Breathe Together Sunday - Kiera - 31st May 2026 - 12PM ET

The live YouTube session, hosted by Claudia Solis and Piotr and led by breathwork instructor Keira, gathered a global community of participants for a Soma Breath practice themed around the Sagittarius full moon and the idea of “stepping into your light.” After a warm‑up where Claudia welcomed attendees from many countries and asked newcomers to identify their light, Keira introduced the session’s structure: an opening movement to intuitive music, three rounds of rhythmic breathing (nose‑in, mouth‑out) with diaphragmatic focus, followed by breath‑retention phases, bandha (Mula and Jalandhara) locks, and a final faster 2‑2 rhythm. Throughout, she emphasized listening to the body, expanding posture, and using breath to release self‑limiting patterns. Contraindications for breath holds (pregnancy, epilepsy, heart conditions, recent surgery) were listed. The session interwove prompts about authenticity, empowerment, and personal expression, encouraging participants to claim space, move freely, and embody their inner light. Community interaction was highlighted via chat comments, gratitude, and sharing of personal insights. The hosts promoted the Soma Breath app (free membership tier, paid content) and Keira’s social media handle “The Wild Rebirth.” The session concluded with gratitude, a reminder to continue practice, and an invitation to future live events.

Oscar.
Hola, Oscar, from Mexico. So yeah, this beautiful woman that I'm going to introduce right now, Keira, is going to be your guide. And believe me that she's an angel. So Keira, please let me just make you Now the star of the session. I will be with you guys in the chat if you have any questions, but now, Kira, the stage is yours.
Hello.
How am I meant to live up to that introduction? I promise you guys, I'm not a real angel. Welcome everyone. I have not done a live breathwork session on here, on a Breathe Together, for a little while. So I'm feeling a little bit rusty, so I hope it's going to be all right for you guys. But I know that the Soma Breath community are amazing, so I'm sure we can all hold each other through this process. I got really excited when I realized it was the Sagittarius full moon today because I actually put this theme together a while ago, and I'm like, how fitting, how fitting. Sagittarius full moon, all about expansion, truth, freedom, right? And stepping into your light. I saw some of your amazing comments like clarity, the core inside of you, your divine essence. Like, it's so beautiful to like hear the way that you're expressing that. And for me, like, my light is my authenticity. And a lot of the sessions I do, and if you've been to my sessions before, you'll know I do a lot of work around this and getting people to find their own unique voice, feel comfortable in their own skin, and step into their light, take up space. So many of us have spent too long trying to fit ourselves into little boxes, mold ourselves, dim our light, make ourselves more palatable for others. And so yes, a lot of my work tends to be around this. I also invite into the breathwork somatic work as well, because then it becomes an activation, right? When we bring it into the body, we start to really create those huge shifts. So you'll hear me through the breathwork giving you cues to take up more space. All right, show your body what feels like and allow yourself to radiate out. All right, now I'm not going to talk for too long because if you do know me, I can talk for England. Um, so I will try and wrap it up and not ramble for too long. Um, but today's session, we're going to start with some movement. Okay, we're using the track Free the Soul. For those of you that know it, it felt really fitting because let's be honest, that is exactly what we are doing today. We are freeing the soul. And then we're going to go into 3 rounds of breathing. Now, for those of you that have never done breathwork before, I think it was amazing when Claudia started saying, you know, is anyone new? Most people have been here before. The Soma Breath message is spreading far and wide. I love to see it. Um, but for those of you that haven't experienced it before, I am going to just talk you through the technique so you know what to expect. If you are a seasoned professional in the Soma Breath world, you will know what I'm talking about, but every instructor describes it a little bit differently. And so there's always— it's a bit like when you're on the airplane and they always try to make you watch that video, you know, and they're like You never know, every plane is different. It's the same with instructors. So you might get a little golden nugget from one of us that maybe you didn't get from someone else. So it is always worth listening to. Now at Summer Breath, we breathe in beats, we breathe in rhythms, and each round of breathing is comprised of 3 components. All right. So the rhythmical breathing. Which is in through your nose and out through your mouth. All right, so it's a little bit different to Conscious Connected Breathwork, which some of you may have done. If you are new to Soma Breath, we're not breathing in through the mouth and out through the mouth. We're using that amazing nitric oxide that we have in here, our own filter, okay, and creating that nourishing breath as we breathe. So breathing in and out. Now you want to make sure you're breathing diaphragmatically when you breathe, so we're going to do a quick breath test. And for those of you that have been here for years, how many breath tests do you reckon you've done? That's a quiz for you. So if we just take a moment, close down our eyes, place one hand on the stomach the other hand on the chest. Close down the eyes if you haven't already and just take a big welcoming breath in through the nose. Just breathe it in, notice how it feels today. Exhale, let it go. Now do it again and imagine you've got nostrils on your mid back. All right, imagine you're breathing in from there. You want to feel the ribs expanding, utilizing that diaphragm, stimulating that parasympathetic nervous system, taking your body into a calming response. At Soma Breath, we are all about calming and nourishing the body, so it's meant to feel good in your body. So let it feel good. All right. So we are breathing in through the nose, out through the mouth. You want the belly to rise first, the chest to follow. All right. Try to— I will try to remind you throughout to breathe like that. If you are someone that's always been a bit of a chest breather, which there's nothing wrong with, by the way, it's also the whole planet. So you're not broken. There's nothing wrong with you. Okay. It just means that you have been conditioned, like most of us have, to be in that high stress response quite a lot and breathe quite shallowly. All right. But when you breathe and your belly rises first, you're just going to notice this difference in the body. It's going to feel a lot more calming. All right. So there is no pause between your inhale and your exhale. So as soon as you inhale up to the top, you go straight back down with your exhale. When you get down to the bottom of that exhale, You got it. Straight back into the inhale. All right, after each round of rhythmical breathing, we will have a breath retention phase. So this means I'm going to guide you to take a deep breath in through your nose, and then we're going to let go of all of the air out through our mouth. Now, I always say to people, find your sweet spot. It's about 98% of the air. The reason I say this is because if I say 100 You will all do this, and then you'll be hating on me. You'll be trying to hold your breath going, I hate Kira, what's she doing to me? All right, it is meant to be a challenge. You are expanding that comfort zone, all right? But it's also not meant to torture you, all right? Take small sips of air in if you need at any point. So we're going to hold our breath for as long as we can after full exhalation. Take small sips if you need, straight back out. Hold your breath. You can take a few of those at any point. All right, listen to your body. Today is about stepping into your own light, and with that, it's also honoring your own needs, backing yourself, owning yourself. All right, so really listen into your body and understand what it's telling you throughout. Okay, if you need to take those small sips of air in, do. If you need to let go and go back to your natural breath, please do. All right, you're not in school, you don't need to listen to everything I say as gospel. All right, so everything I ask you to do is just an invitation. I am a guide. Okay, so listen to your body, that is the real, uh, teacher. Here. All right, hold your breath for as long as you can, little sips of air in if you need. Okay, and then when I guide you to do so, or if you need to beforehand, all right, we'll take a deep breath fully in through the nose, all the way in, up to the top. We're going to hold our breath at the top of the inhale. Okay, gentle squeeze of the pelvic floor, so activate your sphincter. Okay, the sphincter muscles. Imagine just holding that in. That's what we call a mula bandha lock. Okay, and then you're going to send the awareness up. So you're going to place the awareness on your midbrain and imagine this energy traveling up from the base of your spine all the way up through your body, up and out of the midbrain. And that's when we really step into our light. Right? You're going to feel it in your body. You're going to feel it rising, and then you're going to spread it out, share it with the world. Okay? And then you're going to release, sigh, and let go. If you don't remember that, please don't worry. I will guide you at every single point. Just remember to breathe. Okay? It's part of the process. So breathe in through the nose, out through the mouth. No pause. Breath hold on the exhale, breath hold on the inhale. All right, now there are some contraindications. The rhythmical breathing is okay for everyone. All right, we are going to do some slightly faster breathing at the end, which is a 2-2 rhythm for a short period of time. If that feels too much in your body, please honor again your body's rhythm. Listen to it, focus on the rhythm, not the depth. You're in control. Okay, you're in control. But if you are any of these, or if you have any of these, please do not do the breath holds. So pregnancy, epilepsy, so seizures, any serious heart conditions. Okay, so kind of pacemaker, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent heart attack, any kind of recent surgeries, or any severe critical conditions. All right. Apart from that, all of you should be absolutely fine.
Listen to your body.
Let it lead. It is so innately wise. Let yourself take up space today. All right. There's not many places we feel that we can. So hopefully if you're in the comfort of your own home, let's spread those wings and let's fly. All right. So we're going to get started with some music first of all. So I want you up on your feet if you are able. If not, do not worry, you can sit down, you can lie down. We're just going to bring some movement into the body. Now, if you know me, you will know I always encourage intuitive movement, all right? Because this is the way that we really start to honor the body's knowledge. It knows how it wants to move.
Let it lead.
All right, so let's go up on the feet and let's start to bring some movement gently in. Maybe we're starting with just a little bit of shaking just to bring some awareness into the body.
Oh, this feels good.
Let it feel good. Let the body feel good. Let's start to take it up. How does your body want to move?
Blossom, move, shake, let's dance.
If there's an area of your body that's not moving Maybe give it some awareness.
Tune in.
Notice how it wants to move.
Maybe it's the knee.
You kind of forgot about it. See how that wants to lead.
Maybe it's the hips.
Did you know that the way that we move is a reflection of the way that we move through life? Where are you restricted?
Are you someone that flows? Are you someone that likes structure?
Maybe you're more of a choreographed dance routine kind of person.
Dance, move.
Shake.
Let's go.
Every human tune into a different area of your body now.
Life.
How does that want to move?
More than happiness.
Maybe it's the little toe.
Descendants.
The soul. Maybe it's the knee.
It's time. Maybe it's the finger to become timeless. Maybe it's the arm to free the trapped spirit.
Allowing the heart to take up space.
We have the devices that we can see, and now we can tune in through our consciousness coming from the wisdom.
We're also doing some powerful manifestation today on the Sagittarius full moon.
Free all our activation to the universe.
Encrypted in our codes, genes, generical codes.
Don't worry about how it looks. Let's stop performing.
Let's make it weird.
Time for the soul to appear, because that is what remains.
Is your strength.
Genes have been liberated.
It's your uniqueness.
Encrypted proteins, metabolisms through ages. Now we have the consciousness, the perception, the neurology to free them all.
With that, okay, in the moment, keep dancing, keep going.
In the moment past the paradox, in the moment wherein bliss suddenly is able to free itself like a bird out of the egg.
Free yourself like a bird.
Let it go.
Be there.
Be a witness.
Yes, because thou art Maybe your body wants to do something really weird, like my arms are right now, but it feels good, so I'm doing it. I'm moving it.
Bam!
Let yourself take up space in your room. Let yourself take up space in your life. Show the universe what it feels like to expand. Can you be bigger? Wider stance, bigger energy. What does freedom feel like in your body? Let's start to gently bring it down. Take a deep breath fully in and a long breath fully out. Deep breath, fully in, and a long breath, fully out.
And just for a moment, just stand or sit with your feet planted firmly on the ground. Feel the earth support. Feel that connection to your body, maybe the heat, sweat. Take a deep breath in through your nose and a long breath out through your mouth.
Ah. And let's start to Bring ourselves down. How is everyone feeling?
Oh, I am definitely hot and spicy, so you might be feeling that too. Take a moment if you need to have a little sip of water before we get started. Awesome, thank you for that. You are welcome. Thank your body for that. It is not me, it is all you. So let me make sure I've got my audio on the right setting so you can hear all my breathing. All right, and if you want to find a space for today's meditation, you can either do this sitting up with your back straight if you are comfortable with meditation or you can do it lying down with your arms by your side, okay? Somewhere you won't be disturbed. If you have headphones, I would recommend grabbing them at this point. All right? Let yourself be fully immersed in the Soma Breath soundscapes. If you know, you know, the music is incredible. So let yourself be fully immersed. All right? So finding your spaces. It's called Free the Soul, S, Free the Soul. You can find it on Bigg in the high activation dance music. All right, so let's find your spaces wherever that's going to be today. Let yourself arrive. Really take that moment, maybe take a really deep breath and just land in that body, honoring this time for yourself, honoring this moment. And if you haven't already, let's close down the eyes, just settling in.
Body, into your breath. Let your breath be natural, just let it flow freely, just starting to notice what it feels like to be present.
Just allowing the world to slow down and just connecting in.
There seems to be this collective shift happening at the moment, and it's this move towards authenticity in a world full of AI.
There is this real pull to be more real, more expressed, more aligned with who we really are instead of who we were told to be. This beautiful human movement, remembering, it's a desire for what is real, felt.
And courageously human.
And so this time seems to be asking a question: are you willing to be more of yourself? Are you willing to step into your light?
Are you willing to be seen?
How are you showing up in your life right now? Where do you feel open, aligned, expressed?
And where do you feel like you're holding back? Where are you dimming, shrinking? Just bringing that awareness into the body.
Now, what happens when you consider stepping more into your light? Just imagine that for a moment. Does your body open or does it contract? Do you feel expansion? Do you feel resistance?
Just sit with it. Be with it. What would it feel like to take up a little bit more space right now?
Notice how your posture shifts as soon as I say that. Spine long, jaw soft, shoulders relaxed, firm yet grounded.
As we breathe today, we're going to invite that expansion into the body.
We're going to breathe in that light and start to open the body.
True freedom to express the truth within.
So we're breathing in a 4-4 rhythm.
In through the nose, out through the mouth. No pause between your inhale and your exhale.
Let your breath be steady.
Stay with your body, not with your thoughts.
Feel into your physical experience.
Notice how your breath is landing, how it's moving.
Take a moment to greet your breath, welcome it in.
Let it help you to surrender to presence. Let it help you to shut down the noise of the world. Dropping the shoulders, relaxing the jaw. True surrender with this moment to simply be. And as you breathe, ask yourself, where in your lives are you already showing up fully as you? Where do you feel most natural, most open, most inspired? Tune in. Feel it. Let it move through you.
And where are you dimming your light without even realizing it?
Or maybe you are. Where are you holding back your voice? Where are you making yourself smaller?
4 in, 2, 3, 4 out.
Just notice what comes up. 4 in, notice what you feel in your body.
4 out.
When you acknowledge these two truths, what it feels like to be expansive, what it feels like to be restricted. Does your breath change? Does your body soften? Let's start to expand that awareness. Breathe in that light, that connection to self. Exhale, release, soften.
Breathe.
What would it feel like to start expressing yourself more, even slightly? How would your body move?
How would it expand?
What would it feel like to be 5% more visible in your life?
Except Accepted for who you are, owning your truth. And let your posture respond to these questions. Let the body lead. Spine lengthens, breath opens, body becomes more spacious, letting go of any hiding, letting go of shrinking, letting go of hesitation, stepping towards freedom. Keep breathing, we're getting close to that first breath hold. Take it a little bit deeper with the breath if it feels good. Listen to your body, you're in control. Let's get ready to hold our breath. Take a deep breath fully in through your nose.
Breathe it all the way in, up to the top.
Hold just for a moment, and then release it slowly out through your mouth, through pursed lips.
Just release that air out.
And after full exhalation, when you find that sweet spot, hold your breath. If you're sitting up and it feels good for you, you can dip your chin to your chest, creating that Jalandhara Bandha, acting— activating that neck lock. Stopping that pressure from rising up, bringing yourself into your internal realm.
Hold. Pause. Notice. Where do Do you feel even a small sense of openness? Take a small sip of air in at any point if you need it. Quick. Listen to your body. Step into your light. Step into your truth.
Honor your own needs.
See if you can push past that comfort zone, knowing that the magic is just through that other side. Keep going. It's time to set yourself free. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
Take a deep breath fully in through your nose.
Breathe it all the way in, up to the top.
Hold your breath at the top of the inhale. Gentle squeeze of your pelvic floor. Place the awareness on the midbrain, send the energy all the way up from the base of the spine.
If the arms want to move, move. What does freedom feel like? How does your light want to be expressed? Heart.
Send it up.
Send it out and then release with a sigh. Ah, ah, how good does it feel to be free? Take a deep breath fully in. Hold your breath at the top of the inhale and scrunch your fists, scrunch your forehead, bring your shoulders up to the ears. Create some tension, create some restriction. Imagine you're in that box that you've created caged yourself in.
And then as we sigh, we're gonna break free from the box and open the body.
Ah, break free! Let's get ready to breathe. In for 4. Out for 4. Let's take it deeper.
Same rhythm, slightly more energy. There is this beautiful collective movement towards authenticity, this return to being real, a desire to be seen as we are.
So let's bring that into the body. Where are you still holding back your expression?
Where are you waiting for permission?
Permission to be more of yourself?
Where are shrinking you to stay safe.
3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4.
Let it go. What would it feel like to stop holding yourself back?
What would it feel like to trust your voice?
What would it feel like to allow yourself to be seen?
Let your breath respond, let your body respond, chest open. Spine long, face soft, energy lifted. With each breath, allow yourself to take up more space in your body, releasing anything holding you back. Anything holding you back from shining your light, let it go. It's time to step fully in. Releasing that fear of visibility, releasing any self-doubt, releasing any contraction, any hesitation. Breath-led, body-led. I encourage you now to take up more space in whatever way feels feels true for you. Maybe that's a deeper breath. Maybe that's a wider chest. Maybe that's a taller spine. Maybe it's a flowing arm.
Breathe.
Right. Expand.
Grow.
Shift. Transform.
Breathe.
What does it feel like to be fully you? Maybe you have tastes of this at certain points in your life. The friends that get you. The relationships that see you, the connections that allow you to show up just as you are. But maybe there are some areas still of restriction where you're not fully owning who you are. You're not giving yourself that chance to be witnessed, in your life.
Breathe.
Take up more space. Open the arms, plant the feet. What does flow feel like in your body?
Aah! 2, 3, 4.
Now take a deep breath fully in and hold at the top, this time for 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Release it slowly. Release the need to be anyone but yourself. Tune into your heart space. Feel that light emanating through you. Strength, your power, your compassion, your weirdness, your worthiness, all of the truth that lies within your very essence. Let this light guide you. Let it show you the way. Take a small recovery sip at any point if you need it. Hold your breath. Notice what is softening. Notice what is opening. Notice what is changing. Push past that comfort zone. You're ready for more.
Feel it.
5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Take a deep breath fully in through through your nose. Breathe it all the way in, up to the top. Hold your breath at the top of the inhale. Gentle squeeze of your pelvic floor. Place the awareness on the midbrain. Send the energy up from the base of the spine. Feel it moving through your body.
Become that pillar of light.
Feel it resonating up through the sacral, the solar plexus.
Feel the spine lengthening as it moves. Feel it moving through the heart space, opening up the throat, activating the third eye, and send it all the way up.
Take up space. Step into your light, step into your radiance, and share it with the world. And then release it with a sigh.
Ah.
Now we're going to take a deep breath into together.
And we're going to release with a tone that feels true for you. You might want to do this a few times to feel into the tone that really sits within your heart.
Breathe in.
Ooh.
Doesn't need to sound good, just needs to feel good.
We're not performing anymore, we're just being.
So let's get ready to breathe, starting with a 4/4 rhythm and then switching to a 2/2, starting to build up this energy for the final round.
In, breathe, 3, 4.
The energy is lifting here. This is embodiment, not awareness. Not release. This is becoming. Same rhythm, more space, more presence, more expression. How does the version of you that is fully expressed breathe? How do they sit? How do they lie in their body? How do they take up space? How do they move through life? This is not outside of you, this is inside of you. A remembering, a returning. When you were a child, you allowed yourself to express. So tune into that playfulness. Maybe your body wants to move in a weird way. Maybe your breath wants to Make a weird sound. Let it be. Let your body mirror that fullest expression of you. Feel your posture shift as you expand. Feel the spine lengthening. How does the version of you that is fully expressed. Breathe. Chest open, shoulders relaxed, face softens, energy expands.
In 2, 3, 4. Out 2, 3, 4. In 2, 3, 4.
You are safe to be Let yourself be more visible to yourself.
Let's get ready to go a little bit faster with that breath, really bringing in that light now. So start to charge it up. Imagine that pillar of light within you. Every breath lightens. Every breath expands. Feel it moving. Feel it pulsing. Feel it dancing. Let it free your body. Let it free your soul.
Keep breathing.
What would you do differently if you fully trusted yourself?
How would you speak?
How would you show up?
How would you move through each day?
Allow yourself to take up that space with ease. Trust your own unique expression. Step fully into your light.
Claim your space.
Stay open, stay present. Imagine that light dancing through every cell, every vein, every fiber of your being, alive. Your light, your expression. Your truth, your freedom. Take up space, take up more space. Keep breathing. You've got this. How would you live each day? What would you do?
How would your relationships evolve?
How would your work change. When you are fully you, you give the world permission to do the same, to take up more space. Let's get ready to go into that breath. Take a deep breath fully in through your nose.
Breathe it all the way in, up to the top. Hold at the top. Feel the light that you've cultivated. Feel the heat in the body. Just hold it for a moment. Feel your power. And then release it slowly out through your mouth, through pursed lips. Let yourself surrender. Surrender one last time for today. Just notice yourself now. Notice your body. Notice the expansion. Notice the peace, the peace that comes from taking up more room in your body, in your home, in your life. Tuning into that blissful state Letting it carry you through. Take a small recovery sip in if you need at any point. See if you can push past your comfort zone today, even 5% more. Give yourself permission to shine. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. 3, 2, 1. Take a deep breath fully in through your nose. Breathe it all the way in, up to the top. Hold your breath at the top of the inhale. Gentle squeeze of your pelvic floor. Send the energy all the way up and out of the midbrain. And then release with a sigh. Just notice yourself now. Not who you were at the beginning, but who you are right now. What has shifted in your breath, in your posture, in your energy, in your mindset? Feel what it would be like to move through your life like this. Open. Breast, light, unapologetically you. How would you speak? How would you walk into a room? How would you show up in your relationships? Not performance. Just alignment. Let your breath slowly return to its natural rhythm. Let your body settle. Let everything soften. Something is different. Not because you changed, but because you allowed yourself to be seen by yourself. Your light is not something outside of you, it is something inside of you that you return to, something you embody. So as you move forward from today, ask yourself, how would it feel to carry this version of you into the next week? And lead from there. And let's start to slowly bring some movement back into the body, some gentle wiggles, some rolls, some stretches, whatever feels good for you in this moment.
Some deep grounding, cleansing breaths Breathing in through your nose, out through your mouth, feeling your feet on the ground beneath you, feeling that expansion in your body, maybe bringing a smile to the face if it feels true. Taking a moment to give thanks to the breath, a moment to give thanks to the body, a moment to give thanks to the practice, but most of all, as I always like to say, a moment to give thanks to yourself.
You are amazing. Step into your light.
Thank you so much for breathing with me today. It's so nice to be back, um, and I really, really hope that you can feel that expansion in your body.
Ahan in your mind.
The music track was Etheric Fields, and I cut one of the rounds.
It's a beautiful track, and it's quite new.
It is absolutely magical. Ah, thank you so much, everyone. Um, thank you so much for breathing. The energy was Really intense actually today. I can feel a lot of heat in my body. Ah, thank you for your wonderful comments, everyone. Ah, beautiful. Let's see if—
here I am. It's me this time, although it could be—
you've changed, you've shape-shifted.
We've shape-shifted. We decided to become the light together and just tune into the light.
Here I was I was going to say maybe that Claudia, her fullest expression is actually Piotr.
Absolutely, yes. We are both, I mean, me and her, as so many of you know, we're both hosts for Sound Hebraic together. And it was a pleasure to walk into the middle of your session and now be here at the end and hear and listen as well to your beautiful guidance as always. 'cause I was like, I cannot miss this session myself. I so wanted to be at the very start, but unfortunately I was stuck somewhere, but here I am. And of course it was beautiful. So right now, if some of you don't know, my name is Piotr. I also host the Sunday Beat Together. But for now, and in this moment, I'm just gonna go through the chat because there's so many beautiful comments that have been added to the chat for the session. And I myself cannot wait to do this as a replay because the replays are available in the app, in the Soamrath app. So let me just go through the comments in the chat. Thank you, Keira. So connected. Thanks. Thank you. Blessings. You're an awesome guide. Thank you, Keira and all. Thanks. Lovely. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. So beautiful from Larissa. Thank you. Wonderful. Nice. And thank you. I needed that so much. Thank you. That was beautiful. That was beautiful. And just more and more love is pouring through the chat. 'Your speaking is beautiful' from Dana. And Jennifer mentioned that was so very lovely. Thank you very much. And of course, Keira, in this moment as well, if there's anything that you would like to share as well with the community after this session, what should people do, how they should continue stepping into the light, into your light without dimming anymore, right? Because I'm a full advocate of not dimming the light. Over. Done and dusted. Over.
Take up space. It is a practice, and honestly, one of the best things— if you follow me, you'll know I do a lot of dancing and a lot of moving. I like to move my body. It's literally the best thing that we can do to show our body that it's safe to express. So honestly, my advice would be go and put on a really good dance track and go and move, and move as the new but actually old the actual foundational you. All right, let your body lead, let it move through you, and just show your body that it's safe to take up space. That's what I would recommend.
Beautiful. And now, Kira also in the name has her, um, handle, her social media handle. And let me just read out this beautiful post, just a small piece of the post that she posted there recently. And I, I'm a follower of her work and how she shows up through her light and through her honesty and authenticity as well. And in this post she mentions, my body loves me and I was trying to communicate, I just wasn't listening. My whole work now is around getting people to tune back into the body, understanding the nervous system and how it holds everything we have not allowed ourselves to process. And as we unravel and let the body's intelligence lead, we find truth. We find freedom. We find connection. Connection to ourselves, to others, to nature, to life. We get to choose this path. Are you going to hold all that pain in your body forever, or are you ready to find the real you?
Thank you. That was posted this morning with my little rambles.
I love the little, the little rambles are the most authentic ones that when you pour them out and again through social media, you're able to actually pour out and stand in your fullest authentic power and you do that so beautifully. So if any of you are on social media, Instagram, follow The Wild Rebirth and you'll have more of Keira.
Yeah. Thank you so much. Yeah. It's all of my work is around this because as a lot of you know, I have an autoimmune condition.
And my body screamed at me.
So I basically spend all my life trying to get other people, just listen, listen, it talks to you all the time.
And this is also a beautiful moment for any of you that would like to share the stage with us, with Keira, and ask her a question, maybe share the journey that you've been through in this session, or maybe something that, you know, is very authentic, truthful to you that you want to share and take the mic from us and just have this moment. With Keira and just express how you're feeling right now. Maybe after this session, are you elevated? Are you more truthful to yourself? Can you see the light? Have you acknowledged the dimming of your own light? Because I do believe as well that if we acknowledge and accept that there are moments in life where we dim the light, then we can truly embrace and stand in our fullest power. And that light just radiates, right? It just becomes and expansion.
It's a beautiful journey.
It is a beautiful journey to unfurl and unravel.
Absolutely. So I don't see anyone. If you, by the way, you can of course use the reaction buttons, you can raise your hand. And in the meantime, for anyone that is watching the replay and you don't have access to the chat, let me just read out here from Jessica. I'm ready to let my light shine. An angelic voice indeed. When you encouraged us to make an 'ah' from Tiffany, singing sound loud, sighing it out loud, and said it doesn't have to sound good, you don't have to perform anymore, I smiled and I got chills on my legs. Yeah, beautiful. Brett, I see you have your hand up, so let me just unmute you and sharing the stage, sharing the mic with you, friend. Here we go.
Yeah. Thank you. And thank you, Kir. I really comment that two things is that the movement at the beginning, really, you helped me understand how to kind of bring it to the next level.
It was—
I've done, you know, a fair amount of movement, but it really helped me understand, you know, stepping into— I just kind of expected to, you know, kind of shake off the cobwebs. And you helped me, like, recognize me. And then the third round, um, for me, and, um, you know, I was thirsty for a fourth and a fifth, but the third round, you did a great job guiding and building that intensity from rounds 1, 2, 3. And, you know, it was— I just wanted to compliment and thank you. So I look forward to watching the, you know, the, the film or the tape, whatever. So thank you so much.
Thank you so much for sharing. And it feels nice, doesn't it, to just take up space in your body and actually when you start to think about how restricting your movements are, it's like me, I don't really move my hips very much. It shows that I don't have a defined root, right? It's such an amazing expression. So I encourage all of you to start actually witnessing your movement and noticing what it's telling you about your life. Thank you so much, Brett, for sharing.
Thank you so much, we appreciate it. Some of you have asked in the chat as well, where can we find the replay? All the replays are in in the Summer Breath app. Monica, hello my dear Monica, can you please share with us, uh, and share in the chat as well how people can access the Summer Breath app? Uh, feel free to join the app and then you have sessions on Monday and Friday to breathe together and then to move together on Wednesday and many more things that are happening in the Summer Breath app. And somebody asks again about, uh, reminding how to find you on social media, The Wild Rebirth. So maybe, Kira, if you want to just put that into the chat as well, it would be great for people to straight away connect with you and have access to your beautiful and incredible services, offerings, and everything that you do on social media.
Ah, thank you.
Now, Gianna, I see you have your hand up as well. Hello, hello, welcome, my friend. I'm going to put you as well here with us on stage. We just love sharing stages. Here we go. Now the mic is yours.
Okay.
Hi, Kira. Thank you so much. It's always great to have you. The third round, I got very cold and almost like so still I couldn't move. And it actually felt freeing in a way. I don't know what that was about. But in the where I play small, I noticed, and I could think, like, situations in life. But the truth is I play small with my joy. Like, I can feel so joyful walking the property with my dogs, and then immediately I'll think of something to stop it. So thank you for that. That's a great noticing to be aware of my posture when I'm walking and to just really be aware of there's so much possibility for joy out there. I mean, there's so much joy in life. It's like it's everywhere. And I'm stingy with it. I'm just so stingy with my joy and I'm contracted. Used to be, not anymore. Yeah, I'm sorry about that, phone's ringing.
You definitely need to spread your joy because even now I can look at everyone's smiles and it's so infectious because you are radiating that out and we are all catching that. So yeah, spread it far and wide.
Thank you, thank you, thank you so much. The most beautiful gift you can give yourself your future and past self is to bring joy in every single thing that you do from now onwards. Yeah, from now onwards. Thank you, Jenna, for being with us. Appreciate you. And we have Laurie as well. Laurie, I'm going to unmute you now and sharing the stage with you. The mic is yours, my friend.
So I just wanted to say thank you so much. I, um, I don't usually talk on here, but I have recently, very recently, just sort of joined the dating world, and I realized through this meditation today how what was happening— I was making myself small to try to be what somebody else might want me to be. Um, and I realized that I don't have to do that. I can just be me, and whatever that invites is what it's supposed to be. So I just really want to thank you so much for that today.
Thank yourself firstly for showing up and also speaking. And also, yeah, the masks can only stay up for so long. So if we date and we meet people when we're making ourselves smaller and more palatable, they don't tend to be long-lasting relationships because at some point the mask will slip and you've fallen in love as someone else. So let yourself shine.
Beautiful, Laurie. That message really resonated with me as well, where you, you kind of forget about your own light and you start dimming your light so that others can feel comfortable around you. And it's not about making other people feel comfortable. You are stepping into your fullest power as you, and that smile that you have right now, bring that to every single date and bring that to the mirror because you'll be datin' that person in the mirror. Thank you so much for sharing. Appreciate it so much. Kira, any final words as we're about to wrap up this incredible Sunday Breathe Together session, which I'm going to do tomorrow morning as a replay in the app?
No, I don't think so. Thank you so much for joining me. If you want to find me on social media, you can. Um, most of my work is around this type of thing. Um, I basically am a bit of an empowerment, uh, instructor, and I just really like to help people to step into their light and claim their power. So if you've taken anything from today, move your posture, take up more space and just allow yourself to express. Because trust me, you will notice that the whole world mirrors you as soon as you do. The friendships get better, the relationships get better, the work gets better, because everything is about you and how much you love yourself, how much you can own who you are. That shows the rest of the world how to interact with you. So love yourself, take that journey into your fullest expression, let yourself do it in your room, then take it out into the street, and then before you know it, you can just shine that light everywhere. But yeah, go and move, put some dance music on and shake it out.
So beautiful. I could listen to you all the time. I'm just mesmerized by every— and everyone else is nodding as well as the chat. I'm like, yeah. I'm just like waiting for your podcast episode. I just basically came up with this idea, just planting seeds there. I'm like, yeah, I'm just waiting for that podcast episode to be launched. What an absolute joy and pleasure it was to be with you and with the entire community. So much great workers, light, changemakers, all of you that are coming to our Sunday Beat togethers. We celebrate you, we salute you, we thank Monica in the back of house. We have Claudia still here, just like, yeah, Basically, Claudia Solis, Jyotsna Chippiote.
Get her to the airport.
Exactly. We're signing off now and we just sending you so many hugs and love here. We shall meet in person for sure soon, soon, soon. Much love to the whole community. So much breath. Keep breathing, keep showing up. You're showing up for yourself. And remember, step into your light, your light. Take up space and dance and move the body. Dance and move the body.
