Okay, let us just join maybe three minutes after when all the talking is done and then we're just gonna breathe. So one more time, welcome everyone to our summer bread Sunday breathe together. Lovely to have you all here. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, wherever you are. My name is Piotr Chepiel Soma, Brit master transformational coach and host of our Sunday beat togethers with my dear companion Claudia. She is on a day off today and I have taken over the hosting. YouTube is already answering back. Where are you tuning in from? Where are you reading in from? Okay, let me just go through the chat and then we Will feel like a global community. And in just a moment, we have a little surprise. From our heart to the world. But let us all just read out where everyone is. We have Spain in the house. Buenas tardes. Spain. We've got New York, London, Denmark, Utah. Don't worry, I'm not going to read out all the countries. Okay. I'm just reading out the selected because there's already 70 messages in the chat. Lovely that you're all using this. And somebody actually, if you see somebody else from another city or country that you're in, maybe have a little chat with them as well. Be like, hey, I'm also here, I'm also in Lisbon. Daniel, welcome from Lisbon. Jessica. Colorado, Scotland, London, California, Belgium, France, France, the United States, Switzerland, Arkansas, United Kingdom. More people from London, Chicago, England. Amazing. Thank you all so, so much for joining us at this community event. And because we pride ourselves to be this impactful community, this beautiful community of people that breed together, are together, share mind, body, energy together. Because this is exactly the work that we do together. And this is also work. You showing up here on your Sunday, taking the time and being here during the life, it means that you're taking this really seriously to come and breathe with us all because you know, either, you know the impact that some of it can have on your overall well being, on your mind, your body, your energy, or if you're brand new here, welcome of course to everyone, the brand new people and the advanced people. I always like to say, even if you're advanced, advanced, still come into every single session. As a beginner.
Okay?
Beginner mind is the best. And just be curious about what is going to happen in today's session. In today's breathroom that is going to be led by the one and only Barry West. But of course we're going to unmute and talk to Barry in just a moment. But now, because as a community we are really feeling the pains and struggles and challenges that the world is facing now more than ever. And unfortunately we see as well that there is this ripple effect of fear, ripple effect of pain, of struggle that is happening. So usually we would do a body activation, we would do a dance. And today we're going to do a body activation, but more of a somatic one, meaning you can be seated, you can be standing up, however, on whatever you feel like doing, I'll play a beautiful track, a chill out track that Niraj and Alice Rolls have created called Harmony. You probably all know Harmony, we usually play the remix version but. But today, let us all Tap into love and peace and harmony. And before I play this track, if I have your all permission, just for a moment, close your eyes. If it's safe to do so, close your eyes and take a conscious breath in. However the breath wants to enter your body, take a breath in. I invite you to close your eyes. And as you breathe out, release tension, release stress, release pain. Release it with the exhale. Breathe in love and release tension, stress, pain, worry, fear. Breathe in, breathe out. And as you keep your eyes closed throughout this track and throughout this moment, just a moment of silence. Let's send peace and love to all the areas in the world that are affected right now by everything that is happening. Let us all really connect with our breath, with our heart, because we as a collective have the power to send love peace to all those that need it right now. Stay with that vibration.
Ham I've been falling into peace and quiet breath. I was going round in circles now. Now I just breath. Fall into dream star sk. Ha. Sa. Going to dream Star. Sam.
Use your breath, the breath of love, compassion, Sending safety and peace
to each being. In the air. Sam I. The trees. In me. I've been trusting in my love to soul every season. I've been navigating with the star child divine in me,
Breathing in and breathing
out,
connecting to your heart space and sending that love from your heart to every being on this planet. Thank you all so much for sharing this moment together. This is the real power of a community coming together. We don't just breathe together. We don't just move together. We don't just smile together. In moments like this, we come together. Exactly. Let's bring a lot of the reaction buttons. Let's send love hearts. Let's use one more second with send all the effects that you can through your zoom. That looks just so beautiful. And trust me when I say that somebody out there will feel it, will receive the ripple effect. They'll feel it. Energetic beings we are. I'm not sure if you are, but I am tingling. I am vibrating. I could feel the frequency. I could see all of your beautiful smiles and hearts and breaths flowing in that song and the fact that we come together today as well. And this session, the theme of today's session, they'll be guided by the one and only Barry west, our somewhat advanced instructor, who some of you already know from previous Sunday beat together. So some of you know from the app because of course we have different sessions in the app as well where Barry comes and brings his love, his heart. And today the theme is The Reverend Heart, where your breath becomes prayer. How aligned is that? He hasn't come up with this theme just yesterday or a few days before. This is in our calendar for quite some time. And suddenly today, the connection between what is going on, how we feel, how we all support each other, how we can trust that everything, everything must come through peace and love and everything from love. Love conquers it all. Love conquers it all. We must believe that. We must feel that in every single breath that we take. In today's session, before I hand over the mic to Barry and let him explain why this session, what made him come up with such a beautiful team session where your breath becomes prayer, the Reverend Heart, I want you to all just promise yourself one thing throughout today's session. Just promise yourself that every single breath you take will be a breath of hope and love, a breath of kindness from you to the world, from you to yourself, from you to the community, from you to everyone. Because we have that power, the in breath and the out breath. We coherently breathe. We connect to the planet, we connect to the vibration and we have that power to do that together. Our Sunday breath together. Of course, today I hope and I know that all of you understand as well that we're all feeling, because we are. We are, you know, feeling beings. We're vibrating beings. We feel the earth is crying. So we are here as well to actually give a bit of a hug to the earth, give a bit of a hug to every, everyone and everything that is happening right now in this time that we live in. And we have this gift of coming together. So before I even go further into love and compassion and kindness, because that's what I'm all about and I love you all to be here to breathe and to share the love through Brett, through the chat as well. So many love hearts in the chat. YouTube, the same love, hearts and prayers on YouTube. Thank you all so much. We will be, of course, sharing later on after the session some of the things like retreats, our app right now. Let us completely devote ourselves to the practice. My dear friend. Brother, are we all ready for Barry West? Can we bring in Barry with a smile on our face with mini applause like Ping just did? Mini applause because love it, Love it. Beautiful. Barry, I'm going to unmute you right now, sharing the stage with you and giving you the mic. The floor is yours, my dear friend.
All right.
Thank you so much, Piot. You know, I have to laugh because if there's two people in the SOMA tribe of breathwork instructors that Love to talk, it would be Piot and myself, so. So him handing the mic off to me is like, probably danger. But all kidding aside, I just want to say, gosh, I mean that that song brought tears and. It makes me believe, like, it makes me believe even more in why we're here, this tribe and what we're doing at this moment of time. 30 second backstory. For those of you that don't know. I came to Summit Breath about almost two years ago and I am the survivor of sexual abuse and was dealing with a tremendous amount of shame my entire life that I couldn't. I couldn't get out from under. I did a heroic dose of psilocybin and that opened my heart. Two months later, a little less than two months later, I discovered Niraj videos going down the rabbit hole of YouTube and I signed up for a 21 day awakening journey. And boy, was it a wake up. It took everything that began in my plant medicine journey and the, the revelation of shame and the depth of shame and it began, it. It was the next dose of medicine. And I will promise anyone out there who thinks about doing plant medicine as a, as a way to get to things, you can do it. You can do it through breath work. It's. It's really pretty remarkable. So that was more than. That was more than 30 seconds. But I think sometimes it's nice to know a little bit of what brought people who lead these breathwork sessions, what led them to this place. And I'm just such a huge, huge advocate and believer in this tribe, in this community, the love, the support, the encouragement. If any of you are thinking about the possibility of joining, boy, you won't find a more loving, supportive place. And that was my unpaid advertisement.
So.
All right,
what I'd like to do really quickly is go through just an explanation of Soma breath, how, how we do the rounds of, of breathing in today's session. Today's session will be four rounds and each round will be to a four, four count. And so that means we're going to breathe in to the count of four and out to a count of four. Okay. And that's real simple. And I'm going to be providing verbal instructions all the way through. So really there's not anything that you really have to remember maybe other than in some of breath. We practice connected breathing and so we try not to have our breathing jerky or stuttering or forced. We want it just to flow gently in and out, much like waves of the ocean touching the shoreline. And we practice diaphragmatic breathing. And that means we're breathing through our diaphragm. That's a large muscle that's down below our ribcage. And when we breathe in first through our belly and then further up, it gives us a much. We're breathing deeper and we're getting more oxygen in to our bodies. So real quickly for those, if there's anybody on here that is their first time here, if you just put your hand on your belly, take a deep breath in, we want the hand on the belly to rise before your chest does. Okay? All right, so it's diaphragmatic. We breathe in through our nose and out through our mouth. As I said, there are going to be four rounds of breathwork today. And each round is comprised of, made up of three different components. There's going to be rhythmic breathing. That's the first piece in each round. And that lasts anywhere from 5 to 7 minutes. Can vary some. And you will hear, you will hear counting, and you just follow along to that counting again. In through your nose, out through your mouth, and all the guidance that you need will be provided there. At the, at the end of that period of rhythmic breathing, you will hear me say, now let's take a deep breath in. Breathing in through the nose. Hold for a moment at the top of the inhalation, and then exhale through the mouth. And we're exhaling all the air out to the bottom of our exhalation. And then we hold our breath. If you're sitting today for this breathwork session, which is fine, invite, you're invited to allow your chin to rest on your chest at the, at the bottom of that exhalation. It creates an energy lock in your body. If you're laying down, you don't need to do. You don't need to do the chin. So at that point, we are into a section called intermittent hypoxic training. And what we're doing is we are teaching our bodies in a really simple, beautiful way how to maximize the efficiency of how we use oxygen. And so by breathing all the air out in our body, we build the level of carbon dioxide in our body, which is what gives us that urge to breathe. When we go beyond that urge to breathe, which is what the breath hold out is all about, it enables the body to pull that oxygen in to places in the body that where it's most needed. Okay, so you're going to hold your breath out. The period of time will be anywhere around, right around, probably two minutes. Anytime during that period of time, if you Just feel the urge to breathe. Feel like you can't go beyond the urge. Then invite you to take a small sip, a booster breath in through your nose, out through your mouth, and hold again. And you can do that without my instruction, as many times as you need to during the breath hold outs. Okay? At the end of that period of time, you'll hear me say, and now in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, let's all take a deep breath all the way in, breathing in through the nose and squeezing the muscles at the base of our spine and our pelvic floor. These are called the mullabund, called squeezing the mullabanda. And we imagine that we are, as we squeeze those muscles, pressing, pushing light up our spines into our midbrain so we breathe all the way in, complete inhalation. We hold at the top again. There'll be instructions as to how long to hold. You'll hear me give a countdown, we'll release the breath and we'll return to a brief period of just normal breathing. Okay? One thing I want to say is I remember when I started, I kind of, I kind of like the competitive thing with myself at least, and seeing just how long I could do it. And I, I've come to realize that the, physiologically, the benefit of intermittent hypoxic training really comes when we learn how to relax all of the muscles in our body. So if we're, if we're just fighting and white knuckling it to, you know, say, I made it all the way and I did it as well, if not better than everybody else on the call, we're kind of losing some of the power and some of the effectiveness of what we're doing. It's really all about how, how can we, how can we discover through this practice on a regular basis, how can we discover how we can learn to loosen our grip on life? How we can learn how to almost wrap our arms around or embrace that fear that comes of being oxygen deprived and learning that as, as we have these experiences of learning how to go beyond and go beyond, we can take those, we can take that into our everyday life and apply it. And I can't tell you just how much this practice, this practice alone has meant to me in terms of managing fear and managing stress. So, all right, four rounds, four in, four out. You'll hear my voice. I'll be telling you what to do the whole way through. So that leads us up to contraindications. I'm just going to read these real quickly. Forceful mouth breathing, prolonged breath holds and extended intensity. Fast breathing, breath work or hyperventilation for more than five minutes should not be practiced in the case of any of the severe or critical diseases or infections. If it impairs your ability to breathe. Severe uncontrolled hypertension. And this is usually after a heart attack, organ failure, or late stage terminal illness. Pregnancy. If you have epilepsy, a pacemaker or irregular heartbeat, the exception there would be get your doctor's specific permission first. Some conditions, such as tinnitus and hernias, may be aggravated by forceful mouth breathing, prolonged breath holds and prolonged, intense, rapid breathing. And careful attention to the technique should be given. So I always tell. I'd like to tell people and my sessions when I lead them. Feel you have more wisdom than I do and anybody else in the room when it comes to what is best for you. If for any reason you start to feel discomfort, go back to your normal breathing. If we're in the middle of a round of breath work, stop and just return to normal. And when and if it feels right, restart again. Okay. This isn't a competition. This is a wonderful invitation into learning how to hold a space for yourself and to grow in the process. All right, well, Piot, are we ready?
We are good to go. We are good to go.
All right, my friends, Just getting the screen changed here. Okay, so what I'd like everyone to do now is to get yourself in a comfortable position. If you're sitting up, try to sit up straight with your back straight. If you're lying down, lie down with your arms at your side. And to do this in a place where you will not be disturbed,
close your eyes now.
And I invite you, before we begin, to just make yourself aware of the chair beneath you, the sofa, the couch, the bed or the floor. And just to become aware of being held. Even when we walk upon the earth
on our feet, we are being held.
And it's such a powerful, powerful reminder
of the goodness of creation. Relaxing.
Now,
I invite you all to
imagine
that you're on a path, path, going through the most beautiful, relaxing forest that you've ever been in. The ground beneath your feet. Soft. A slight breeze touching your face. And above you, a beautiful canopy of color. And as you walk that path, you find that this path is coming to a clearing just beyond the edge of the forest that you're in. And the opening catches your attention. Curiosity rises. You keep walking in that direction. And as you come out into this large field, you think you can. You catch the scent on the air of what smells like a fire. As you walk on further. A fire pit. A large fire pit comes into view, surrounded by others. And you walk. Slowly but intentionally toward that pit, joining others around it. And as you stand there in silence, there's a harmony to being found that's unspoken in the air. You almost make out this sacred chant stretching back. Almost seems like it reaches back to the beginning of time. You're arriving at an ancient, eternal fire burning in this exquisite fire pit. A place where the faces of those who came before and the faces of the living who walk beside you are gathered. A place of safety, of belonging,
a
place of reverence for life, Breathing in
and breathing out.
A feeling of growing peace and safety and trust spreading over you. And the breeze now begins to stir as if change is in the air.
Sat memories,
Images almost imperceptible at first, begin dancing before your eyes. Memories of recent times and those seemingly lost to the past, coming and going as if in a dream. Memories of times of great joy
and
perhaps times of sorrow too. Yet all memories are welcome here. And with those memories, The faces of those who have gone before you, The ancestors. And in and out of focus they may go, as they seemingly rub shoulders with those who are alive today. And there in your memory.
And as a sense of reverence
deepens within your heart, we prepare ourselves for the first round of four, four.
Breathing.
As with gratitude, we reverence the gift of life each of us has been given
into. Three, four. Out, two, three, four. In, two, three, four. Out, two, three, four. In, two, three, four. Out, two.
Feel the breath.
In two, three.
As a gift giver.
One, two, three, four.
Not as something earned.
2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 3, 4. In 2.
There is nothing, nothing to achieve here,
only
to receive.
In 2, 3, 4.
Can you allow yourself today and every day to allow yourself to bow internally to the miracle of being alive?
Two, three, four. Two, three, four. In, two, three, four. Two, Three, four. In, two, Three, four. Out, two, three, four. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3,4. Out, 2, 3,4.
In where in your body
do you
feel a sense of life's sacredness?
4, 2, 3, 4.
Of reverence.
2, 3, 4, 2.
Of gratitude.
4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2.
Feel free to place a hand upon that place in your body. Where that sense of sickness, of gratitude, of reverence resides?
4. In, 2, 3, 4. 2, 3, 4.
The power of gratitude begins not outwardly, but inwardly. When we value, when we cherish.
In 2, 3.
When we reverence who we are.
In 2, 3, 4. 2, 3, 4. In 2.
The gratitude does not require perfection. Let your exhale, every exhale, be a thank you. And even this unfinished life, with all of its broken and sometimes wobbling places, is still worthy of.
3, 4. In.
Of reverence.
3, 4, 2. 3, 4. In 2.
Now get ready to bring reverence to the parts of you that brace. And now take a deep breath fully in. In through the nose, holding at the top and releasing. All the way out now
to the
bottom of your exhalation and hold, Allowing the muscles in your jaw, on your face, your neck and your shoulders to loosen. You're safe here in this place. When you have that first urge to breathe, see. See if you can't approach it with a sense of wonder. See if you can't. See if you can just go a little bit beyond that.
Urban.
You're doing beautifully. Taking, taking those sips of air when necessary, showing yourself gentleness as you allow this silent, still peaceful place to surround you. And when you can't hold your breath any longer. In 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Let's take a deep breath fully in, squeezing those muscles at the base of your pelvic floor, imagining shooting that white light, that energy up your spine to your midbrain, holding on your inhalation at the top. And feeling that energy within your body, vibrating now. And in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Release your breath with a sigh or sound of contentment, Allowing your breath to return to its natural rhythm, resting in these still moments. Before the next round begins, Let each exhale become a thank you, falling from your lips. Getting ready now to breathe together. A four, four rhythm. Again to breathe together and be. In two, three, four. Out, two, three, four. In, two, three, four.
Outs, two, three, four. In, two, three, four.
Where do you go inside when life. When life feels too much?
2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. In two.
How do you brace for the discomforts of. Of life when they arise? Are there parts of you that would bring you shame if others knew?
2, 3, 4, 2, 3.
Reverence does not exclude your hiding. It waits for you, you, to allow
it
to be gently bathed in the streams of love. All of us brace moments against pain, against fear,
2, 3.
Against.
In fighting against change that we don't want to embrace or to accept.
In 2, 3, 4.
Yet reverence,
reverence lives
even here. And even those feelings that we want to brace against or run from contain wisdom and truth we are not yet able to see, but consumes so much of our energy. Can you allow yourself to feel these feelings right now? You don't even need to have a name for them.
2, 3.
Can you soften 2, 3 even 5%? They're part of the tapestry woven by love. That's you.
Two, three, four. And two, three, four. Go. Two, three, four. And 2, 3, 4.
Even this is sacred.
One, two, three, four.
Now take a deep breath. Fully in. All the way to the top. Squeeze and release. All the way out to the base of the exhalation, Going deeper, Remembering your sips of air, when needed, With curiosity. Seeing if you can't reach just beyond the comfort zone. When we meet fear here
and we
reach beyond, we can take that gift into our daily lives. For strength, for courage, for hope. Paying attention to the muscles in your jaw, your forehead, your neck, your shoulders. See if you can't allow them just even 5% more relaxation now, Allowing your body to settle and your mind to expand. And in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Take a deep breath now, fully in. In through the nose. Squeezing those muscles at the base of the pelvic floor. Envisioning that light, that brilliant golden white light wrapping around your spine, up to your midbrain. And at the top of your inhalation.
Holding,
Feeling the trail of that energy as it rises, vibrating within your body. Harmony is a vibration. As we rest in stillness and silence, we harmonize with ourselves. And in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Exhale now, Allowing yourself to return. To your natural breath. Getting ready now to breathe together. In beats. In 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4.
Out's 2, 3, 4. In or 2, 3, 4. Out and 2, 3, 4. In's 2, 3, 4. Out're 2, 3, 4. In and 2, 3, 4. Out of 2, 3.
Offering reverence.
In, 2, 3,4.
Even to the places where you break 2, 3. Or hide.
1, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4.
Is there one sensation?
In 2, 3, 1.
Feeling one, memory capturing two. Your attention right now where you find yourself holding back from fully living. An energy that's robbing you of joy and of passion and a purpose. And can you hold that right now and just stay?
Two, three, four. Out, two, three, four. In, two, three, four. Out, 2, 3, out.
Not to try and fix it.
2, 3, 4. 2.
Not to try and banish it, 4. But to stay. And for just this moment to be in its presence.
In two, three. In, two, three.
What might it speak to you right now. If in staying, you're willing to listen?
In, 2, 3, 4. 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3.
The demons that we sometimes battled late into the night and early morning hours, Could they be messengers? Messengers of the spirit, Not wanting to harm us or inflict pain upon us. But to help us see how much larger, how much fuller,
how much more
beautiful in life can be. Just stay. A life of reverence has a way of melting pain and fear. And now take a deep breath fully in. All the way to the top. Squeeze and release.
Holding at the base the bottom of the exhalation.
The courage that you may have just found in staying now greets you again, Inviting you deeper, Inviting you to show
up
in more fullness,
Remembering your sips
of breath when needed, While being curious. Of how this moment of. Bracing might soften even more. And when you can't hold your breath any longer. In 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Take a deep breath fully in. Squeeze. Squeezing the mulabundam muscles at the base of the pelvis, pelvic floor. Squeezing that energy up your spine, higher and higher into your midbrain. And holding your breath.
Sam.
And releasing your breath now. In 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Exhaling, Welcoming your breath to return to its daily rhythm.
Sa. It.
Getting ready to breathe together in beats for our final round. In 2, 3, 4.
Out, 2, 3, 4.
In, 2, 3, 4.
Out's 2, 3, 4. In's 2, 3, 4. Out're 2, 3, 4. In and 2, 3, 4. Out and 2, 3, 4. In're 2, 3, 4. Up, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3.
Can you allow reverence to move you? Can you reverence your own life?
Three. One, two, three, four. Two, three.
Let reverence move you.
Two, three, four. Two, three, four.
This is not some state victory you visit. It's a way of meeting life. Reverence in motion.
Two, three, four. In two, three, four.
Let your body remember this.
Four, three, four. In, two, three, four. Three, four. 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. 2, 3, 4.
Imagine. With each breath in, you breathe in a golden white light that grows and builds and spreads through every cell within your body until a beautiful glow of white golden light surrounds you. Every cell in your body, vibrating into to the truth of reverence. You're doing beautifully.
In three, four.
With each breath in, Finding gratitude in your heart.
1, 2, 3. God.
Gratitude for the gift of your life. Gratitude for the miracle and the mystery of even beer.
3, 5, 2, 3.
Gratitude for the power to stay. And now take a deep breath fully in. Squeezing. And then exhaling, Holding your breath now at the base of the exhalation, Remembering those sips of air when needed, Single of. Into the stillness. To the place of becoming, To the wellspring of reverence.
Sa.
Showing reverence to life, to nature, to others around us begins first within our own hearts as we value the miracle and the mystery of who we are of how we are, Even with all of our peculiarities. Beautiful, Vibrant, and here for a reason.
Sam. Sa.
Invite you to return slowly to the room. Just becoming aware of your surroundings. The feeling of what's beneath you that supports you. Any sounds that you may hear outside the room or wherever you are right
now,
Moving your ankles, your wrists, your elbows, your legs, your arms, Gently inviting yourself back here now. And as you return, feel free to gently open your eyes and return back to the room.
Thank you so much, Barry. We appreciate you so, so much. And of course, in this moment right now, feel free to share your experiences, the journey in the chat. And please also stay with us because we have a couple of announcements that you do not want to miss. For example, we have the incredible, phenomenal Breathwork challenge starting tomorrow. And all of the links will be shared in just a moment. We can talk about that in a moment. But right now, Monica already shared in the chat. Just even click on that link and save it for later so you can have a look at the five day online Breathwork challenge live with Niraj himself. It has been a beautiful success in the past couple of years and we're redoing it with some extra twists as well. So you don't want to miss this. But right now, as Barry said. Thank you so much, Barry. That was a beautiful session. Beautifully timed as well. Beautifully timed. And I guess with everything in life, like with everything in life, we. We meet at the right time. We meet and we experience the breadth and the journeys for reasons so we can all feel that collective union and power. So let me just read out a couple of the comments that are being shared right now in the chat. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. This was awesome. Thank you. Same thing on YouTube. We've got cheers on YouTube from Hershey Bar. That was awesome. Thank you. Thank you, Barry. Very powerful. Thank you, Barry. Wow. Wonderful. Thank you. Amazing, Barry. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Barry. I want to say something, but it's one of those moments when words escape me. There's a beautiful moment. I feel like after a journey like this, if you're out of words, it shows you, you how limited the vocabulary really is. All words are made up. And if you cannot express the journey, what you went through, the feelings, was it bliss? What was this? Welcome to the bliss state of Soma Breath. This is the real deal that we're going through because this, I think this is actually more beautiful than all the words that we can gather together. And just when we are in the unknown and the Curiosity. What was this? This was so I don't know where I went. So thank you so much for sharing that Wilma, because that is a beautiful comment and all the other comments of course as well. Thank you Barry. That was beautiful from Evan. Evan is always with us here. Thank you. Thank you. It was such a beautiful and profound journey and everyone's just spreading the love and spreading the love to you and to everyone else here as well because we're also impacted by this journey. I didn't want to wake up from Victoria. So much healing with the divine feminine in so before Barry, I'll give you back the mic because I do want to take this precious moment because I mean this. The five day breathwork challenge with Niraj is something so unique because you'll be able to tap in and understand how you can use the breath throughout your day, your morning, your evening, how you want to go to bed, how if you want to be relaxed in a state of energy, etc. And this session from tomorrow you have to do login, literally just click on the link, put your details there, we'll send you then an email back. So you'll be able to join us live at 10am Eastern time from March 2nd to the 6th. And just for a moment, just feel into this how in 5 days you've not only been able to learn how to use your breath to regulate stress, but also to recharge your energy and create daily habits so you feel naturally high, healthy and happy. From tomorrow we start, you still have a couple of hours to sign up, 20 hours, 33 minutes and 39 seconds to sign up, to reserve your spot right now, your name, your email and then you have your spot available and you'll be there with Niraj himself and you'll be able to ask him questions. You'll be able to go deeper in and imagine waking up fresh and energized. Imagine how your breathing feels smooth, yesterday's tension feels lighter, the chaos is still there, but it no longer touches you. And this is the important thing about breath, that of course the world will still be the world we still live in. This 3D projection, we still will have all the things that are happening around on the external, but what is happening internally, your internal world, you'll be able to bring that out and have the ripple effect of internal peace, love, kindness, compassion, understanding how to deal with stress and how to respond. You'll be able to respond to stressors, to alertness and you'll be able to just be more capable of using the breath and that is so important. When stress appears, you can observe it and you can stay grounded. So please, right now, Monica, again, just share click on the link. The five day breathworks challenge will be live from tomorrow, the 2nd of March. I already ran into the 3rd of March, 2nd of March. We start 10am eastern time sharp. So that is the Breathwork challenge with Niraj himself. And of course as well, we have the retreats. If you want to become a Soma breath instructor, come to the retreats. We still have a couple of spots available in Austin, in the States and Barcelona. You have to say Barcelona. Okay, you cannot say Barcelona. You have to say Barcelona like the Catalan. Say it. Barcelona in May with myself and Claudia Solis. So two of the hosts of your Sunday week together, also some of its masters mentors will be at the Barcelona level one training. We already have the spots taken. Okay, this is it. It's in May 23rd and 24th of May. It is gonna sell out. You want to become an instructor, Join us. If you're already an instructor and you want to practice with us and join us and you want to visit the beautiful city of Barcelona. Barcelona, Spain, Catalonia. You have to. I mean, if you have never been to Barcelona, this is your weekend, a week away to Barcelona, to the city of Gaudi, to the amazing architecture. I lived in Barcelona for five years, so I just have to just, you know, a bit of bias here. I'm like Barcelona. So me returning back and delivering something so unique, so beautiful to all of you so that you can be certified and teach and guide people, facilitate as a Soma Breath level one instructor all around the world and you'll be able to share your gifts like Barry is doing right now. And maybe one day, Lars, Wilma, Tommy, Mary, Grace, Ellen, we shall see you as a Sunday breed together guide. Angie, why not? Daniel? Kimberly, why not?
Why not?
I mean, you know, there is no limitations. It's all in the mind. And as we had a little conversation with Barry beforehand, he was like, is the glass half full, half empty? I was like, there is no glass. There is no glass
boxes.
There's no boxes. Exactly, Kimberly, exactly. Yes, yes, expansion of it all. But of course I am a little bit biased about this because it is going to be me guiding, teaching with Claudia. And we love what we do and we just, just want to invite you to Barcelona. To Barcelona. To show you not only the city, but also what you can do with breathwork and to facilitate. So again, Monica has put the links in the chat. So you've got the five day challenge breathwork challenge starting from tomorrow with Niraj. Five days, 10am Eastern time. You have to sign up and then you've got our retreats and events. Austin, if you're in the States and you won't travel to Europe in May, totally fine. Dustin is there, incredible friend of mine, facilitator, beautiful being as well. He's in Austin in the States and me and Claudia Solis, we are in Barcelona, Spain. Vamos, vamos Barcelona. Argente toy gente. Vamos, vamos, vamos a la playa. Okay, good. We will be also going to the beach by the way, doing some breathworks at the beach. Okay, let me just go through a couple of extra chats that I see here as well. We have Emily saying super powerful, huge appreciation, beautifully let crying from start to finish. Thank you from Samsung sm. Lift my spirit up. Thank you. Feel peaceful. Such a gift. Thank you. Thank you for your loving. And somebody on YouTube is saying as well, Stephen is saying hello everyone, I just got the app. Thank you again. So make sure as well that you have the app. Okay. The Sommerbread app. So you have all these sessions on the replay downloadable and you can listen to them, practice your breath. Works wherever you want with any of the instructors. With Barry, with myself, with Claudia, with Chantal, David with Nigel, with Dustin, with so many other incredible being Brooke with just Francesca. Just basically, you name it, we have them there in the app. Monday, breathe together, Friday breathe together and Wednesdays they'll move together. Okay. Taking a breath in. Remember as well the ripple effect of love, joy, compassion has a ripple effect on the world. Okay. Because now being in this high vibration after this state will have that impact on the world. So Barry, final words from you, my brother.
Oh, gosh. Well, first and foremost, just thank you to all of you who are here. It's a real. I don't really know. It's one of those moments where I don't. The words escape me. And for pyot and I that's a big thing to have happen. I've got words for everything. But I.
The.
The synchronicity of. Of how this particular theme fell and I chose this three months ago. Fell at a time that it did in world history. I think it's. It's one of those experiences where I feel like there's. There's other forces at work within the universe and I feel my heart lights up and I. I can't think of a more meaningful and a more beautiful thing to do than to share this journey with other people. Like all of You. You know, it's at moments when I think about the fact that there's. As I get older, there's more years behind me than there are ahead. It. It fills me with a sense of wanting to touch life, the rest of the life that I have, with meaning and purpose and direction and more important than anything else, with love and to be an agent of change and transformation. And I just. I welcome all of you to be on the journey with all of us, because Summer Breath, it really is a. It's a remarkable community of individuals. And I felt like. I felt at the end of that breathwork session, even though I let it, I felt like there was harmony in the room.
And
we become lights that go out into the world, and we light other. The lights of other people whose flames are flickering, and we help them to burn brighter and stronger with the tools that we teach. So thank you all.
That was beautiful. Thank you so much, Barry. And I was looking down because I have my YouTube channel open here as well, and there's a lot of Love pouring from YouTube as well. Thank you so much, Barry, for this incredible session. Another beautifully guided session. And of course, before we finish this session, let us all finish kind of like as we started today's session with a lot of love towards the world, towards every single being that is out there, so that we can really have that ripple effect. And as a Somabad community, what Barry, beautifully said. This is something so unique because each one of us is different. And we really encourage you all to shine bright as your different, unique, individual self. This is the magic that you have. If you want to be somebody like Barry, you won't be. If you want to be somebody like me, you won't be to be. If you want to be somebody like Niraj, you will not be. You will always fail, but you as your pure self. Wilma, I see you. Lars, I see you. Diana, I see you. You being as your authentic self, you can honestly help make this world a better place. Place. And I mean this. And I love this. And I know as well what you said beautifully, Barry, I feel like time collapses. Once you're doing meaningful, purposeful work, once you're on a mission and a purpose, and you bring the light and allow people to shine their brightest as themselves. So this is from our heart to all of you. And just for a moment before we go, let us all just take place. One hand on your heart and the other hand, place it maybe on your throat, on your voice, and just take a breath in. You can close your eyes for Just a moment. And as you breathe in through the nose, into the belly, then into the chest, feel that air moving through your body. Breathe in through the nose and let's hum it out together. Union of hums. Feel the vibration. Keep these cycles on. Breathe into the nose and the hand. Place means that your voice matches matters, you matter. So feel that vibration through the vagus nerve. You are vibration. We are sending that vibration of love, peace, presence to the whole world right now. Hearts are melting, energy is flowing, love is pouring. One more time.
Breathe in
and let's hum it out. Remember to use your voice. Your voice matters. You can release the hand from your throat, that hand on your heart. Feel that heart beating for you. With you all the time. You're alive, you're here with every in, breath and every out. Breath, breath, breathing in and breathing out. You can release the hands from your heart, shake off the energy, bring in a smile onto our faces. Let me just make sure we see everyone. Gallery view. Catherine, Priscilla, Marie, Suzanne, Evan, Stella, Judy, Daniel. What a team. What a team of light workers, change makers and people that are committed to showing up bit by bit, day by day, bread by bread, together. Don't take we're not taking this lightly that you're with us, that you're with us every Sunday. That you're with us through retreats and trainings and in the app, we are not taking this lightly. We love you dearly. Thank you all so, so much from the bottom of our hearts. Sunday beat togethers are just growing stronger and stronger. Make sure that next week you are with us. Make sure you're with us us throughout the app sessions, that you're at a retreat, that you come to the breathwork challenge with Niraj from tomorrow on. And basically we were like besties. We're family at this stage. Every day we're together so it's like the best reunions are happening within Soma Breath. We love you, we adore you all. Thank you all one more time. Monica, thank you so much. From the back of house, we celebrate you so, so much. Thank you, Barry. One more time. And everyone else in the community so much. Love, peace and love to the world, we love you so much.
