He's an amazing instructor, master instructor, mentor, retreat leader as well. He's also a musician, a rock star actually. And he's in the healing world. He has an incredible soul and heart. And I know that you're going to enjoy a lot this session with him. So let's bring Dustin to the room. Let me just—
yeah, there you go.
And welcome, Dustin. And please introduce yourself.
Hi everybody, thank you so much for joining today. My name is Dustin. I guess, I mean, I used to be a rock star. Now I'm just a breath star now. But thank you everybody for joining all around the world here at Breathing Together with Soma. Very excited to guide this session. And you know, today's session is really close to my heart because it is It is what I find to be most beneficial with breathwork. And we all know breathwork— I mean, you may have heard some of the benefits of breathwork, um, but, uh, there are many other things that make breathwork amazing. Um, can we put the spotlight on me by chance there, Monica?
You are, you are spotlight. You are, you are already.
Okay.
All right, great. There it is. Hi, everybody. There I am. Okay, cool. Wonderful, wonderful. So today's session is themed Find the Answers Within. And this is really what breathwork means to me and really what this is about. You know how when you can go through life and, you know, people ask you for advice and you're really able to give advice to almost anybody, but when you're in a situation, when you're in a challenge, Sometimes the advice is just not there, um, and sometimes we forget to give ourselves this advice. Well, for me, breathwork and going into this space of this meditation and breathwork, and especially with Soma Breath, I find it so, so advantageous, this space, because I'm able to go here at any moment and find the answers to almost any question. So this is what I'm looking to provide for you today, and I think there's a lot of reasons why this happens, and we'll go into it more as we move along. But, um, let me go over some logistics, uh, for our session today. And first and foremost, I want everybody to be safe as we go through this journey today. And what do I mean by that? I think first and foremost, you need to have a space where you won't be disturbed. Nobody's going to bother you. No kids are going to be running through the room. But also, if you're new to this breathwork, I will advise you to lay down during this session. But if you are a veteran breather. You can go ahead and do whatever you need to be comfortable. And that's the number one thing— we want to make sure we're comfortable today as we're doing this breath work. We don't want our body to be a distraction. We're going to be going off into the astral planes, and we want to make sure our body is protected and good while we, while we skip off into the spirit world here. And so yeah, make sure you're nice and safe. If you are sitting up, there's no sharp corners around you, just in case, uh, you know, you get a little dizzy. You don't want to bump into anything. Safety is key here. And also As we're going through today's journey, and we'll be— we will be doing some semi-quick breathing, but we will also be going into some breath holds. And through this, you may experience some discomfort, and we want to challenge ourselves a little bit. We want to step slightly outside of the comfort zone, um, but we don't want this to be so uncomfortable that, uh, we're not having fun anymore. Um, so I like to say that the, the most beautiful thing about going through a breathwork experience and breath in general is that you have the remote control to this journey. If things become too intense, you can just slow your breath down, or if you wanted to become more intense, you can take deeper breaths. It's really, it's really a choose your own adventure today. So I want to go through that first. Um, also some contraindications for the breathing session today. I'll read this off really quick. Slow rhythmic breathing techniques of Soma Breath are safe to be used for anyone and can be beneficial for everyone. If you deal with any of these contraindications, please refrain from the breath holds and just let yourself fall into a meditative state. These are severe or critical diseases or infections if it impairs your ability to breathe, severe uncontrolled hypertension, usually after a heart attack, organ failure or late-stage terminal illness, pregnancy, and if you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or or irregular heartbeat. All this with the exception if your doctor gives you permission. So if you deal with any of those things, please just refrain from the breath holds. And a little quick explanation of how we will be breathing today. As you can tell, you can probably hear a little music, right? Everybody can hear music? Give me a thumbs up. Great, that's good to know. Well, soon I will be playing some music with some rhythm, and we're going to be breathing to the rhythm of the music. And this will be made even easier because in the music you will hear counting and breathing sounds, and we'll just follow along to that. So today we're just going to be breathing in for 2 and out for 2. So you'll hear in 2, out 2. And I'm sure you could guess it already, we're breathing— we're inhaling on the in and we're exhaling on the out. When we inhale, we're going to breathe in through the nose when we're exhaling, we're just going to sigh it out through the mouth like a relaxing sigh.
Ah.
And, uh, let's try something real quick, calibrate our breath. So I want you to take one hand, put it on your chest, and the other hand and put it on your belly. And when we breathe in, we're going to be making a wave from our belly to our chest. And then the exhale, like I said, just a relaxing sigh out. So let's practice this ocean wave with our from belly to chest, breathing in, and then just letting the breath go and relaxing.
Good.
Let's try this a couple more times. Really feel that wave. Breathing in and letting go. And one more time, with a little bit more control, we're going to slow this breath down even more. Big slow inhale with that wave. In a long, relaxing exhale.
Ah.
Okay, you can let your hands go back to normal. You're probably already feeling a little bit better. I know I am. I just felt my whole self just slow down a little bit. Power of breathwork, just a few breaths. So back to how this will go. We're gonna be breathing to a rhythm just like that, making the waves, relaxing on the exhale. Eventually, at the end of the round, we're gonna take one last breath. We're gonna exhale. We're gonna hold at the bottom as long as we can. Now, this will be a little bit challenging, but that's good. We're stepping into the challenge here. So we're gonna hold our breath on this exhale as long as we can. And whenever you need to, you can take a sip of air in, let it out, and keep on holding. You can repeat this as many times as necessary in the breath hold phase. At the end, I will give a signal to take 1 to 3 breaths in, holding at the top of the breath, squeezing the pelvic floor muscles. If you're not familiar with the pelvic floor muscles, you might have heard them as, like, your Kegel muscles or your perineum muscles. These are the muscles around our sexual organs, our bladder, our sphincter. These are actually really powerful muscles. So at the end of the round, when we take this last 1 to 3 breaths in, we're gonna hold at the top, Really squeeze those powerful muscles. What this is doing is driving that cerebral spinal fluid up your spine. It's like, um, it's like kind of clearing the pathway. It's clearing our mind. It's help—
it—
this will help us get to those answers we will be eventually finding in this space. And essentially, that's how this will go. But most of all, don't worry about getting everything perfect. Just breathe to the rhythm, enjoy the music. That's how this will go. That's pretty much it, my friends. So with no further ado, what I'd like to ask you to do is get nice and comfortable and get ready to breathe, my friends. Take that last sip of water if you need it, or coffee. Okay, so if you haven't already, I'm going to invite you to close your eyes. There's a reason why we close our eyes when we do breathwork and meditation. It's because we're shutting down the distractions to the outside world and we're moving within.
In.
And I know that can be challenging, especially with a computer screen in front of you, but you're already doing great. So let's just close our eyes and tune in. What I mean by tuning in is just asking yourself, how are you feeling today in this moment? How are you feeling physically? How are you feeling emotionally? How are you feeling mentally? Maybe a little reflection of how this week went and how you're here now, eyes closed, listening to my voice, just dropping in, tuning in with yourself.
Good.
Take a long, slow, big breath in, and then a long sighing exhale out.
Ah.
One more time. This time, really let your body relax on that exhale. Breathing in. And then just let your body go. Okay, now I'm going to ask you to open your imagination. We're going to open with a quick meditation before we get into the breathwork. We're going to do some magic here, some invocation. And in your mind, I want you to see a journal. It's best if it's the, the usual journal that you write in, if you own a journal. And if not, just imagine any journal and see yourself opening this journal in front of you. Stays open in front of you, blank page. And before you write in this journal, I want you to bring a question into this space. Essentially, what are you searching for? We're all searching for something. Sometimes the question is, uh, what do I need to know right now to move forward in this current situation? I've even come to this space with, uh, looking for my next place to move, where I'm moving. So I can ask in this space, uh, should I move to this place or this place? Or maybe you have like some sort of business deal or whatever it is, maybe a relationship-based question, whatever you want to invoke into this space and bring together, all of our questions. Okay, now in your mind, see yourself picking up a pen and writing in the journal this question. And see it very clearly. See each word, see each line as you write in your own handwriting, seeing it very clearly, all the little details. Maybe it's a little brush of ink if you zoom in on where the pen stroke is, seeing each letter, and at the end, a question mark. So take your time with this. Let's envision writing down this question. If you can do it quick, just rewrite it over and over again. What are you searching for? Okay, hopefully you got it down now in your mind. Just see yourself closing the journal now and just setting it aside. We're not going to worry about that now. We're just going to put it aside. And what we're going to do, we're just going to move on through the journey. And the reason why I think this works is because we're contacting that subconscious processing of the mind. You know how somebody might say, 'You can sleep on that,' and sometimes we sleep on these big questions and we'll wake up and we will be like that. Sometimes the answer will come right to you. And I think this works, and breath works so well for a lot of reasons. We're breathing rhythmically, even on the inhale and exhale, which builds coherence. Essentially, your whole mind is working together with your body, but also we're going into this subconscious part of our mind. And so the way we're gonna do that, we're gonna have two things that we'll focus on. And this first thing is of course our breath. So as you're sitting here with your eyes closed, you don't have to change your breath. We're just observing your breath, just letting it flow in and out, and we're just watching it. And as you do this, you can start to notice details— cool air in, warm air out. A feeling of your body expanding as you breathe in, and that natural relaxation that happens in your body as you exhale. And here's the thing with meditation, it's not necessarily about clearing the mind, it's about bringing the mind back. Gently bringing yourself back. So if your mind starts to wander on other things— what am I going to eat later, geez, I hope I don't have work tomorrow— these kind of things, just bring yourself back to the breath. It's so simple, just observing. Okay, that's one thing we can focus on. And the second thing we can focus on is listening, is the sound, is vibrations being picked up in our eardrums, or single notes turn into music. And instead of just hearing words, you're hearing the sentences and the emotion and the story behind it all. The sound of space just opening up. Once again, if the mind wanders, bring it back to the sound. Bring it back to my voice. And if you can think about how wild this is, that electrical currents are running through speakers and vibrating at different frequencies, and we hear sound like birds and water. Even picking up even more details, even seeing the instrument It's being played, each note. Okay, these are the two things we're gonna focus on: our breath and the sound, listening and breathing. We're going to breathe to a rhythm, rhythm of in for 2 and out for 2. Just listen to the music and follow along. Here we go. In, letting go. Breathing in, letting go. In through the nose, out through the mouth. Relaxing on the exhale, just like that.
In, two, out.
Stay focused on your breath.
In, two, out. In, two, out. In, two, out. In, two, out. In, two, out. In, two, out. In, two, out. In, out, in, out, in, out, in.
Every exhale, letting go. In, let it go. In, follow the music with your breath.
2, out. 2, in. 2, out. 2, in. 2, out.
Okay, let's take a big breath in. We're gonna hold at the top here. Big breath in, all the way in. And gently holding here. We're gonna hold here for about 30 seconds. Just tune into the sounds.
Good.
Now we're just going to let out a long, slow exhale.
Ah.
And we're going to hold here at the bottom just for a moment, just getting used to the sensation of holding your breath. If you need to breathe, just take a sip of air. In, let it out. Stay with the sound, stay with the music, stay with the vibrations. All right. From this breath hold, we're gonna go back into the 2-2 breath. Stay with the music.
Here we go.
Breathing in, letting go. Letting go. Just let it go.
In! To— out to...
In-to-out-to-in-to-out-to—in-out-to-in-to-out-to-in-to-out-to-in-to- Aah.
In. Out. In. Out. In. Out.
In. Out. In. Out. And as the music picks up, so does your breath. Let your lungs become an instrument in This song. Doing great, keep on going. Stay focused on that breath. Stay with the music. You're almost there. Keep on going. May even be able to take bigger breaths, letting out a little bit more. Bigger breath in, bigger breath out. Just a few more breaths here. Good. Let's take one last big breath all the way in, gently holding at the top for just a moment. With a big long sigh, let this breath out.
Ah.
Holding at the bottom gently, letting the tension fall from your shoulders, letting your face relax, letting your jaw unclench, or just dropping into this breath Breath hold as gently as we can. Now eventually your body will give you a signal that you need to breathe. This is a good thing. Remind yourself right now, you are just surrounded by air, and it's right there whenever you need it. So I'm going to encourage you to push yourself a little bit past that comfort zone, a little bit past those warning signals that your body's sending you. And then when you really need to, just taking that sip in, letting it out, keep on holding, staying relaxed. Now here's the practice. We're actually welcoming discomfort in this moment because it gives us a chance to practice being relaxed even though we're experiencing discomfort. So as you're here holding You can repeat in your mind, even though I am experiencing discomfort, I can stay relaxed. Okay, we're gonna go right from this breath hold back into the 2-2 breath. You know what you're doing now. Follow along with music, have fun with it. Here we go.
3, 2, 1. 2, in. 2, out. 2, in. 2, out. 2, in.
2, out. 2, in. 2, out. Yes, just fall into the rhythm. Let your breath melt you into the vibrations. Okay, let's take a big breath in, all the way in, as we reach up into the sky. Big breath in, holding at the top, and just hold Hold here, reaching high. Stay with the music. Good. And then a long breath out. Ah, arms coming down. Right back into the 2-2 breath. Here we go.
Breathing in. In, two, out. In, two, out. In, two, out. In, two, out.
You got this. Keep on going. Keep on breathing like you mean it. These are the last few breaths. Whatever you got left, Here's your moment. Big breaths here. Good. And big full breath in, all the way in. Holding at the top for just a moment, gently holding here, full of breath. Then with a hiss, let out your breath so slow, shh, relaxing as you expel this air. Landing at the bottom, holding your breath here, letting your body go as deeply as you can— shoulders, face, jaw, belly, fingers, toes— letting gravity take full hold of you, pulling you into the earth. Staying with the vibration, staying with the music, staying with my voice here in this space that you've created within your mind. Letting your body know that the air is there whenever you need it. And we're welcoming the challenge, we're welcoming the opportunity to practice staying relaxed in uncomfortable moments. How How powerful is that? Have you ever met or been the person that when everything goes wrong, they or you can stay completely relaxed, just cool as a cucumber? How powerful is that when you see somebody do that? Everybody else is losing their mind, but they are just grounded and rooted. That is what we're practicing in this moment, staying rooted in the ground, relaxing into the earth, sinking into the earth. Even in uncomfortable situations, even when I am experiencing discomfort, I they can remain calm. You're doing great. We're going to keep doing this. We're going to keep holding for just a little bit longer. And really start to get a taste for that feeling of being rooted, of being grounded, of being just held by the earth. And you are there like a statue. And on the count of 3, we're going to take 3 big quick breaths in, holding at the top of the third, breathing in this energy, this grounded energy into our body. On 3.
1, 2, 3.
Big breath in and then let it out. In and out. And last big full breath in Inhaling, holding at the top of the breath, squeezing those pelvic floor muscles. That's the root, squeezing that root up higher. And there's actually a second lock behind your navel. You can gently squeeze your abs. It's moving higher. And then even one in your throat where you can tuck your chin down and back, moving this energy even higher. This powerful grounded energy raising up through your body.
Good.
And before you let this breath go, let this energy drop back down, relaxing your body, relaxing the throat, relaxing the belly, relaxing the pelvic floor. And then just a long, slow, gentle, loving sigh out. Just a— ah. And return a gentle breath. Remember that journal? I want you to see this journal in your mind now. You're sliding it back in front of you. See as many details as you can and open this journal back up and reread this question that you brought into this space, seeing each letter Seeing each stroke of the pen. Letters turn into words, words turn into sentences, big question mark at the end. And if it wants to change, let it change. Sometimes we come to these spaces and really the important things start to pop up a little bit easier. So now, as we're in We're in this space with this question in front of us. Let's just take a moment to sit with it, to feel it, and really just give an open space for answers to come through with no expectations, because the answer might not come up, and it might not come up as words. It might come up as sensations and feelings. These are actually even more powerful. So just sit with this question and let your mind circle around it. Let yourself ponder. What are you searching for? What are you searching for? What are you searching for, and how would it feel if you found it? If you had all the answers, if the thing you desire is there happening right now, how would that feel? As you gently start to return to your body, see yourself gathering up everything that you've seen, everything that you can take from this session, everything that's come up for you. We're gathering it up as we return to our body. As we gently wake from the dream.
Good.
And start fully returning to your body, fully returning to the space in this place. And eventually Opening your eyes, remembering where you are, coming back, coming back to the soma space with all your fellow breathers, everybody around the world here. We were all inhaling and exhaling and visualizing all together. How wild is that? So if anybody wants to share in the chat if they had any experience with getting some answers, very curious. Please let me know if this was able to give you some insight, and if you want to share some of that insight, would absolutely love to hear it. Thank you everybody for joining this session. I say this at all my sessions now, we're all very busy people, we're all running around the world doing our thing and there's not much time to fill our cup, but you found the time today to drop in with me, and you could have chosen to do anything, but you're here today. Thank you so much for showing up today. Thank you so much for showing up for your practice. Thank you, Claudia, for hosting this awesome session. Thank you, Monica, for running everything in the background for us. A real rock star, Monica. And thank you to Soma Breath for creating this awesome platform. And you know, we can all come together and breathe like this. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much. Look at all these. Uh, what is this? So much awesome feedback. With all, with all due respect, Uh, it's like you sounded like the voice of God, so gentle and solid. It flowed and it was like my conscious speaking to me. Yes, music and effects amazing. It is, it is like this higher version of yourself is able to speak into you. It's, um, you know, I, I, I had this great conversation about God because that can be an interesting word, right? And I know a lot of us have hang-ups about the word God. I know, I know I do. And, um, I was having this conversation with this close friend of mine, and he asked me like a what-if question. What if— it's kind of like a mental exercise— what if God was just your— the best version of you, of the, the highest version of yourself, if you were able to reach your fullest, amazing, most awesome potential ever, and that's the voice you're hearing, that's the voice you're praying to? I think that's very powerful, and I think in breathwork in this space, when we can drop in, we can start to hear that voice. I don't know, call it what you want it. And I know, like I said, of course it would be a hang-up to say you're hearing the voice of God, but if that's too much, what if you're just hearing the highest version of yourself? So thank you everybody for sharing this. Everybody's loving it. Thank you, thank you so much. Claudia, can I welcome you back into this space. I love— Dustin is the God.
Jenny says Dustin is the God. I told you guys, he can really bring you get very deep. He has that ability. That is why people really love his session. Uh, some people is asking about your Instagram account, Dustin. If you want to write down in the chat, if you have that Instagram account, you can follow him there. And also remember that you have the choice if you want to become an instructor or if you are navigating the course and you are from the US to be with him live in September in Austin in this in-person training that I completely, heartily recommend to everyone to go. This was an absolutely beautiful experience. To describe it is to limit it. Ooh, Ingrid, thank you. Zillion, Dustin. That's amazing. And I love— I just got with the first sentence that Dustin said in the session, like, everyone is always chasing someone. And I guess like, oh my God, that is already so deep. Like, yeah, like, why, why we do that? Why we always, you know, but it's true, right? So the awareness of at least being grounded, understanding and feeling what I really need to search today, maybe it's peace of mind, maybe it's just relaxation, maybe it's just, you know, be able to go to nature. But we are with this crazy world that we cannot not even see that. What we're searching. And sometimes we get confused about that and we're trying to search something that is not what we need. We have Jürgen. I hope that I say that correctly. Jürgen, I think. I don't know. Just please correct me if that's not— It's very—
well, it's not very close, to be honest. You just made my name into a German name. No, it's Dutch. It's Jürgen. But just call me Juri, whatever. I just want to thank everybody, Claudia and Dustin in particular, for this beautiful session. You know. I think it was very— you had a very soothing voice. It was very, you know, the right— in the right moments it was placed. It was very subtly placed with the music. Did you compose the music yourself?
No, this is all Soma Breath music. So Soma Breath provides us with a whole library of awesome music, and I just get to pick it and curate it. Beautiful.
Yeah, it's beautiful because I was looking at the app, uh, went to the Soma app and I was searching your name. And then it also comes up with all your sessions, which is amazing. So yeah, I love the, I love the, the Soul Map, to be honest. It's, it's great. I use it every day.
Yeah, yeah, it's awesome. Thank you. Thank you so much.
Yeah, thank you, my friend. Thank you for your sharing.
Amazing things. Yeah. By the way, I'm gonna drop my Instagram right now in the chat. If anybody wants to follow along. And yes, we have the, the instructor training coming up in Austin, September 19th and 20th. This is, uh, I think this is the 3rd or 4th one we're doing here in Austin. And I've worked with Mimi, another instructor here. I've worked with her for 5 or 6 years now. Um, but every training we do, I do together with her. And we have created such an amazing container for people to come and learn with us. And, um, I, man, I gotta tell you, I just love doing it. I love sharing this knowledge. I'm such a music geek. I'm such a breathwork geek. I could talk about it forever. And I see Chad's here. What's up, Chad? He was with us on the last one. Good to see you, brother. And it's so amazing to see all these people come in this space with the intention of learning how to guide breathwork. And they come in with all sorts of different levels of experience, but when they leave, they all leave rock stars. All of them. Every single person knows how to drop in and do this. And I've seen so many amazing sessions done by people doing it for the first time. And it's, you know, it's really— Soma Breath has a great methodology for learning this type of material. We know the most important stuff to get to and we know how to teach it. And it's just, it's so much fun. It's such a great weekend. I DJ the whole time. We bring the whole sound system. It's a party. We eat well. We high-five. Yes. So if you're in or around Austin, Texas, or want to fly from a different country, come on in September 19th and 20th. Yes.
So we already put that outside. Just go. Don't think too much because believe me, it will be a life change. It will be a life change for everyone who, who can really have that experience of being with people, just breathing together and having fun. It's just amazing. There are some people asking about the app, so about the session. You have all the replays in the app, so you need to be an app member. Monica is going to share with you guys the link to be a member in the app where you can search Dustin's sessions. If you want to get deeper with him, you just need to go to his sessions on the weekend— on the week. On the week, we have longer, deeper breathwork sessions where we can really put together more neurosomatic programming techniques, hypnosis, and movement as well on Wednesday. So if you want to get deeper, please be an app member, and then is when you can really get into that longer summer breath sessions. But again, this one on Sunday, you will have the replay in the app. So make sure that you are there. And there's some people saying like, I love the dancing. Yes, I love dancing too. And this is why I usually do that. So I loving. Thank you, Dustin. That was amazing, beautiful and relaxed. Your voice is amazing. Wish I can go. Don't wish, Diamond. Imagine yourself in that retreat. Imagine yourself in the training. I am going to go. Yes. I'm hoping to make it to Austin. Would love to meet other sommies. Yes, Sheila. I hope that you can go too. It will be amazing for you too.
If anybody is in or— Yes. If anybody's in or around Austin, I teach a regular class here at a place called Third Eye Meditation in Casa de Luz. It's also where we hold the instructor training because it's just such an amazing, cool space. But I'm there every Thursday at 7 PM. I hold a session here. So if you're in or around Austin, I'm here every week teaching breathwork, and we have a lot of fun in there too.
I love this feedback here. Says Carissa, says Carissa, I don't know, thankful for the session because before this I received bad news. But then Dustin said that the purpose of this practice is to become calm in uncomfortable situations. That is such a huge awareness, Carissa. This is something that I love about Summer Breath and how people, our instructors like Dustin, can really make you feel. We don't need to be happy every single time. It's just an illusion. It's exhausting to try to pursue that. To try to be happy at the same time. We just need to get grounded and aware of uncomfortable emotions sometimes to get bigger, grow, and to grow and to move forward, right? So thank you for that. I really love that feedback. I'm glad that you can now breathe in calm even through that struggle that you are living now. Wanda says, "Have a wonderful weekend, everyone. I want to go." Bye, Wanda. Anyone else who wants to share with Dustin live before we go, please click in the hand icon that you have down in the bar in Zoom, and I can open the microphone for you. This is your opportunity to talk to Dustin if you have any other questions, if you want to share something about this session. Please, we have a few minutes before we go, so just click the hand icon so I can see you and give you the mic. What else we have here? So many. I love it. Love it. Using the meditation with journaling. Great. I went and— ah, Tiffany says that she went to Austin probably. I went and it was amazing. I want to attend another BreathRay. So we have Priscilla here. Hello, darling. Nice to see you. Priscilla is also thinking about it. And I said, Priscilla, you have to go to Austin. Like I told her in the last mentorship call, Don't think anymore, right, Susila?
I think I have made the decision to go.
Yeah, I think, I think maybe I might have made a decision probably to go, maybe. That's good, that's a good step. I hope you can make it, it'll be really awesome if you do.
Sure, um, the air ticket has been purchased, I just got to do the rest of the, um, so I do look forward to meeting you in person. Oh, wonderful.
Amazing. Congratulations. I, I do. I look forward to— where are you coming from?
Sacramento, California. All right, Sacramento.
All right, awesome. September, it's really nice here too. We'll, we'll have a good time. So looking forward to it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Bring, bring some pistachios. I love pistachios. Yes. Okay.
Yes, not a problem. Yes. And Thank you for having me, and this is wonderful, very beautiful session. I am so grateful of it. And you did mention during this session that sometimes the awareness reveals in sensation. If the sensation comes during this session, if you're noticing that, what would you recommend as the next step to maybe further to reveal them to get a better clarity into what it is. All right.
So first thing I would say right off the bat, that's great. If it came up in sensation, that's what we want. Your body's attuning to whatever's coming up for you and that's the most important thing. I wouldn't really be concerned about what comes next. You're doing the right thing. You're already on track. Back. All I would say is whatever came up for you, feel into that. The rest will unfold naturally. Don't worry about what comes next. So just if you have, if you have some time to just sit and bring that feeling back up and just sit with it, maybe some more things will start to unfold, deeper feelings. But ask the question, why? Why am I feeling this? Like, where is it coming from? Where did it originate from? These kind of things. Just keep on sitting with it, pondering it, asking questions, giving it space to breathe and open up. But there's no real way to— there's no 5 steps to get all the answers to the question. It's just like, what is right now and how can we be present with it as it comes up? Does that help? Yes, it does. Thank you. Yeah, absolutely.
Absolutely. Thank you, Priscilla. And, uh, see you in Austin, of course. So absolutely, she is awesome. So you will rock it for sure. Thank you, Priscilla. Thank you, Claudia.
Thank you, thank you.
Okay, guys, so I, um, there, there's Ezra. That was amazing. Thank you. Fantastic voice. I'm looking to establish the difference between facilitator and Level 1. Yes. And then if you are in the US, go to, or even if you're anywhere, like you just go to Austin and you will have a lot of fun. I'm not going to Austin. I, no, no, I can't. I can't, but who knows, maybe sooner than later. I always say to Dustin, I would love to go to that part of the US. I've never been there. So I hope I will. And another person was asking about trainings in Latin America or the Caribbean? Not yet. I'm saying not yet. See, I am already manifesting. So I hope that one day we can share with you guys some training in South America. Okay, beautiful people. Dustin, last words before we go?
Just thank you. Thank you. Everything's been great. Everything's been wonderful in life, and it's because of being able to focus on my breath and Soma bringing this amazing practice to me and to everyone else and providing me a platform to share and have fun in this space. So I'm just feeling so much gratitude. And, uh, yeah, that's, that's pretty much it. Thank you everybody, and thank you Claudia for, for bringing us through this. And always love connecting with you, always love combining our energies together. It's so much fun. Yeah, it's so much— we make a great team. You should come to Austin.
Yeah, I know, I know. I will. I promise that this year is kind of difficult.
Yeah, I know. We'll get there. We'll get there.
We will get there for sure. But please, guys, again, I will not stop telling you that if you are, again, if you're already in the US, just go to this incredible in-person training because it's another high vibe experience. Okay. Okay. So Monica, thank you for being in the backstage as always. Thank you for your support, Monica. Rockstar. So thank you, and thank you everyone for being here today. Remember that tomorrow we have a session in the app. I can actually tell you who's going to be there tomorrow. Ah, I think we have this instructor here in the room. So tomorrow we have a session with Barry at 12 PM East. Then you have Kyle on Wednesday, and then me on Friday. So I will see you there. Let me just, maybe just see all the room together so I can see everyone in the— here we go. Yes, now I can see everyone. So let's have a beautiful heart. Let's click in the heart icon so we can send love to everyone. Thank you. Thank you again for being with us today in this Sunday session. Much love to you. Thank you, Dustin, again. Thank you, Monica. And thank you, Tribe. I love you from the bottom of my heart, and I will see you soon. Bye-bye!
