Breathe Together Sunday - Nigel - 19th April 2026 - 12PM ET

The live YouTube session, hosted by Piotr Ciepiel and led by somatic master Nigel McCollin, guides participants through a Soma Breath (Summer Breath) practice called “Connected Breath, Returning to You.” The session begins with community check‑ins, then introduces the core breathing technique: diaphragmatic 4‑in/4‑out rhythm, followed by exhale‑hold (out‑retention) and inhale‑hold (in‑retention) with pelvic‑floor (Mula Bandha) engagement. Safety contraindications for breath retentions are listed. A movement/shaking segment is used to release stagnant energy before returning to seated breathwork. Nigel leads a guided meditation that asks participants to notice where they carry emotional weight, to observe the breath as a compass, and to contemplate “Who could you be without your concerns?” The session ends with a final retention, a closing integration, and community sharing. Throughout, Piotr promotes the 21‑Day Awakening Journey (a 60 %‑off program) and upcoming instructor trainings in Barcelona and London, while acknowledging participant experiences and encouraging ongoing practice.

And hello, hello! Welcome everyone to our Sunday Soma Breath together session. Welcome, welcome to every single person that has decided to join us. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. My name is Piotr Ciepiel, somatic master, transformational coach, well-being specialist, and your host. I'm so glad, always so grateful to be here with you, to share the room with you, the Zoom room, the YouTube room with you, because it's always a beautiful moment to come together, to be that tribe, to be that in that sensation, in that feeling that you are connected with me, I am connected with you, and everyone here is together to breathe, to move, to be. I am tuning in, breathing in from Ireland, the Republic of Ireland. So please, right now in the chat, because I want to keep this short and sweet, put into the chat where are you breathing in from today on this special occasion, Sunday Breathe Together with Soma Breath. And let me look at the chat. I also quickly had a look who is with us today. So many of you are people that are coming back, instructors, newbies, but also so many of you are advanced coming to every single Sunday Breathe Together also in the app. And it's always so nice to see all of you, every single person that is joining. So we have United States, welcome, welcome, tribe. My first Breathe Together Sunday, welcome Anita, uh, we're so happy. We're so happy that we're doing this and we're so happy that you are joining. So Anita, welcome. All to all the newbies, welcome. It is a privilege to have you here with us during the Sunday Breathe together. Um, hello Jessica, good morning from Washington State, much love and gratitude. Hello from Canada. We of course have Nigel in the house as well. He will be the guide today. Our somatic transformational coach and trainer will be with you, um, guiding his session for you all today, but let me just read out a couple of other countries. We have the Netherlands, we have more and more people from the States, Costa Rica, Tampa, Florida, amazing, Finland, all of you, welcome. And on a scale, because we want to be sure where we are currently in this moment, and we use this scale from 0 to 10, 11, some of you can add can type in 11 if you're feeling already on that high vibrational state plane. So 0 is basically I'm not feeling well, I really need a bit of a breathwork, Soma Breath session style, so that it will lift me up and elevate my level of vibrational energy. So that's a 0 and a 1 when you're not feeling too well, just tap into the sensations in your body, how you currently are, and then of course that 8, 9, 10, 11 is high vibrating already. So let us all know in the chat as well, how are you feeling? What state are you currently representing? Emotional state, of course. Yes, you've got 7, you've got 6, 7, 6, 5s. Amazing. And it's so important to know where you are now so that the journey and this community will help you. Hopefully 99.999% chance that it will elevate that state and bring that number to a higher number. So if you're a 7, hopefully you'll be an 8 or a 9. If you're a 4, hopefully you'll be a 6, 7. And it's so important to know as well that sessions like this, community like this, breathwork, movement, shaking— because I know Nigel has a bit of shaking prepared for you today— will help you move from that state so that the mind-body energy connection can be real. Awesome. Okay. Thank you all so much for putting all your comments in the chat. I'll be monitoring the chat. We have, of course, Monica with us as well. Hello, Monica. We are always so happy to have you with us. So she'll be also sharing some of the links because we have great promotion for the 21-Day Awakening Journey, but we're not going to talk about it right now. Stay with us till the very end because there's something brand new launched in the 21-Day Awakening Course, and I cannot wait to talk to you about this, but this will happen after this session. So today's session is the Connected Breath, Returning to You. And if you really can feel into this question that I'm about to ask, when was the last time you truly felt you, yourself? When was the last time beneath all the noise, the pressure, the constant doing— when was the last time? Because in today's session, Nigel McCollin, our somatic master transformational coach and trainer, he will be guiding you through waves of breath, the rhythm waiting underneath all that noise, deep, the depth of it all. And it's so important to understand that the body, the mind, and the energy can work as one, and we can finally let go of anything that doesn't serve the mind, so it doesn't serve you as a whole being. So this is the invitation. Without further ado, are we all excited? You can use the reaction buttons, send hearts, send party emojis, all that you want to send. You can high-five the screen as well, because it's so amazing to have with me and with all of you today Niraj Nigel McCollin, who I'm right now bringing onto the stage. Nigel, the floor is yours.
Thank you, Piotr. And yeah, welcome everyone to Summer Breath Breathe Together Sunday. Again, really excited to be here. Love the Sundays. I'm going to go through like basics of the Summer Breath technique, make sure you're all comfortable with that. And then we'll get up and do some movement, some shaking, and then we'll get back down into sitting or lying down for the breathwork itself. Okay, so breathing in a rhythm is one of the big components of Summer Breath. So in Summer Breath, we breathe in through our nose and out through your mouth. And if you're not aware of the technique, then we encourage diaphragmatic breathing, which just basically means when you take that breath in, direct that, that down low into your belly. So imagine you're filling up a balloon that is in your belly. Imagine you've got nostrils in your lower back breathing into, imagine that you are expanding into the pelvis. So not forcing that, but enough to then feel your ribs opening out and then closing. So let's not have the breath going up into the chest, direct it down low into the, into the lower part of the abdomen, then into the rib cage. So that is the breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth phase. We usually do this for about 4 or 5 minutes. And in Summer Breath, we have different ratios of the breath. And what that basically means is we can have an inhale for 2 and an exhale for 4, or inhale for 4 and exhale for 4. So today, the rounds are going to be 3, and it's going to be in for 4 and out for 4. Nice and simple. It's a balanced breath. It's very coherent. It'll put you into that flow state. Nothing intense. It's just a consistent 4-4 all the way through. Great music attached to that as well, as usual, Summer Breath. Niraj Naik Naik, our founder, used to be a DJ in his spare time as well as being a pharmacist. He creates this amazing music to go along with the breath as well. So we're going to have that music playing in the background with the rhythm and the beat to help you get into that flow state. So breathing in a rhythm, in through the nose, out through the mouth, the diaphragmatic expansion. And then after that first phase of rhythmic breathing, I'll guide you. So again, everything is guided. Take a full breath in. Then we'll breathe out, and you're going to exhale to a point where you feel that you can now comfortably hold your breath. So basically closing off. If you were sitting, you might want to drop your chin to your chest. If you're lying down, just stay as you are. But we're now holding our breath on an exhalation. So you're holding your breath on what we call an out retention. So holding your breath there, if you're experiencing summer breath, that will be quite, quite easy for you to kind of progress and hold your breath for a bit longer. If you're new to Summer Breath, you've not done this before, then at some point you're going to feel the urge to breathe gets quite strong. Just delay that for a few seconds, and then we can't hold your breath any longer, a quick sip of air into your nose like you were sniffing, and then breathe out and return back into that place of calmness and stillness once again, holding your breath. Now you might take more than one of those recovery breaths, as we call them, but that's up to you. Stay with it, just keep topping if you need to, but remember, any point you can actually go back to your own rhythm, your own pace, if you need to, if you feel that is too much of an overwhelm. So after that second phase of holding our breath on an exhalation, we then take a full breath in, and this time we don't let go of the breath, we hold on to it. This is the inhale retention. We're holding on to that breath Relax your body, but you'll feel that you're quite full with the air in your lungs. And when we're holding our breath on the inhale, we're all going to squeeze our muscles of our pelvic floor, also known as the Mula Bandha. This is a root lock, and this directs the energy up through your spine and up into the midbrain. And we're holding that, and it's like an energy or a, or a light or an electricity being pulled up through the spine into the midbrain. That's much less, that's about 30 seconds. And then we exhale and we let that go and we return back to normal breathing. A little bit of time has passed and then we start that process again. So rhythmic breathing, exhale retention, inhale retention. I will be guiding you every step of the way, so you just need to sit back, lie back, lie down and enjoy the experience and let me guide you with the music, with my voice through the breath. Okay, so there are some contraindications with breathwork, especially when we do some breathwork with the retentions. So that just means if you have any of the following conditions, then you're advised not to do the breath retentions. The rhythmic breathing is accessible for all. There are no contraindications there. So let me just read these straight from the script here. So severe critical diseases or infections if it impairs your ability to breathe, severe uncontrolled hypertension usually after a heart attack, organ failure or late-stage terminal illness, pregnancy, if you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or a regular heartbeat, with the exception that your doctor gives you permission, I would advise you not to do the breath retentions, the exhale and the inhale. Rhythmic breathing, great. During that time that we are holding our breath, everyone else, and you may be not holding your breath, you can continue to breathe at your own rhythm, or we advise sometimes to do Om chanting or even just humming. So you breathe in and you hum, hum, and this is beneficial itself as well, creating a vibration through the body. I also have mentioned before about the, the chin lock. So if you want to apply that when you're sitting, that's fine. That will stop the pressure from building up. If you want to also add on the pelvic floor lock during that inhale retention, that's good as well. But if you feel at any point overwhelmed or it's just too much for you, let it go and just continue as normal. All right, so I'm gonna get going with the the shaking. So I invite you to all get yourself into a nice space where you can stand up. All right, if you can't stand up, you can just do this sitting down. It's absolutely fine to do it sitting down. So let me just share my music while you all get up and get yourselves ready. I'm going to shake for about 5 minutes. I'm going to start off low, and then you can increase that, just like you were turning up the volume on something. But again, you can go whatever level you wish to go at. All right, so here we go. So bring yourself up to a nice standing position, and we should all hear that music kicking in there. All right, so just shaking the body at the moment. Let's give ourselves a bit of a stretch actually. So before we start to really get into it, have a big stretch and a big reach with your arms, big opening out. Do that again, big up stretch, round. Maybe you can stretch to one side, twisting to that one side, just twisting, reaching. Increase the size of that space round about you. Make a big circle with your arms, stretch your back and then open up the chest. You're really stretching. Big circle in front and a big stretch up and back. And again, just round, big circle, maybe stretching over to the side, just reaching. And becoming aware of your breath as you're doing that. So maybe you want to go out breath as you do a big circle, in breath as you come up, out breath as we stretch over, in breath and out breath again. Deep breath in as you breathe in and up the arms and out and round. And again, round, big circle, exhale. Inhale, stretch over, exhale. Stretch over, exhale. And big circle, breathe in. And out. And then come back to the shaking. So listen to the music, it's gonna get a bit more up. So we're just shaking gently at the moment. We're gonna turn up that dial.
Here we go.
Let's just shake with me. Shaking is so beneficial to get rid of any stagnant energy. To shift the energy around the body, changing your state, changing your physiology, getting you ready for what we're about to do with the breath. So if you want to keep it at a 3 or a 4, maybe a 5, keep it there. But if you want to crank up, turn up even more, then go for it. Move your body.
Ah.
That's shake, shake, vibrate.
Shake, shake, shake, vibrate. Shake, shake, shake, vibrate.
Again, you can do any of those movements you wish. Just stretching, moving. What does the body feel like it needs the most? Ah, twisting one side to the other. Getting ready to shake again. Ah, making that bubble that you're in bigger and bigger, stretching out. And we're going back to shaking again. Take a breath in. And blow it out.
Ah!
Here we go, ready to shake, shake, shake and vibrate.
Shoo, shoo, shoo.
Let your arms come up, have a big stretch up, breathe in and let it go.
Yes!
Shake, shake, shake, vibrate!
Keep it going, last minute Let it go. Turn up even more if you want. Let it go with a big out-breath.
Ah.
Take the weight off your shoulders. Breathe a bit more freely. Move a bit more freely. Switch. Try and stretch. Big circles wherever you want.
Ah, just get rid of it all.
Last few seconds, let's go for it, let's crank it up. And now we're starting to slow it down, slow it down, slow it down. Back to a 2 or a 3. Slow down the breath. Nice. Take a big deep breath in there. Let it go. I invite you now to come and sit down or lie down. The key is comfort. Make yourself comfortable, dropping into that space, into this moment. Allow your breath just a few seconds to, to regulate, to come back. And if you haven't done already, then I invite you to close your eyes and immerse yourself in this internal world, reconnecting with the breath, breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth. Whatever rhythm suits you, wherever the breath is guiding you to breathe at the moment, a little bit quicker, a little bit slower, stay with that rhythm. I take a breath in through the nose and hold on to it for a few seconds at the top. Feel the tension within the body, the pressure, and then let it go. Just allow the breath to be free. Now bring your awareness to what is currently happening in your life, your responsibilities, your pressures. The things that sit in the background of your mind. Not to analyze them, just to simply feel their presence in your body. And where do you carry them? Where do you feel them? Is it the chest? Is it your stomach? Your jaw? Your shoulders? As you breathe in, you gently acknowledge the weight. As you breathe out, you soften around it. No fixing, no solving. Just awareness. I want you to hear this question: Who could you be in the absence of your concerns? Don't answer it yet. Just notice what happens. In your body. That reaction, that acknowledgement, that contraction. That is the weight, the emotional debt, the pressure you've been carrying. Let that gently circulate. Let that softly enter your mind, the awareness. And soon we'll get ready to breathe in a rhythm, to breathe in a beat. In for 4 and out for 4, smooth and connected, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Breathing in and acknowledging the weight, and breathing out, softening everything around about you. Beginning with the 4 in and 4 out breath. Just a few seconds. Breathing with me. Breathing with my voice and the guidance.
Here we go. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3—
and as you reconnect with your breath, And that rhythm—
3... 4...
In... 2... 3... Just allow the breath and the rhythm to be smooth. To be silent.
Be subtle. 3... 4... In... 2... 3... 4... Out... 2... 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4.
Practice the rhythm of the breath, not the depth of it.
Out, 2, 3, 4.
Let's make that breath as rhythmical as possible.
3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4.
That point between the breaths, the transition, you hardly notice it.
In, 2.
There's a natural rise and fall of the breath.
Out, 2, 3, 4.
In. There is no space in between.
3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4.
In.
Smooth and Subtle and silent.
3, 4, out, 2, 3, 4, in, 2, 3, 4, out, 2, 3.
With every exhalation, in, 2, 3, you let go of that tension from your chest.
2, 3, 4, in, 2, 3, 4.
From your stomach.
3, 4. In. 2, 3, 4.
From your jaw.
2, 3, 4. In. 2, 3, 4.
Out.
From your shoulders.
3, 4.
In. Disappears with the breath.
3. Floats away.
Out.
As you soften in, 2, 3, become immersed into the surface.
3, 4, in, 2, 3, 4, out, 2, 3, 4, in, 2, 3, 4, out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3.
Now if your mind begins to wander, you've always got the breath to be your guide. My voice will the guidance, the rhythm, the music, out, 2, 3, 4, helping you on this journey of reconnection.
Out, 2, 3, 4, in, 2, 3, 4, out, 2, 3, 4, in, 2, 3, 4. Out. 2, 3, 4.
In.
2, 3, 4. Out. 2, 3, 4.
In. Deepen your breath.
3, 4.
Expand a little bit more into the belly and the ribs. 4. In. 2. As I get near the last few 2 breaths in and out.
2.
Oxygenating the cells, all the cells circulating for that life force energy.
2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4.
And now with a full breath in, breathe in the belly, your ribs, your chest. And exhale. Take it to a point where you can comfortably hold your breath and press the pause button and sink and surrender. And in this emptiness, just notice, even without solving anything, This is a gap. This is a pause. This is a small space where nothing is required of you. And if you have that urge to breathe, then a quick sip of air into the nose and breathe out. And stay here just a little bit longer.
Longer.
Be with this silence.
Acknowledge the space, the emptiness around about you.
Again, if you have that urge to breathe, then override it by a few seconds more, a little bit longer. A quick sip of air in through the nose.
Breathe out.
You got this.
You are safe. No harm will come to you. You have 10 seconds remaining. With this breath retention. In 3, 2, 1, take the full breath in, fully inhale and hold. Here we hold the inhale, lungs full, and squeeze and draw up the muscles of the pelvic floor. Hold. Connect, direct, send all that energy up through the spine and into the midbrain. And if you are ready, then let it go with, ah, and come back to your rhythm, your natural rhythm. And noticing any changes that have arrived during that pause. Now we begin to shift. These concerns you felt They are real experiences, but they are not you. They are movements, sensations, temporary states passing through your system, like the weather. Like the clouds, like the leaves floating down the river. And you, you are the sky. And as you continue with your natural rhythm, as you breathe in, feel gentle expansion. And as you breathe out, feel space. Opening out around everything. And then return to the question: who could you be if none of this defined you? Not gone forever, just not you. And as we return back to the rhythmic breath, begin to sense it. A version of you that is lighter, clearer, more open. Not because life changed, because your relationship to it changed. Let's begin once again.
Inhale.
2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4.
In.
The smoothness of that breath 4. How effortless it is.
3, 4.
Expansion of the belly and the rib cage, gently creating more space.
3, 4.
And acceptance, allowance. Once again, the rhythm, not so much the depth.
Out.
Slow, smooth, silent, and subtle breath.
Out.
Working on the transition between the breaths. Inhale becomes the exhale.
Out.
And the exhale becomes the inhale.
In. Out.
Each breath in, that breath is taken further to those areas that may have been deprived of it before. All those empty spaces.
In. Out. In. Out.
Changing life with every breath.
In.
Life in every breath.
Out. In. Nice.
In.
Nice. In. Nice.
In.
Relax. In.
Out.
In.
Breathe. Connect. Now we're beginning to deepen the breath even more.
In.
Expansion. Last few breaths, inhaling and exhaling. Feeling the power of your breath, change within, the rise and the fall. Yes, breathe, just breathe. Take the full breath in. Hold it for a little bit longer. Hold it there. Feel that expansion. And then exhale, once again returning into that space. Feel the emptiness, feel the potential, feel the you that exists within this space. There is nothing Nothing missing here. Nothing to fix. Simply just awareness and presence. Stay here. Stay a little bit longer. And if you have that urge to breathe, then you know what to do. Soften your shoulders, your eyes, your jaw, your lower back, your legs. Moving through this stillness with calmness and trust and being able to surrender into this moment even more. The more you sink, the deeper you go, the more you let go. We're not here for much longer. You have 10 seconds remaining on this breath retention. And 3, 2, 1. Breathe in, full breath in, and hold the inhale. And hold and squeeze and send and feel the fullness once again. Feel the potential from the in-breath directing all that energy up, sending outwards. And if you are ready, only if you're ready, then exhale. And again, discover the natural breath, the natural rhythm. Lighter, calmer. Beneath the thoughts, beneath the concerns, beneath the reactions, there is a baseline. This is not something you create, it's something that you return to. As you continue to breathe naturally and relaxed, feel into that, into the peace. Not because everything is perfect, because nothing is required in this moment. Lightness. Not because because nothing exists, but because you are no longer holding it all. Freedom, not because life changed, because you are no longer defined by it. Now gently bring back the question. Who are you without your concerns? But this time, don't answer it with words. Feel it, hear it, see it, taste it, touch it. Feel that version of you that is already here, whole, steady, unburdened. This is your baseline. This is always available, not something to chase, but something to remember. Returning back to the breath, let the body relax and soften.
Here we go. In 2-3-4 out 2-3-4 in 2-3-4 out 2-3-4 in 2-3-4 out 2-3-4 in— In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4.
Out, 2, 3, 4. In, out.
Perhaps, eh, your body is breathing for itself now. Perhaps you are the witness, the observer. Beneath the thoughts, beneath the concern, Beneath the reactions, there is always the breath.
In.
Your breath is the key.
In.
Your breath is the compass.
In. In.
Ex.
In. Ex. In. Ex. In, out. In, out. In, out.
You are not your concerns. You are amazing. You have everything you need to receive infinite love, wealth, health, abundance. Simply breathe.
Breathe. Axe. In. Axe. In. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale.
Breathe in fully, inhale and hold, and squeeze every single muscle. Pelvic floor, abdominals, shoulders, hands, feet. And release. And pause. And release. And hold your breath. We're not here for much longer. 10 seconds remaining on this breath retention. And with the full breath in, breathe in and squeeze and hold and direct and send, send all that beautiful energy up through the spine. Igniting every cell, dispersing, sending. Hold that light energy within the body just a little bit longer, 5 seconds, just a bit longer. And release, let go. Return to the free breath, unhindered, non-constricted, connected, relaxed. Don't just notice the difference, feel it, hear it, see it. Not just with your breath, but everywhere else, your life within you. The concerns may still exist, but now you know. They are not your identity, and you can return to this place anytime. Keeping your eyes closed, begin to reconnect with your surroundings. With your body, with the weight of your body, with the movement of your body, moving your fingers and your toes, turning your head from side to side, stretching, circling the arms, breathing in and breathing out. And when you feel ready, and only when you feel ready, breathe in. And as you exhale, open your eyes and come back. Give yourself a few seconds to acknowledge the awareness to your surroundings, looking for objects or anchors around about the room. It's going to help you come back to ground. Thank you once again for joining us in Summa Breathwork Breathe Together Sunday. My name is Nigel McCollin. I'm joined by a host, Piotr Kiepil, and Monica Weir. Thank you once again.
Amazing. Thank you so much, Nigel, for a beautiful session, beautifully led. And of course, the music as well has allowed us to go into the waves, into the reconnection and the awareness of the breath. So thank you one more time. And of course, right now as well in the chat, feel free to leave us a comment, a comment of the experience, of the thoughts, of how you're feeling right now. Let's go back to that state that we're talking about beforehand, where we're all selecting a number from 0 to 11. Some of you wrote 12 as well because it was Nigel's session. I saw that, which is great. Absolutely, yes. So how are you feeling right now on that scale? Do you feel a difference? And of course, as well, this is a perfect opportunity for anyone that would like to share and take the mic from us and share live with us here. So if you put your hand up, use the reaction button and the emoji there, if you just— there's a raise hand option there. We'll be very happy to unmute you and bring you on so you can share your experience or whatever you want to share. Maybe this is your first time with somabreath, maybe this is your 15th time with somabreath, and every single time there's a different thing that shows up. And I saw someone in the chat said that, you know, that that person cannot hold their breath hold for as long as they used to. Remember that everything can be built back up, right? Be patient, be committed, be consistent, be gentle with yourself, be kind. We so often are the bullies to ourselves. Be the cheerleader for just going bit by bit, second by second, a little bit longer. And every rhythmical breathing, every session that we do during the Sunday Beat Togethers, and of course as well in our Summer Breath app, because we have an app. If you don't know about this, you should definitely check out the app where all the sessions are happening on a Monday. And the Friday Breathe Togethers and the Move Togethers on Wednesdays and plenty of other opportunities to connect with different instructors, with Niraj himself as well through the breathwork challenges, etc. So I'm just gonna go through the chat. I see 2 people have their hands up and of course I'm gonna select you and unmute you in just a moment. Let me just read out just 2 comments. Thank you for the session, feeling closer. To 3 or a 4, then a 0, feeling a bit lighter. This is my first session. Anita, welcome, welcome to the tribe. And this also will be as a replay, and you'll be able to do— redo the session. And hopefully every single day, not only you'll build up your breath, but also you'll build up that opportunity to shift your state, shift that number to feel lighter each, each day, because we do have that Option. Chat is still an 8. Today was a struggle back and ribs are hurting from work. We've got 8s, 8s. So the access will be on YouTube because this is live on YouTube right now. So after the session, you might want to just redo this session again, although maybe not. Maybe you give yourself a bit of time to integrate, to allow yourself to be, but then you'll be able to redo that session on YouTube. On the Soma Breath Portal, but of course in the app without any ads, without any interruptions, without anything at all. The Soma Breath sessions are there and you can just click on the play button and access the session that we just did. Nigel, this is a timeless session to come back to. It is so wonderful to be reminded to respond and not to react and that higher self is always there. We just have to use it. Thank you so much. Beautiful soft session. Thank you so much, Mary Grace, for sharing that. Okay, I'm gonna unmute first Diana. Your hand is always up first. You're like, I am ready to share. Diana, of course, we see your beautiful smile. Let me just unmute and add the spotlight to you. Welcome. All the beautiful hearts, all the reactions that are just being shared right now through the screen, all for you, Diana. Thank you so much. Proud Somi, proud Somi indeed. Thank you very much, Diana. Hugs and kisses from all of us here. I'm gonna unmute now, um, Well, I wanted to say Tommy, but Broker, Broker is the name that I see right now. So Tommy, an identity shift, an identity change, which is quite fine, possible as well.
It's just soon that's, yeah, you know. Thank you, Nigel. That was a great session. So nice to get into those feelings. Vibrations that it is and work with it. It's actually not that bad as we thought it would be. If you just can be there and accept it, then it's quite more easy to handle things afterwards. So Thank you.
Taksim mikit, Tommy.
Amazing. Thank you so much for sharing, Tommy. Thank you so much as well, one more time, for all the beautiful comments that are floating in. And let me just read out a couple of additional ones, and maybe actually Nigel will be able to respond to some of them. Where are you? Where I wish to do so or not. My body feels super heavy as I'm standing up now. Not sure if that's normal or expected, but it's weird and noticeable. From Kirsten.
Yeah, I would say that heaviness doesn't have to be something negative. I think that heaviness is your body in a nice relaxed state and that this might be the first time for quite a while that you've actually felt that and it's maybe a bit alien to you. So don't see that heaviness as something that is like, negative or lethargic. It could be a very positive experience, just reminding you how much tension you've been carrying on to or holding on to. So please don't see that as something negative and embrace it and acknowledge that. Yeah, this could be your new state.
Beautiful. Thank you so much, Nigel. When I started Soma, I was terrified of holding my breath and could only hold it for 18 or so seconds. Today I was I was timing myself and I was amazed to see 1 minute and 1 second. Wow, I feel great. From Ingrid, thank you. Uh, Ria says, grateful to be here together with people all around the world, breathing in our peace and releasing our toxins. Yes, incredible experience. Thank you for your guidance. Um, thanks for this beautiful and powerful breathwork session, Nigel. Big hug. For Diana, would love to stay but need to go. Thank you so much, Morag, for being with us. And we have Lisa. Lisa Stanley, I see your hand is up, so I'm gonna unmute you. I see you're an instructor. Let me just add the spotlight. There you go. Welcome.
Welcome.
Thank you so much. This was amazing. I just got my certification in Austin. Wanted to go to Barcelona, but didn't, didn't get to go there. But Austin was great. Met some wonderful people. I'm feeling that same thing too, that weight and the tingling. I feel cold. And I feel more relaxed than I did before the session. I went from a 5 to an 8. And there's just a lot of stresses that are going on in my life that I have to do. And this is This class today is going to help me get through my day today. It seems to always help me. And thank you so much. I deeply appreciate it.
Beautiful, Lisa. Thanks very much. And congratulations on becoming a Level 1 instructor. Yeah, that's awesome. Another instructor to go out there and spread this amazing technique to the world. So well done. Thank you for your comments. Appreciate it.
Thank you so much, Lisa. Listen, Barcelona, of course, now the training will be happening on the 23rd and 24th of May, but one day we will be together united in a different area of the world. Maybe Barcelona, maybe Austin, who knows? Thank you so much again, Lisa, for coming on and sharing your story. And as Naja says, welcome to the tribe as an instructor. Amazing to have you with us. But actually, that's a beautiful— yes, celebrating you. Absolutely. I see the hug you're giving yourself, hugging you right back. Absolutely amazing. And life-changing decision, life-changing moment for you truly. And I mean this because I think all of us— and in just a moment as well, I would like Niraj Naik to share maybe a little bit about his story about becoming a sombre instructor and also about the 21-Day Awakening Journey. As I mentioned before, we have an incredible offer right now on the 21-Day Awakening Journey, studied by Cambridge University. And it has just had a ripple effect on so many people around the world, the way the 3 weeks, the 21 days actually change people's perceptions, their health, their overall wellbeing, how it shifts your state. And every single session then afterwards nearly brings you back home to your truest authentic self without the noise, without the clutter. And as Nigel says, sometimes the heaviness will be exactly that where you've been maybe carrying for so long, and now finally you're actually feeling the weight of it all. So now is your time to not only acknowledge it, but also allow yourself to let go of it. Finally, you have that moment like, I am ready to let go, I'm ready to release. But as Lisa mentioned about Austin, we celebrate everyone that was in Austin with Dustin, and I think Mimi, if I'm, if I'm— yes, correct. And of course, we have our Soma Breath Level 1 training with myself and Claudia Solis in Barcelona, in Catalunya, which is Spain, in Europe. So if you are just popping around Spain, maybe on the 23rd or 24th of May, and you're like, you know what, let me be one of the Level 1 instructors, let me join this incredible experience on the 23rd and 24th of May, which is literally next month, myself and Claudia Solis, we will be the teachers and the trainers at the Somabreat Level 1 training in Barcelona. And again, I just want to mention this as well because there's a lot of beautiful additional stuff that is happening with that as well. If you can, this is huge. This is huge. Nigel, are you familiar with Casa Batlló? Gaudí's work? Okay, so Gaudí is an incredible architect and he designed so many different areas of Barcelona. And we just got news literally a couple of days ago. So if you are booking that weekend, try to stay there for a little bit longer, maybe that week before. And I mean to tell you now why, because myself and Claudia Solis will be guiding an hour-long session in, in the building, in the home of Gaudí, in literally the middle of Barcelona. So if you're familiar with Gaudí and Casa Batlló, most of us have gotten tickets to get there. You can now come and join a session, a breathwork experience of the masculine and feminine energy of Claudia Solis and Piotr Cipiel. Yay! So I'm just giving myself a round of applause here.
Yay!
But this is huge. This is like, yeah, it's like next Sagrada Familia, next the Vatican. We're going everywhere. We're bringing it everywhere. Everyone will be breathing. Yes, we have to do this. And Monica has put in the link into the chat. So just click on the link, have a look through it, read through it, contact myself, Claudia, to have a look if you want to, you know, go more in details about what it's going to entail, in which area of Barcelona. And of course, we have that 2-day instructor training, but then afterwards we have the June one with Nigel in London. So that is going to happen in London, the 20th and 21st of June. So we've got plenty of beautiful, incredible things that are happening around the world, but these are instructor trainings where you become an instructor, as Lisa Stanley has become an instructor after the weekend in Austin, so can you. Okay, so this is your moment in time to book your place. We only have 4 more left for Barcelona, just saying, just saying. Okay, so just click on that link and come to Barcelona. It is pronounced Barcelona, just so we all are okay. Just make sure you say it correctly for the Catalan, Barcelona. Okay, and now Nigel, 21-day awakening journey, and of course as well your journey of becoming a somabreath instructor. And also now, you know, you're leading, you're the trainer, you're an amazing person. I met you in person, live in Ibiza a few times, and every single time you are really that resonance of warmth and kindness. And as you are here, you're exactly in person. So I always cherish that really, that there's no masks, there's no identities, that you're, that we're, you know, we are exactly the same. So I celebrate you. But if you want to just share with the audience, with all of us, your journey of becoming a Summer Breath instructor, and then maybe if you can touch on the 21-day awakening journey.
Yeah, thanks, Piotr. So, um, my journey with Summer Breath was I had done another breathwork modality for a few years prior to that, and then my, my first experience with Summer Breath was in, in right at the start of lockdown. I did a YouTube just similar to what you have done tonight, today, and it was transformative. It was like, this is next level. So that led me into becoming an instructor and qualifying straight through to the Master Transformational Coach. Now there's something I'm going to ask you about the 21 Day Awakening. I've done it myself 5 times, and each time it's like I'm peeling a layer off an onion, exposing something else that is, is there, and it could be still, um, contributing to any anxiety or nerves or anything that I have. But the question I ask you is, if you have a reality tunnel, which is everything that your life kind of brings in and forms this reality that you know as your reality, how is that reality set? What filters are set in that reality? What gets through and what doesn't get through? What is your brain alerted to and what is it not alerted to? So in the 21-Day Awareness Awakening, we become aware of these filters, aware of this, this dominant voice, this negative voice that's maybe in your head. That is keeping you from limit— from limiting you from achieving what it is you want in your life. And one of the exercises we do is the average peaceful day, where basically we kind of create, we imagine what that day would be like to live over and over and over again because it's so peaceful and so amazing. Yeah, so what is it in your life that is actually restricting you, from limiting you from achieving that average peaceful day in your life? And a lot of those imprints and meta programs that you have picked up have been something that you have carried through like a backpack from your childhood into your adult life, but it's now time to let go of those and acknowledge that they have been there. They did at one time serve a purpose, but they no longer serve a purpose now. We can break free from those to the best of our ability. You might never let go of them, but you become aware of them, those programs that were running. So I would highly encourage, if you haven't done it already, Or maybe you want to do it again like me. Take part in the 21 Day Awakening Journey. You will not be disappointed. But hold on because it is an amazing journey, an amazing ride, great experience. So highly encourage you to do it.
Beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing. That is exactly all that you said is just facts. I myself could not believe the reality tunnel that I lived in and that I trusted. And I couldn't, you know, there was no way for me to break free from it because if you're not aware of it, how can you break free from something if it's your default mode, if it's something that it's the operating system. So for me, the average peaceful day and all the different exercises that we were doing throughout the 21 days have been life-changing, altering. And trust me when I say, I see people are nodding their heads here now as well, if you've done the 21 Day Awakening, do it again. And do it again. And every single time, what the beautiful power that it has is that you will feel way more connected to this authentic, powerful being that is in this body, this container of yours. And that will allow you to just bring so much confidence to your work, to your health, to your wealth, to your relationships, to your love, partnerships, kindness, all of it. Like, it's just gonna be something that is just gonna explode and will give you all the possibilities that you might have been thinking of, but now it's time to actually put them into action and actually peel, as Nigel says, peel the layers of the onion. So Monica, just share the link as well to the 21-Day Awakening. I think you already have, but I see so many people are actually putting in the comments as well that they've done it, they've done it. I'm going through the 21-Day Awakening with Nigel, looking forward to the next Zoom meeting. And now, so I said there's something brand new, so up— because up until now, let me just read this out because this is very— this is the newest gift, okay? Not only is the 21-Day Awakening course 60% off right now— yes, you heard that right, 60%, 60% off— so again, click on that link and have a look because you can have the self-study program program, which is $159, and you can have the live group experiences, which are $199, right? And these were the pillars. Now we've added Life Experience Unlimited, which is a lifetime access to the 21-day awakening journey. So if you want to keep on redoing this, I always like to say integrate for a while and then come back. Integrate, feel into it, understand it. Don't just constantly possibly do 21-day awakenings. I mean, well, if you do, let us know how you're feeling, okay? But the 21-day live experience Unlimited is only for $497. Again, everything is 60% off, and you only have 10 days left with that special offer. So book that 21-day awakening journey right now. And Christina mentioned exactly, yes, it is so powerful. I've done it about 8 times and will probably do it more often just to celebrate life and love. Ah, Christina, absolutely yes. And Lisa says, do it. So anyone that was hesitating, click on that link, check it out. And of course, with any questions that you might be having, contact us.
