It was amazing experience.
I didn't really expect it to be as deep and releasing and as profound as it was. I feel very aligned with Soma Breath. As time went on, the releases got deeper and deeper naturally because the work.
That we were doing became deeper. There's just something so powerful when people come together in a community. And that's the one thing I love about the Soma is you can do an individual practice in your own home, these 21 day practices. But to really come together as a group and breathe and feel that support, it's almost like you catch the wave of the person next to you. And as we all began to breathe together, I felt the support of community holding me up in spaces where I realized I had really been standing alone. It brings you closer to yourself. It brings you closer to what life is all about. It brings you closer to people that you might never have met. I've never done anything like that before.
But this was amazing. I recommend this to everybody who wants to just dance, liberate, just be free and enjoy.
A sense of peace. Just a calmness that after I do this, it didn't exist before. Coming to a retreat like this is self respect.
Even if you feel as though you don't love yourself and you don't like.
Yourself as much, if you sign up to a retreat like this, it means that somewhere in your mind and your.
Soul there is a sense of self love.

So for soma, community is the cure, right? And we usually bring up together every Sunday with energy, with awareness and just to come together and breathe together and feel much better. Right? But also of course, learn A little bit about the magic of Soma Breath, our techniques and our amazing instructors that we are usually have in all of these Sunday sessions. Before we start and before I introduce the amazing instructor we have today, I want to remind everyone, especially the new people, if you are in the app, the Summer Breath app, you are going to be able to watch the replay and watch so many other replays that we have through 2025. At the same time, if you are a Soma Breath app member, you are going to be able to join live sessions in the week. We have Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays live session with different instructors all over the world with different approaches, with different vibes. So it's a very good way to re understand how you can be with us as a lifestyle actually. And also you will have a lot of techniques and education also in the Summer Breath app. So probably Monica is going to share in a few minutes the link to the Summer Breath app. So there you can just click there and download the app. You can download it in your computer or you can also download it in your phone and then again be part of the Summer Breath movement and be able to breathe with us every single day if you want, is the way to really train and to feel that this is going to become your habit. More people are coming. Welcome everyone. And how many say instructors we have today? Let's just write instructor or int. Let me know if you are already an instructor. We have Daniela, Tammy, Megan. Hello guys. Hello. Somis, Lydia, Jeanette, Nir. Okay, Jeanette, we're waiting for you. Of course we have our amazing diva Pyodor in the room as well. Stacy. Okay, so for you guys, Monica is going to share with you the link to remind you that we have in person events coming this year. London is already sold out. So the level one instructor training in London is gone. We have one more coming in Austin in April and of course the most amazing one in May in Barcelona with Mia. Piotr. I will show you, you know, a surprise after the session today. Let's see if we can actually get you more curious and just join with me and Pyotr in Barcelona in May, at the end of May. So in the link that Monica is going to share with you guys, you can actually see all the events we have. And we also have an awakening journey in Austria with Nidash. So if you want to be with the man itself, you need to book Austria. We have a few spots left and that is the most amazing way to really integrate this practice. If you don't want to be an instructor. So this is the perfect moment for you to retreat and to really be with. Well, Nidash itself is just incredible. But you will be with other instructors that are retreat leaders. And I assure you it will be one of the best moments of your life. Okay, guys, saying that today I have the honor and the pleasure to introduce you one of the most, I will say, the most angelical voice that you ever heard. If you are already a Soma Breath instructor or if you are a Soma Breath app member, when you hear that beautiful counting in the female voice and some music, when you can hear that angelical voice singing is actually this amazing transformational coach. I'm going to introduce you, Julia. So Julia again has the most amazing. Her voice can take you to different worlds, to different universe. It's just incredible how she can actually bring that connection with your voice. That is something that she does in her own healing. Putting the voice as, you know, tool to help you to remember who you are, to come back to your heart. And today I think it's a super special and very important theme. It's about a quiet space for peace. So how difficult sometimes that is, how difficult sometimes is to really understand. How can I put myself in that position that I can really feel peace, right? What is actually that emotion? What is that sensation? How can I use the breath as a bridge to really be in that state that everyone really needs in some moment of their life? So say no more. I'm going to introduce you now this amazing, incredible transformational coach that you can see now in the screen. Julia Blanca. Thank you huge, Julia. Just again, guys, make sure that you don't just put awareness into this amazing session. I will be with you in the chat. If you have any questions, please just write down there and I will be helping you. But now, Julia, is your moment. Please help us to breathe.
Thank you so much. Yeah, this is such a, such a generous, such a kind introduction. I love you, Claudia. And yeah, thank you and thank you everyone for joining the session. Great to be here with you and with Soma Breath Breathing. Another time, another session. And Claudia got me all going and dancing and I need to really calm down after this energy because it's really, really in me now. So I was really settled, but let's go back to anyway. Today's session is called the Quiet Space for Peace because we're going to work in both directions, the body and the mind. And on the body level, we're going to be breathing using a calm pace so we can stay on the calm side of things and give the body what it really likes. It likes to relax, it likes to breathe deeply using the diaphragm. And I'm going to ask you several times today to really engage your diaphragm, as it is a very important muscle that helps our system, our breath, function properly, our heart function properly, properly. And I'm going to remind you about this a few times. And we're going to go through three rounds of rhythmic breathing. But before I go into the description of this session, I would like to tell you what the idea is to what the transformation idea is for the mind, for the realm of the mind. It would be really especially special experience to kind of go away a little bit from the. From the world in front of our eyes. It's like taking that space of peace to the next level. Let's see if we can find that peace even further within, even deeper than it's ever been felt or discovered, seen before. So for that there will be guidance. But I would also encourage you to listen to the guidance as part of the music. And if you don't feel like analyzing it or extracting any meaning from it, just hear it as sound. And try to split your attention into two parts. First, the breath and the body. What the body is doing around the act of breathing and the hearing the sound so that you can stay in the space where there is no inner commentary because you're too busy with these two. So that's the idea of the session. Although I would like to also offer you a bit of storytelling. But again, I would suggest it to be perceived. I would recommend you to perceive it as a sound as part of the. Part of the music, as I always do. But let me go to some practical things about the session for now and then we will begin. So, yes, the session will consist of three rounds. We're going to breathe smoothly for inhaling for two and exhaling for four counts. In the first and second round, the same thing. Inhaling through the nose for two and exhaling through the mouth for four. And we're going to go through three rounds, as I said. And the third one will be divided into two sections. The first one will be 4. 4, inhaling for 4, exhaling for 4. And then closer to the end, we speed up. In between these rounds, we are going to do our own breath holds. We're going to first exhale all the air out and hold the breath for as long as we can, going a little bit over the point of comfort. And then we're going to fill up our lungs with Air and hold again, getting used to staying without oxygen, training our body, training our mitochondria to, to just be fit, to upgrade itself again and again and again. And this way to live in a healthy body. So we're going to do these two very useful things. We're learning to breathe slower and we're also learning to stay without oxygen so we can use efficiently the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide. We can use our breathing efficiency efficiently so we can live longer, have a beautiful life. And now I'm going to quickly go through some contraindications to bear in mind. These are the general ones, so let's check this. Slow, rhythmic soma breath techniques are generally suitable for most people. Avoid forceful mouth breathing, long breath holds or intense rapid breathing for more than five minutes with the following severe illness, infection that impairs breathing, severe uncontrolled hypertension, organ failure or late stage terminal illness, epilepsy, pacemaker or irregular heartbeat, pregnancy, tinnitus or hernias and some safety rules. No breath work should be practiced in water. No breathwork while driving or operating machinery. So with that said, I'm going to start the music and encourage you to take a comfortable position. Either sit with your spine straight. In the beginning I would suggest to sit and then later you can lie down if you feel like it. Let us make that full inhalation through the nose all together and exhale through the mouth. So as we usually do, you can check where your diaphragm is. You can check if it's, if it works properly by placing both of your hands on your body and the lower hand should be rising first when you inhale. But if you are struggling to feel it, then you can do some sniffing and you can feel how the diaphragm goes like this when you inhale. And once you find this feeling, let's make it, let's do the same, but slower and longer. So inhale through the nose, Directing the air into the belly, into the lower part of the body. Every time we inhale, we need to feel this expansion of the muscles of the stomach. So let's do a few more. Notice how the body is calming down right here and right there. Right now, already having done a few deep inhalations through the nose. How nice, how nice the feeling is, how the energy settles all the chaos, all the worries, all the, all the extra is left behind. Whatever is not needed is left behind. Right now. Feeling this expansion in the muscles of the stomach, Directing the flow of air into the belly again and again, I'm finding an Internal center. Because we're going to be talking about this center today, I would love to offer you a spirit story. Or an idea to think about as you breathe. And once you're ready to let go of anything, can just let go. But for now, let's keep going. A few more rounds of this nasal calming breath that feels like real medicine inside. Today, we're letting the body relax, relax and learn to breathe slower. And we are also letting the mind. To reveal itself as a clear, clean space. And we're traveling backwards from the world of objects, phenomena rising and falling. We're moving backwards towards an internal center. You may already be feeling it, or you might get closer to it a little bit further during the session. So just keep going, keep breathing. Do you remember a time when breath was practiced as a sacred art? Do you remember a time when breath lived as an art? In, through the nose, pressing on those belly muscles when you exhale slightly and releasing them when you inhale again, using the body like a beautiful musical instrument, finely created, finely tuned. I remember a time when breath lived as an art, practiced with reverence, with awareness. It was part of the everyday rhythm of the life in the paradise. And every breath was known, it was visible, it was felt. When Adam and Eve were still in the garden. Breath belonged to the order of sacred things. And then came the leaving. Just keep going through the nose, Breath first. Everything else comes after. Settling in the body, feeling comfortable within. So Adam and Eve were pushed out of the garden of paradise, and life started unfolding. Somewhere in the periphery of the circle, Breath began to be taken for granted. Little by little, it became invisible, hardly noticed. And life in all its fullness, in all its colors and shapes, took over. It was beautiful and it was dangerous, dazzling, confusing, as it has been since then, It's been happening mainly on the periphery, outside, outside of the center. But it's still. It kept going. It just became invisible, like this breath here. It's still there in the very center. And we're bringing more and more attention to it. And as we do, our exhale is getting longer and longer. And we're getting closer and closer to the Tree of Life standing right in the center. We're getting closer and closer to the Tree of Life, spreading its roots and its branches right through the body. Because the Tree of Life is the body and the return to the forgotten art as they return into the body. So let's enjoy this moment of stillness, of slow breathing, of being at one with the body, Naked as it was in the beginning, and as it will Be at the final threshold, naked, with nothing to hold on to, no armor, no rolls, just breath. And we begin to practice breath as an act of devotion, as a certain sacrifice where we collect whatever is outside of us in the outside world, and we're taking it back into the space behind, somewhere behind. And it's crossing that threshold, it's entering that chamber that only a priest or a priestess could enter during a sacred ritual. Less and less we're involved in what is going on outside alone. We're still perceiving it, and we may be fully here, but more and more we're devoting this breath to the chamber outside, in the unseen, behind the curtains, Expanding the belly, expanding the muscles of the belly and relaxing, relaxing the shoulders, relaxing the jaw, the face. All the muscles that are not involved in the actual act of breathing are getting relaxed here as we are getting closer and closer to the center, moving backwards, Getting ready to breathe in rhythm, Inhaling for two and exhaling for four counts. In 2, out 2, 3, 4. In 2, out 2, 3, four. In 2, out 2, three, four. See if you can get into the rhythm. Dance with the rhythm as you remember yourself in the body, Paying attention to all the subtle sensations and noticing how they arrive. Stay for a moment and dissolve. They arrive. They stay for a moment and dissolve. Notice the sense of your diaphragm descending. Notice the coolness in the air and how the temperature changes inside your body. Sensations arising and falling like waves. And we're learning to let go of anything that's coming up. Unclenching those fists, opening the palms, opening, stretching the fingers, letting go. As we're moving away from the periphery of the world towards this dark, seemingly unknown center. And as we do do, our breath is becoming longer and longer, and the tree of life is revealing itself more and more through this flesh, through flesh, through bone, through breath, again and again. And as sensations rise, we learn to perceive them for what they are, take them for what they are and not hold on to them. They're just waves in the ocean, rising and falling. Start to feel this freedom of just being, just breathing. No need to reach for nothing, no need to hold on to anything, just flowing. And you can say to yourself, this one thing that does exist beyond all the rising and falling. Notice how this thing does stay here as we move. Just say to yourself, I am here. I am here. I am here. I am here. In two, out, two, three, four. In two, three, four. In 2, out, 2, 3, 4. Let's inhale, squeezing those pelvic floor muscles all together. Strong Inhalation, filling up the lungs with air and staying here for a few moments with your lungs completely full of there, feeling this freedom, this pleasure of just being. Hold it and release. Hold your breath here with your lungs completely empty, completely light, Quick sip of air if you have to take one. And keep staying here for a few more seconds. And when you're ready, inhale. Inhale with me fully squeezing those pelvic floor muscles, filling up the chest with air again and holding the breath. Breath here's always empty, but infinitely powerful. And when you're ready, release all the air out. We're back to rhythmic breathing. Same pace, same rhythm. Let's keep going. Three, four. In, two, out two, three, four. In, two- out two, three, four. Further and further away, we move from the periphery towards the center, feeling the tree of life opening up its branches inside of us, stretching its branches, stretching and spreading its roots. And as you breathe, focus on the space inside your mind that is completely free of any thought. Just like in real life, you can focus on space between objects in the room inside your mind, you can focus on the space between thoughts coming up, and if they do, notice how they're rising and falling. The thought may rise and then it falls. But still, I am here. I am still here. Here. I am. Still here. And see what it is that is able to watch itself backwards. What magic is that? That is able to perceive its. It is able to perceive all the thoughts, rising, memories, sensations, but at the same time it is able to beam back into its own origin. I am here. Two, three, four. In, two, out two, three, four. In, 2, out, 2, 3, 4. And see if you can tune into this idea of freedom that comes with not having to cling to anything, not having to chase anything or run away from anything. But just enjoy being in this motion, in this flow. In, to out, three, four. In, two, out two, three, four. And if you can give yourself this freedom, if you've spent enough time on the periphery, if you're tired of running around searching for something, you can just close your eyes and start returning, feeling free, knowing that there's nothing to hold onto, into the outside world. I. I am here. I am here. Sam, Keep flowing. The body is breathing. The sound is still here, rising, staying here for a few moments and vanishing. Notice how it rises, stays here and then goes. But still you are here. No matter what, you are here, Always here. Now we're ready for the next breath hold. Let's inhale all together, squeezing the pelvic floor muscles, filling up the chest with air, holding the breath. If there's one thing you can hold on to right now is this feeling of freedom. And release. Release and hold your breath with your lungs completely empty. See if you can take it a little bit further. This sa. It. You're moving at your own pace. But if you're ready, inhale with me. Squeezing those pelvic floor muscles again, filling up the chest with air and staying here. Beautiful work. Let's get ready to breathe in with them again. This time we inhale for four and exhale for four. So make sure you really expand those lungs this time. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, and 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. Beautiful. Keep flowing. Slowly but steadily back to the core, back to the center. And I know this rhythm may invite you to stand up and get involved in the and what is happening again in the beauty of life and the dance of life. But I encourage you to keep breathing steadily and moving backwards. Keep moving backwards toward the that center that appears right now like a black hole in the center of everything. Just keep going. Keep moving slowly but steadily. 1, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3. Do you remember a time when breath was practiced as a sacred art? Could it be that that time is here? Could it be that that time is now? Because you are always here. You're always here. In 2, 3, 4. Outside, there's storm, there's rain, there's. There's thunderstorm, there is war, there is whatever there is, it's outside. I am here. I am always here. I don't remember when I started. I have no idea if this will ever end. So I am here. Just keep going. In, two, three, four. Out, two, three, three, four. In, two, three, four. Out, two, three, four. Feel like you're turning into that Alice in Wonderland, being pulled into the void. Falling down the rabbit hole. Only not down, not up, not left, not right. Just being pulled by this immense force that is. That is inviting you to. To become one with this eternity, with this darkness inside. We change the pace into out to in to out. Out two. In, two, out two. So remember to open up. Unclench your fists, open up your yourself, your chest, your hands, and just let go of the world. Just fall down this rabbit, Sam. I am here. Completely free, completely open at one with this breath. You're doing an amazing job. Again and again. Now let's inhale all together, squeezing those pelvic floor muscles. Fill up the chest with air. Hold. And release all the air out. Hold your breath with your lungs completely empty. Sam. When you're ready? Inhale. I now remember when. I remember the time when breath was practiced as a sacred art. And I can clearly now see how at the center, the tree of knowledge reveals itself through light. This light shows how seeing happens. A ray meets a surface and turns back. A ray of light meets a surface and turns back. And through this return, form appears. And each person stands at such a meeting point. Each life reflects the same light from a unique angle. From the center, life appears as a white painting of reflected light. Events move across the field while the place of standing remains clear. At the center of the circle, upon the highest peak, a torch stands rooted in the ground. And its name is I am here. The Tree of Life rises through the body, and the Tree of Knowledge casts its light across the field of forms. And as root and light meet at the center, one question remains open. What will this light reveal through you? What will this light reveal through you? You can now, little by little, start returning to your seated position, go back to your natural breathing. And return to the space. Thank you for practicing. Namaste.
Everyone came back very slow. You don't need to rush. It was amazing. It's already all the comments in the chat. Thank you. That was so peaceful and colorful. Thank you. Beautiful. Feeling at peace. Thank you, Julia. Hearts coming through. Thank you. Feeling much calmer. Yes. This is the power of Julia. I was actually, I was struggling to being aware of the chat and open the room for other people. It was like, oh, my God, I just want to breathe. This was amazing. More, more. Thank you, Julia in the chat. Thank you. Beautiful. So grateful. Thank you. Lovely. So if any one of you wants to share live with Julia, please just click in the hand icon that you have down in the bar and I can give you the room with her. If you have any questions or just any sharing that you may want to do live with her. But this was incredible. Again, many thank, many thank you in the chat. Beautiful. Thank you for the reminder, for the power of the breath. Yes. Gratitude for you, Julia. Can't wait to repeat this again and again and again when I have no distraction. Thank you for putting the phone. Yes. Yeah, you can do. And you can watch the replays several times if you want to. Very powerful. I feel like the divine love and light. You are so inspiring with your death. Yes. Thank you, Julia. It was amazing. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so many. Thank you. In. In the chat, I love the colorful rainbow colors. Everyone is giving you just hearts and hearts and hearts. So again, Julia, it was incredible. And let me just come with you.
Thank you so much. Thank you for breathing. And it would be.
Yeah.
Sorry to interrupt. It would be really nice to know how. How people feel and how was the space. How. What is the. The end result of this practice? I would have. I would have carried on. I love this space so much. I would have been going till. I don't know, for a couple more hours doing this, but. But let's see. Let's hear how people are feeling.
So we have Tommy here. Tommy. Hi. Hello.
Hey. Hi, Tommy. How are you doing? Great to see you.
I'm fine, thank you. Likewise.
This was beautiful. I could really feel the tree inside of me was growing. It was weird feeling, but beautiful. So thank you a lot.
And I think it would.
Would have even evolved even more if we would have it longer. Yeah. Yeah.
But thank you. Thank you, Tommy, for being with us every single time. Tommy's very, like, every single time in the. In the app with us, breathing with us. So thank you. My friends, we have Jules. Jules.
Hi. Hi.
Can you hear me?
Hi, Jules.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah. Wow.
That was incredible. Thank you so much. I just wanted to say, like, going into the darkness was amazing because I'm working through other stuff where I'm trying to go in, like, to accept the darkness and stuff, and it was so great because at one point I saw, like, a tunnel, like, to fall in, and it was so. And it was so safe, and it was. And then you said, like, go into the freedom and feel the freedom, and it was so. I don't know how expansive and relaxing, and it was absolutely incredible. I just wanted to say. And also, yeah, the tree of life. You know, I never even thought of it before, that all your veins are kind of like the tree of life through your body and. And connecting you from above and below. So, anyway, I just wanted to say it was just absolutely gorgeous and remarkable and. And a couple of times I saw, like. I saw eyes, like, to. To see. See things that I wasn't able or not wanting to see. Like, it was extremely. Anyway, it was just profound. I just wanted to say thank you so much. So super, super.
Sounds like the practice did what it was supposed to do. Thank you.
Thank you so much. Thank you for that beautiful sharing. Thank you. I have a very good. I don't know if a question, Julia, but this person is saying. During my first round of breathing, I felt intense pain, like a strong lump in my throat. I felt, like a deep emotional block. I thought I should focus on it and let it release. Can you explain why? And you have that voice.
Experience so there was an emotional pain, not physical. I didn't hear it properly.
Oh no. He or she, I don't know, Tina, maybe she. He felt intense pain, like a strong lump in the throat.
Well, if there's intense pain, the recommendation is to stop, definitely stop breathing and return to the normal natural way and then see what, what it may be. If something is obstructing your, your throat and you're not able to breathe properly, then the recommendation is to stop. And what it could be, apart from the medical condition that is, that is a question. Of course that would require conversation with you, but definitely some blockage in a way you express yourself towards the outside world. Something is, it doesn't need much thinking about it. Something is blocked. But I would definitely first speak to a professional to figure out what it is that's blocking you physically.
Yes. And also I have to say that from my own experience using flower medicine and vibration with the voice sometimes is just words that is there that we never said things that I was not able to speak or express. And all of that can really feel like a lump, like a pressure actually sometimes like it's difficult to swallow even and it's just emotional release like Julia says. Right. But I think that Julia is very accurate on this kind of blockings or trauma. It's much better to get deep with a therapist like Julia, with an instructor like Julia, where you can actually go deeper in what's going on there. So thank you, Tina, for the sharing. That was really interesting. We have Tani also in the room. Yes, yes, Julia.
Just a quick to add if it also can be useful usually when, apart from all the physiological aspects of this, if you just start breathing and exhale with an audible sound, like especially when you're alone and you completely give yourself the full freedom to sound as you want or then you will gradually start being able to express yourself more and more freely. Just breathe with an audible sound and.
Just feel of breath, of relaxation. Yes, perfect. So we have Tammy here. Hello, darling. Nice to see you. Hello, hello.
Hello, Tammy. How are you? Great to see you.
Just thank you. You as well. Just bring me back there. Send me back. That was amazing. I just. My, my body was just so light and airy. And I'm going to try to say this without crying because the message that came to me is I saw like Jesus Christ and his sacrifice for us. And he spoke the word of peace and love and he gave himself for us for that. And I felt this surf of your love just engulf my body of why he gave his sacrifice for us to use our voice through our breath, through our heart. And the importance of us speaking peace and love is honoring his sacrifice for us. And I just. I felt it. That the way we battle negative thoughts and negative energy and outside circumstances is through our breath connected to our heart. Using our voice to express peace and love to everyone, to all. That is so. Yeah, so that was beautiful. That was absolutely beautiful. And this just pure sense of love just engulfed my entire body. Like all of the cells. Like, I feel like I could lift my house up right now. It's just.
It's in you. That's why you don't need much. Just like your pure love.
That was. Wow. Thank you. And your voice just your words just took me right there. And I was just bathing in pure form of love and the breath and just the message of seeing the connection of our breath, which is the spirit. When we're born, that's the first thing we do. We take that deep breath in and we breathe in the spirit. And when we leave our body, we exhale out the body, the spirit. We don't leave the spirit. It's always with us. And so I just. Like all of this just came flooding in as. As the importance of us to keep breathing and speaking words of peace and using our voice not to shut ourselves down because we're afraid of somebody yelling at us or somebody saying something evil or negative. We have to speak peaceful. So thank you very much.
Thank you so much. You really, really heard the message. But I just wanted to add that I took this metaphor from after a conversation I had with a teacher of mine. And he said. He laid it out for me. So beautiful. He explained these things. How the sacrifice is actually, is that it's how we collect everything that is in front of us in the world of phenomena rising and falling. And then we kind of bring it back. And that is the sacrifice. We're not devoting, not spending our energy on the outside world, but we are finding that time, finding that time when we are kind of collecting ourselves and bringing it back into this sacred source that gave life to everything. And we are kind of giving it back there. And the more we stay, the more we practice, the more we bring that breath back, the more we are at one with this feeling you talk about. Because I feel like voice comes after first comes this internal peace. But unless you are really, really tired of the outside world and you. You realize you're not going to find a solution there, and you start walking backwards there, you find kind of. You find that center Again. And from there you can speak without being afraid of anything, really. But that was the message. But I'm happy you feel that. You're a very sensitive woman. Big hug to you.
Oh, thank you. I'll take it. I'll take it. Thank you. That was beautiful. Thank you, Tammy. That was a beautiful sharing. And again, thank you for being vulnerable. And everyone here, this is a safe space to just share whatever you are feeling. Thank you again, Tammy, that was beautiful. And again, thank you for showing yourself as a vulnerable human being. Right. And we have now. Wilma. Okay. Wilma. Hello. Hello. I'm from South Africa. So it's in the evening here now and. But you could have gone on throughout the night for me. It would have been lovely. I was ready to listen to that voice and the music.
I.
When you. This is the third Sunday that I'm joining and I've done. I'm new to the Soma app, but I've done the course on mindvalley. And then I moved into getting the app and I absolutely love it and I decided I'll do so my breath every day. So that's my new practice. But what was very powerful to me was when your voice, when you said, I am here.
And.
That took me.
Back to the labor ward with delivering babies.
And that is, as the previous person said, it's that first breath you take. So for me was that when they take when they born or when we born and they take that first breath. But it is that cry of the outbreak. And in that is that sacredness for me. I'm here. I'm here in this, on this earth now and you have to care for me. And yeah, that was just. And the whole thing for me about Soma breath is I've done some other breathing. I've done holotropic breath and I've done some other things. But it's like to me, this is the true meeting your higher self. It's a true spiritual journey through breath. So thank you.
Exactly. Thank you so much for sharing. Thank you, Wilma.
I'm happy to have you. Yeah, yeah.
The first cry, I think about it, and that first out breath. I'm here.
Thank you, Wilma. That's what you want to hear as a midwife. That's what you want to hear. If that doesn't happen, we're in trouble. We're really in trouble. That's a very good one. Yeah, it's that I'm here and some is louder than others. But that's a beautiful song that you hear. Exactly thank you, Wilma. And thank you for being with us. Welcome to the tribe and welcome to the movement. Okay, we have two more. So we have Jana. Hi, Jana. A powerful and emotional station. Julia, as always. Wait, Jana, I need you to unmute, please.
Okay, I agree, Claudia. It was a very powerful session and I could have gone on for hours. So that's one answer to your question, Joya. For me, the journey and my breath took me to. As I kept backing up, backing up into the. Into the darkness, I could see all the ways that I grasp things in the external world to bring me safety, pleasing people, trying to like, do the right thing, whatever that is, like all these shoulds.
And.
And I just could feel how exhausting it was to grasp. And then as I kept walking back into the darkness, I could feel anxiety building, like there was nothing to grasp onto.
And I.
Then I could just feel myself settling into the darkness.
And then.
Then it ended. But it was very powerful for me to notice my. My behaviors that caused me, you know, trying to. Trying to find safety in the external world.
I see now as a fool's game.
Thank you. So thank you very much. But you can stay. You can stay there. That's the point of. This is why we also meditate. We stay closer and closer to that space. And so we are able to see and be here. But at the same time, remember about this, something that gives life to everything just as we speak right now. It's just, if I'm trying to dress in words, a spiritual quest, but this is how it's ending at the moment in this space where you can speak from a little bit further away from you kind of go away from the screen a little bit, make a few steps. And from here, nothing seems as dramatic. It's a very subtle feeling, but it's a very freeing one. This is why I kept saying, feel free, because it literally is. So try remembering that feeling and try going back there and see the world from there and see if you can relax a little bit more into it. That makes sense. Thank you. Like I could. As I back away from the external world and what is showing up in front of me, I have a different perception. I can see a bigger view. Wider view. Yeah, exactly. Thank you. Thank you.
Thank you, darling. Beautiful sharing too. Thank you for. For that, Jana. And we have the last one. Just breathe. Hi. You need to unmute so we can hear you. Hi. Can you hear me now? Yes. Okay, I'm gonna go a bit little lower. My hand first. Lower hand. I. I just wanted to thank you Julia, I. I utilize your awakenings every day, literally, for the last three years. I've used your sessions at some point throughout the day. I utilize other ones as well. But I breathe tremendously a lot. I do. I do about three breath works a day at least. Today was amazing, and I would love, you know, in the near future maybe if that thing would come up on the apps as well as part of your library. It's phenomenal. It brought me back to the beginning of when I started breath, doing breath, which was probably in 2022, and, like, one of my early experiences with why I wanted to continue. And my connection today was, like, at a certain point when you were discussing about, you know, the sounds and the nature was. I felt like part of the scenario that you were describing. Like, I was literally flowing through a natural forest and the feeling the wind and smelling the plants, and it was just a connection that was, you know, because that's where we all come from. Right? You know, we. We're in this body of sort, but we're all part of this one energy unit. And when I breathe a lot of times outdoors with your. With your work, the same thing happens to me because I haven't. I have a reserve close to my.
Home.
And it overlooks the Everglades. I live in South Florida, and I literally time the breath work to the sunsets, and I just become so connected, and it kind of brought me there today, but in my house. So if you think about it, please put that in your library. All right. And thank you so much for all the years of helping me. I just wanted to let you know that because I had the opportunity to talk to you in person today. I appreciate it.
It's a huge pleasure, huge honor. Thank you so much.
Have a beautiful, blessed day.
You too. You too. Thank you.
Thank you for that beautiful sharing, too, and happy to see you again here in the tribe. Okay, Julia. Amazing. Again, do you have any other last words before we go?
So. Yes. Beautiful. It's a beautiful experience. It's a beautiful community. Thank you for coming to. To breathe. Thank you for giving me the space to share a few words, a few observations, and given my twist to the soma breath techniques and for this beautiful track that I found in the library of. I don't know who made it, but it's absolutely gorgeous. So I just want to send you a big hug to all of you. And let's keep. Keep breathing and keep, keep, keep being happy. Happier and happier every day, more and more.
Exactly. And if you want to maybe work with Julia in person. You can go to the Summer Breath website and you can go and find an instructor. Then you just put Julia's name and. And then you will have all her details and yeah, because working in a one on one consultation, go deeper into what you really want to work with yourself is amazing. And for everyone already asking about the replay, you need to be a Summer Breath app member. So you will be able to not only watch the replay once, but redo it and redo it because believe me, when you do it, every single time is different. Every single time you have different visions, different messages. You get much better into really hearing the intuition than Yulia today help us to be more aware of. And it's very incredible how even we haven't talked for a while with Julia. But all this last week that I had a session tuned up. But for some reason, guys, and remember that's not coincidence. Everyone is being very focused on the heart, on the love, on the space behind the heart, on the space of being quiet, on really understanding that love is what makes us be together as a humanity is what we need. All we need is love is that vibrational energy that is going to keep you hopefully building and creating your life in the most beautiful way with the best foundation. Right? So Julia again was amazing. I am so grateful that today was my hosting. So I was I can see you again. And I've been in Barcelona so many times that we never really can come together for a coffee. So I hope that this time where I'm going to be with pictures in May for the level one training, we will make it happen for sure. I can.
I look forward to it. I really want to hug you.
Yeah, me too. Me too. So thank you Julia and people before you go, please don't go yet. Just to remind you again, be part of the app, SummerPress app. So you will see all the replays. If anyone here is curious about becoming an instructor, Monica is also going to share with you the link where you can please book a call with our sales team where they are going to give you all the details, all the journey. They will help you to understand if this program is for you or not. Maybe if you like a scare with technology, remember that we have in person training coming in Austin and in Barcelona and we have one for seven days in Bali as well. So you have a lot of different ways to be part of a team. If you're feeling that calling that sensation that we have sometimes in the guts, like oh, I would love to do this and I would love to maybe Guide sessions like Julia and just make that call happen with the sales team again. They will be very open to hear you out and see if you are a person who can be with us. So Monica already shared the link for that in person training. Guys, again, London is sold out. We have Austin in April, Indonesian Valley April and Barcelona in May. And then of course a private awakening retreat in Austria with the man itself, Niraj Naik. And get excited because next Sunday is Niraj session. So again, please put in the calendar. Pyotr is going to be your host. Right? And we already have 78 people. Is anyone here in the room interested on knowing or willing to go to an in person training like a level one training or seven days training in person just to you know, feel the vibe. Okay, so because I have people saying yes, I'm going to share this with you guys that I'm so proud of. Where is it? It's here. Let me just open. It's just a few seconds but I think this will help you to get more excited about being able to book in person training with us. So let me just click here and just watch the what? The screen is very fun. Amo mivida. Yes. High five.
This is my life so let me.
Be then when I know how I live my life life.
This is my life so let me be Every day I wake up in the morning.
So in the training we have a lot of fun. We have a lot of fun. It's the best experience that you will have. Believe me. I've been in different trainings with Summer Breath in different part of the world and we're super excited with Kyoto to bring this into Barcelona. And if we have a big group, of course we also going to have the beautiful presence of Julia with us too in this training. So we are super excited to bring the spring city, this beautiful city into the summer Breath level one instructor training. And you will see how incredible it is to feel the vibe of the group. So again, let me come Julian to the room. Julia, again, thank you very much for this beautiful session. I love your voice as you know.
And I love you.
I love your voice so much. And she always make me go to another place of the world. And actually she's the reason that I took the decision a commitment this year to have singing classes because I always wanted to sing. So I already have my teacher. I will start in March. Not like to sing song guys. I just want to channel, you know, I want to channel my what wisdom wise. I don't know, something is here that I need to, you know, to express and. And Julia is one of my biggest inspiration to. To make that happen. So I'm super excited for that. So thank you for the consideration, Julia, and thank you for all the inspiration you give to women to be able to express through the voice and through your beautiful breath work meditations. That was amazing. Again, so thrive welcome again. I welcome you to come again next Sunday and be part of that amazing session with Niraj again. Pyotr is going to be hosting so you know that it's going to be fun and super vibe as well.
So.
And tomorrow I think we have Theodore as well in the app. Let me just check that because maybe it's not, but I think she is going to be in the app tomorrow. Monday. Yep. Then you will have Kyle on Wednesday and Barry.
Yeah.
Barry on Friday. And then 15. You know that the 14th is Valentine's Day, so the 15 would be, of course, a love. Love everyone here. Loving your life. So thank you again for this beautiful energy. Thank you for being with us, with me and Julie and Monica where I don't know where Monica is, but Monica's always in the background. It's not background. The world. But I forgot what to say backstage. In the backstage helping everyone with the links and stuff and you know when people are asking things about support. So thank you, Monica. I love you. I love you, Julia. Thank you again for the beautiful session. Love you, tribe. Much love everyone. See you soon.
