Become filled with the spirits. The higher power.
Sa.
Take a deep breath in. All the way in. Send it up and let go fully.
And hold your breath after a full exhale. And go deep. Sink deep.
That's right. Just hold your breath.
Keep holding. Keep connecting.
That's right.
Go completely, completely within.
The depth of your own mind.
Hold it and hold it as long as you can until you start to feel that energy building. As you hold in the prana, the life force. This energy starts to move through you, into you, around you. Witness this light energy moving in every single cell of your body right now. Activating it. That's a core level, cellular level.
Tuning up.
The cells and functions of your body into a harmonic alignment.
Witness this happening right now.
When you get that urge to breathe. Little sipping.
Hold your breath again and go deep. Keep holding.
That's right. Keep holding.
Feel the spirit.
Building up inside. Waking up.
Within your own mind.
Now.
You feel that.
Strong energy building, awakening base of your spine. You feel that first contraction.
As you reach your capacity.
Every one of you together. So you feel that energy waking up.
Take a deep breath all the way in.
And send it up. Send it up. Send it up and transmit this energy.
This energy of absolute peace.
Oneness, connection, collaboration.
Send it up. Hold. Keep holding.
And then release with the tone.
Oh.
That's right.
Witness the lights of a higher power moving through you, into you, around you.
This is your truth.
The truth of who you really are.
Sa.
I've been falling into peace and quiet.
Reason.
I was going round and round circles Now.
Now I just breath.
To dream.
And.
You see.
Oh.
I have trust in laughter.
Creation. Fall.
Into place.
I am out here watching cloud formation.
All the shame.

We stole bring peace.
Oh, I've been having all these dreams lately.
Breath.
So coming back.
Into the present moment.
You see.
I've been navigating With a star.
Child divine in me.
That's right.
Holding the words of the song in your heart.
Take this positive energy with you your day ahead, week ahead.
Those mothers who've been tuning in. Happy Mother's Day.
And.
Send this intention of peace and love in your heart, in this experience and beyond, wherever you go.
So.
Much love, everybody. Positive energy.
Fantastic. So much. Nice, beautiful feedback.
Thank you so much, Neeraj. That was phenomenal. Don't know if you could keep up with all the messages and you haven't seen the ones on YouTube. Everybody congratulating you as well. The amazing news and how does everybody feel after. After that? Did you all feel the same of breath effect that we talk about? You know, it's just resonating in. In the Zoom room without even being next to each other. You can just feel it. Can you guys feel it? You feel, although you were on your own in your rooms, you feel that we're all connected somehow.
Yeah.
APPLAUSE ROUNDS OF APPLAUSE where are you all tuning in from? It would be nice to know where you're all from.
Yeah.
So I usually ask that at the beginning, but I was just so excited to get this started. So drop them in the chat box or open up your mix if you want to talk to Neeraj. Be nice to hear what you had to say because we cannot keep up with all the messages. I just looked at the screen and it says 70 new messages, so that is just physically impossible to. To go through the 81 new messages. Right, let's go through some of these. Wow. Loved it. Neeraj from Karina. Thank you for this beautiful breathwork session. Opened my airway whilst being sick with flu, so, you know, it does work.
Seems like a lot of flu going around.
Yes. Somebody else. Yeah.
Had a DMT experience whilst having 104 degree temperature. So.
Yes, Michael. Yeah. And somebody here. Amen or Iman. Connected to a trauma of an old motorcycle accident and that was felt really, really powerful during the breathwork session. So we've got people from Zurich, from London, from Canada, from Belgium, from Seattle, India, Germany, uk.
Mexico, Chile, Johannesburg, Brooklyn, Ibiza, of course, Ibiza, Slovenia. This, Jamaica. We just. Yeah. I never wanted it to end. Says iPhone. Amazing. IPhone doesn't have a name, but iPhone doesn't ever want it to end. Peace and tingling.
If anyone wants to share any of their feedback or has any interesting Soma breath stories to share, maybe feedback testimonial, like transformational stories. Feel free. This is your moment to explore.
Your moment is now.
Yeah.
You'll kick yourselves if you don't take this opportunity. Hands up if you want in the Zoom Room or if Neeraj sees anybody's name.
Manj.
Manj is there.
Manj. He wants to. There you go.
Manj asked you on mute. Manj. Do you want to say something?
Hello?
Oh, what a voice.
Wait, is that what you call the Soma breath effect?
The helium effect?
I don't know if he knows any. His voice has changed or if he's done it on purpose.
I don't know.
Oh, wow.
Whatever it is, we don't know what you're saying.
We have no idea what you're saying.
But you look happy, but it's very funny. I don't even know if he knows what's going on right now.
You're not muted. We can all hear you. We can all hear you. And we can all hear the voice. We don't know if the voice is on purpose.
He has no idea. Okay, maybe write him a.
Personal message. But anyone else.
Anyone else wants to speak?
There's Marcus.
Marcus, yes.
Go for it.
If they all have the same voice, then it is the same effect.
Here we go. He's fine. Marcus is good.
Okay.
Yeah.
So.
I.
Well, I guess it's kind of been a little off and on, and it's kind of been more. Bit more progressive, especially since.
Like, maybe.
Early April and the March. I've been noticing my. My left side and especially my left leg. I've experiencing like, a newer sort of level of shakiness and I.
Don'T know exactly the potential of it. And it's happened during some walks, even inside my home. And I've actually even experienced a little bit of it.
Like when I've been in bed. And it seems kind of like more random them. And I'm sort of wondering what your take on it is like, if you've ever experienced anything like that or have dealt with anyone else going through that sort of thing before.
You mean like a pins and needles feeling? But is this related to.
Is this happening at different times during the day?
I like the. The closest thing that I can easily describe it to is like a spasm, though. I don't think it is a spasm.
Right.
So. But are you getting it.
At random times during the day or is it just after you do breath Work stuff?
No, no, it's like when I meditate, it really happens and like focusing on my breathing and stuff.
Yeah.
So like some. It's happened like a moments like going over to my kitchen, going over to my bathroom or my, or even just like my bedroom and.
And it seems almost to some extent like it could be a potential, like a potential hindrance.
I think you might, you might be deficient a little bit in magnesium. So you need to get your, get it checked out, make sure there's nothing going on. It's doesn't sound like it's related to.
The breath work stuff, but it's probably some other kind of deficiency. Maybe you need to start doing more regular exercise. If you're, if you're not doing enough exercise, you can sometimes get that sort of feeling where the con. Circulation needs to improve. And also you can benefit a lot from things like saunas. Rotating between sauna and ice baths that can help. And doing like our soma breath yoga techniques that are in breath fit can really, really help strengthening your nervous system and stuff.
It's been more than.
I think actually a bit more than two months now since I've been having like a warm bath in the evening before I go to bed.
Yeah.
And like that time of the day, I especially have not ever noticed the shakiness happen. Like going into the bath, come back out of the bath. And it was.
It was on a Saturday, I think, I don't remember if it was maybe the like last Saturday of March or something, and I was on a street sort of near where I live and I was picking up some litter on the side of the road and I was about halfway through picking up litter on that walk of mine that day in the morning that was. And I remember as I was bending down just experiencing this shakiness and it kind of lingered on until like I had went back home and.
It must have been last.
Almost like last Monday, I believe. And I was out walking in the evening on a particular.
Walk that I like where I enjoy a lot. And part of it is in nature. And I would say like most of the walk I was noticing like a mild level of shakiness.
And so what I think, Marcus, you got to do, you got to get this checked out by an actual specialist. I don't think it's related to anything breath related. I think it's more.
Something else that you need to check out holistically. But, but magnesium supplements are very useful for this kind of thing. Yeah, okay. But I highly. This sort of thing, you need to get. You need to actually check it out with a medical doctor. That's our advice.
All right, so like my family doctor or someone else.
Yeah, just do that first. Let them see it, and then they'll refer you to the right person. All right.
Okay.
That's the best. And drink lots of water and stay hydrated and eat a good, healthy diet, my friend. All right. Nice one, brother. Thank you. And you can always write in a support email as well to support. All right. With any issues you're having. Cool. But let's leave. Let's for this. Because it's a brief together session. Let's. Let's. Not you that we haven't asked, Neeraj, or we have a power hour, which happens every Tuesday, which is a chance you can ask me any kind of these sorts of questions. But this, I'd like to keep it, like, to the feedback of this experience or any compelling stories to share about what Soma Breath has been doing for you. You know, in any kind of empowering stories or if you're an instructor, any kind of results you've had with clients that are really worth sharing, that'd be great. So anyone else want to want to share? Okay.
I just wanted to read out Monica. Monica's. She's posted that she's from Milan, but right now she feels like she's on another planet after. After this session. So thank you for that, Monica. Cool, right? We have a few hands up. Jerry. Jerry, would you like to say something? If you want to unmute yourself, please.
Welcome.
Hello, Jerry.
Hello.
Hello. What a wonderful experience. I mean, I did the breastfeed challenge, and it's been amazing. One of the reasons was I just wanted to just be a little more healthy. I was in two car accidents, which left me, like, just sore, you know, just my different extremities were just kind of beat up. And this breath work has been amazing. Like, just was helping me to heal properly and get my range of motion and just mentally, physically, emotionally amazing. Like, I tell everyone, I'm looking forward to learning more. I would like to become an instructor.
Just to be able to share.
So I'm just so appreciative and so grateful.
And thank you, guys. I just. I'm just so excited.
Thank you so much. That's awesome. I love it. Great feedback. I love stories. Thank you so much.
Thank you, Jerry.
And let's see. Monique. Is Monique around?
Monique, Is she on the screen? She's not on my phone screen.
Okay, let's see. Ellie Ma, 1965. Got your. It's waving Waving at us. So I couldn't miss him. If you'd like to unmute, please.
Hi.
Hi there. Welcome.
Can you hear. Can you hear me all right?
Yes, fine. Loving the beard. We love that beard.
Thank you all for allowing us to. To bring this energy to the world. For the light workers, and thanks again for all the participants and for you guys for promoting this very beautiful.
Keep going. This work is amazing, man. Thank you, brother. Breath work and my own and all the stuff and yoga that I do, it's been. It's good. First time participating here. I'll be showing off more nice.
Like you're. You're. You're into your yoga too.
The world.
Congratulations. Gonna be there.
Yeah.
Yeah. Thank you, brother. Thanks again. Big changes, big moves. So it looks like there's a lot of people with COVID at the moment. Like I'm seeing from the. The calls. The summer, isn't it. It's weird. So much flu going around. All right, well, what you need to do for that is get a lot of rest, make sure you stay hydrated, have lots of zinc, need to get vitamin 3, vitamin D3 exposure, melatonin. There's a whole protocol, actually, that's on our summer breath website. If you just type in cell and breath Covid, I think you'll find there's a protocol on there, or viruses. You'll find something on our blog. And Ivermectin, it does work. Don't believe the. The media stories. It's tried and tested. I've had some great successes with it, recommending it to other people. So. Yeah. All right.
Can I just remind everybody that for Mental Health Awareness Week, the promotion that we've got going on, that, Neeraj, you know, these techniques, you've seen what they can stir inside of you and how they can help you. So we're doing a special mental health awareness bundle. It's got the 21 day, our signature 21 day awakening journey in there. And it comes with the Breathwork for stress and anxiety toolkit as well, which I told you when you joined us that it's an amazing toolkit just to have to get you through the hard times and also to prepare you to know how to try and avoid those situations of panic. And. And then you've done a special guided peace of mind journey as well, Niraj, which is part of the whole bundle, I believe. Looking forward to hearing. So I'm going to stick that link in the comments for you guys if you want to, you know, if you want to have a look at that and Anyone who's already done the 21 day journey, we've thought of everything. We have a different bundle which will remove that journey from. And you can get the other two, the toolkit and the peace of mind journey as well. I think we'd all like a bit of peace of mind in this day and age. So thank you very much, Neeraj, for putting that together for us. I just grabbed the link. Does anybody else want to say anything? Monique, you're here now.
Romy. Romy has some question, but it's. If you put your hand up like that, then we know that you want to talk. Like, use your.
The little yellow icon.
Little yellow icon, which you just.
I didn't know where anything was when I started this. Let's listen to Monique because I asked her earlier. Romy, you can have a look for your little hand, but we'll let you on anyway. Okay. Without the hand. Okay.
Okay.
Monique.
Hello.
Hello.
So, yeah, first of all, congratulations on the baby coming. That's so beautiful to you and your wife. I know she's in here. So I'm actually sharing. I'm here with my partner. We were both doing the breath work, and I'm actually just sort of helping share his experience. My experience was really incredible. I do struggle with.
Control still. So when there's a method and a process on how things need to be done, I'm very much like, this needs to be followed. So I noticed at one point my partner was holding on the inhale when it should have been the exhale. So I'm poking at him, right? And then finally I got into this place. Yeah. I'm like, you're supposed to hold on the exhale. And then finally it was like this loud noise that was like, leave him alone. Let him have his process. Do yours. And then when I got to that space, I went so much deeper into my own experience. It. It was so intense and profound. So that was mine. But what I wanted to share quickly with him. And to Jerry, who mentioned the car accidents, that was the same idea. So my partner was in a motorcycle accident many, many years ago. And since meeting him, like, I'm aware I've been following you for a while now. You're such a rock star in my eyes. So it's just so incredible to be here and to breathe with all you beautiful souls. The energy was. Was so incredible when I could finally let go of focusing on my partner's breath, like I said.
So he actually, at the end of it.
He went right into his trauma and he was telling me he had a complete look of fear. He wasn't in his body at all. And he's saying, I'm paralyzed and I'm going to die. Right. So he actually went in. Yeah, deep into that space. So. So I'm just feeling really honored because I facilitate certain things in my own way. I'm just feeling really honored that I was able to be here for him and pull him out. So.
It'S like just how profound breath work is. It really takes us in to the hidden traumas, the suppressed traumas. Like, I've had so many of my own experiences, but he literally thought he couldn't move his body. He went into that space where he thought he was paralyzed and dying, which is scary, but beautiful because he actually finally really went into that space. Right.
How is he now?
He.
He.
Here.
Hi, everyone. I'm so good. Hello.
I'm doing good. Hi.
Feeling okay? I'm so good. I'm glad.
I'm so good. I'm so glad.
Also, I'm alive. Years ago, I had an moto motorcycle accident.
And.
When I'm doing the breath work, it's. It's.
It's.
It remind me of that accident. So the trauma, it's inside me. So I. I was feeling that I'm parasite. I can't move. And I'm dying because I went also to the hospital.
And I remember those days when I'm.
Doing the birth work, and it's.
Sometimes I want to cry so much to take this pain away from me. So. Yes.
Unbelievable.
It is powerful stuff. Well, you both look pretty into this. These techniques and have a good understanding of how they work. So maybe one day you'll become instructors yourselves.
Yeah, that's the plan.
Thank you so much for the time and allowing us to share that. So. So part of that was just also to really not. Not a warning, but when. When people are going breath work, to really be aware that if there's trauma in the body, which most of us have in one way or another. Right. From just the society we've been brought up in, to really allow space for full acceptance that whatever comes up is okay to come up. Right. And maybe if, like, for him. I remember telling him the first few times I was teaching him the techniques and working with him, I wasn't really. I wasn't going into the breath work because I knew I wanted to be present to help and to guide and to kind of watch what he's going through. And so just to maybe if you're. If you're going to go real deep that's why it's so beautiful to be instructed and to have somebody guiding you and being alongside with you because it is potent, potent, potent stuff. Right. So I just, I'm, I'm. I can be long winded. So I will, I will stop just such.
Thank you so much, Monique. Lovely feedback. Yeah, thank you so much. I really appreciate it. We'll see you in the community soon.
Thank you. And Neeraj, I was going to suggest that first I was thinking of the 21 day awakening journey to release trauma. But in this case it would probably be to find an instructor and work one on one one. When it's a really deep trauma that you're storing in there, it's really a good idea to work with an instructor to help you release. So I was looking up the link for the find an instructor for you. I've just put it in there. It's really worth it. Worth the call and worth hooking up with an instructor and to get rid of that, just let it go. And I don't know if you heard, Neeraj, the intro that we did, actually I checked those two tracks from Big and one was called Create and the other one was let was let it go. Precisely. Because this is what this breath work session's about. It's to experience it, feel it, create your vision and let go of the past.
Yes.
I'm becoming a real Somi here.
I'm looking at links with the music and I forgot to mention that at the beginning because there's a story behind everything, even the music you create. There's just a link there with life and it's just beautiful. So beautiful. Yeah. So we've got Romy. Have you. I don't think you've found where the raise hand is, but I've lost you on my screen to let you.
I think her. She said her battery ran out.
Oh, okay. Okay.
So.
He says, I want to thank you for the breath work and my hands are not so cold anymore. So he had Reynolds a thing and that solved his circulation issues. Our breathing techniques and the tips of eating air when I do fasting. So that's one of our breathing techniques in chakra training about. And in breath fit about how to drink air to satiate the appetite. It's called Kati Mudra.
All right.
So we have Mark. Mark wants to say something. Mark, would you like to unmute yourself?
Hi there, Mark, Welcome.
Hi Wilma. Hi, Niraj.
Hello. Hi, Mark.
Thanks for, thanks for having us.
Yeah, I just really wanted to share, man. Like.
I have never really done Anything like this before, like say, zoom or anything that way, you know, and quite reserved sort of man, in lots of ways. Yeah. But I'm full of love and full of joy. But I've been on a journey for the last 20 years and really searching, researching myself, you know, deeply. And.
You know, I've read books and I've intellectualized, you know, I mean, I studied to be a psychotherapist. I, you know, all of these different things. And I really feel that Soma has come kind of brought all of this together for me, like, you know, and I just. Thank you for that, you know, that I really. There's a depth of understanding, like, because I. I'm listening to you speak and I've read this stuff before and know it makes sense, you know, and like, in a way, you're speaking to me. Do you know what I mean? But you're speaking to the world, you know, and at this moment in time, like, you make so much sense to me in the message that you're trying to carry and what you're trying to deliver and then how you're trying to deliver it. And, you know, and I see. That's how I see me. And I've been doing this stuff for a good few years, but in. In all the wrong ways, you know, it just. It just going about with our sways, you know what I mean? And not like, you know, putting a cart before horse, you know, and different things that way. And I just see that the average perfect day, and I'm really living my perfect life, you know? Really. And it's very, very close. Right. But you've brought me to a point where I can fine tune that now. Yeah. I can fine tune that. The light, the small little dynamics within the day, my relationship with my two beautiful children and my amazing wife and these gifts, man, that I have in my life, you know.
Yeah.
That I just want to share with the world. Yeah. And I can go on forever, man.
But that's so cool. I love it. Where are you from?
I want to be able to give it away. I'm living in Ireland, dude. The sunny Saudi from Ireland, right? Yeah, man.
Nice.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So thumbs up, man. Happy days. Thank you.
Yeah, thank you. Thank you so much for your feedback.
Thank you. And Mark, Mark has said something really interesting, that you were. You were reserved and you don't really come on and do this kind of stuff and you've. You've seen now the experience of what it can do. And I was exactly the same. I didn't have Facebook. I didn't want anybody on my Facebook. I just had it for my school friends. And it was because of SOMA that I reignited Facebook. Wanted to be part of a community, because I was very much like, how can I connect with anybody online? You know, and you really, really can. It's a beautiful community to be with. And so if anyone here is hiding behind their cameras or whatever, now's the time. Just turn them on, show up and just join us in here. I've got, like, four screens open here, and most of them have their cameras off. And honestly, it was just me as well. It was like, just press that button, show your face, and you feel like you belong. That's the thing, you know, you won't be a stranger. So do come on in. That's my bit.
Freeman, please. Freeman. Can we have Freeman? Because he's everything. He's at your power hours. He's on our Sunday sessions, so he's got to say something. Freeman. And he's got that beautiful voice.
So, Niraj, again, congratulations. I kind of want to piggyback on what Market said. And I used to. I studied a lot of sacred texts. I was on the Theosophical Society, you know, I lectured in Chicago, Milwaukee, and I had all of this knowledge, but, you know, experience trauma knowledge, and that's what SOMA has taught me. And I've been doing this about seven or eight months. And it's kind of like, you know, there have been all of these minor transformations from actually doing this because I'm actually experiencing all of this stuff that I'd studied, you know, for years. You know, again, I really want to thank you, you know, for that. And again, I mean, this really.
I mean.
I mean, my limiting beliefs gone and just disappeared over the course of doing this breath work and so many other things, like all of these minor transformations. So, again, I just want to thank you.
What do you lecture in?
Well, I haven't lectured in years, but Buddhism and, you know, comparative religion, philosophy, all of that stuff.
Wow.
Yeah, yeah.
That's an honor to hear. Hear your feedback back. That's fantastic. Thank you so much.
And I know you're going to be. And I know you're going to be a super dad.
Yes. I also have a super partner, so. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that'd be a good one.
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
Amazing.
All right, everyone, I think we got to the end. It's been beautiful. I love it. And remember, this is something that's going to happen every Sunday now with different instructors. I'm going to do it once a month, but we're going to have our instructors doing it. And the idea is just keep spreading this. The more this is free, completely free of charge. There's no harmony good that can be done by spreading this to everyone you know? You know, imagine if each one of you get two more people. On next week we have 400 or 500 people instead, you know, and then each week it's going to keep exponentially growing. So let's, let's grow this thing. Let's go. And then I'm going to. We have already got a university, a major university, Cambridge Uni, doing studies on us. We really want to do a long term study on the SOMA breath effect and see how far we can go with this technology. All right, so much love, everyone. Peace. See you next time.
Thank you. Thank you, everybody. Thank you, Neeraj, for another amazing weekend and experience. Thank you to all the SOMA instructors that have turned out to be with us and our amazing, awesome community. Thank you very much. Power Hour on Tuesday with Neeraj, if you want to ask him some questions. Okay, thank you very much. Bye. Bye.
Peace. See ya. Bye.
